Installation of the new garage door went well. The locking mechanism had a problem one week after installed. Showed up to take a look at the problem but was not able to fix. Never returned and didn’t answer to phone calls. I fixed the problem.

Wayne (the Garage Door Guy) recently replaced a broken torsion spring on my garage door. He responded quickly to my phone message and came by that evening (a Friday) after completing a nearby job. Wayne assessed the situation, took some measurements, exchanged contact information, and promised to check his inventory over the weekend and then update me. I did initially have to wait for the repair to be begin as it turned out he did not have the appropriate springs in stock. Once the springs arrived, Wayne was quick - and flexible - to set up a time to do the install. He installed the new springs (two springs, which is standard and I completely agree with) as well as adjusted and lubricated the door/mechanism. All works, and works smoothly, now. Great response, service, and price. Definitely recommend him. Thanks, Wayne!
