Very nice Starbucks location nestled in a strip of shops. Very popular for students and people to post up with laptops or simply just hang. My mom lives around the corner so we come here often. The sushi next door is great too!

The single WORST Starbucks location in Western Mass. I swear this place is closed more than they are open. On this gorgeous weekend, they closed BOTH Saturday and Sunday at 4:00 due to ‘staffing issues’. Half of the time you want to use remote ordering, this location is unavailable. This is because they open late and/or close early, if they open at all.

Its like a tier up from Duncan donuts, so its okay I guess

No indoor seating yet but it was clean inside, the staff was friendly and fast. Great service!

Would definitely rather coming inside here to get our drinks than to wait in the Insane lines everywhere else. Staff is great and drinks always made right.

This Starbucks makes the worst iced caramel macchiato. They also don’t make the drinks the way it’s ordered.

They are willing to try making special custom drinks but they get it wrong every time. At least they are nice and will give a refund, but I REALLY wanted a apple pie flavored frap.

I ordered a hot chocolate and received no chocolate in it, just hot milk. disappointed.

I got a salted caramel foam cold brew here through the pick up app and, dang, was it so bad. Normally the form is supposed to sit on top and you swirl it to make the sweet foam mix but when I came to pick it up a few minutes later, the whole thing was mixed together, as if someone mixed it. It tasted horribly watered down. I ended up throwing it away.I understand there could be a lot of variance between coffees due to baristas but dang, please train that person again.

I have been very disappointed with the quality at the Longmeadow Starbucks. I just went into pick up a mobile order that my boyfriend placed. My beverage is a Venti White Chocolate Mocha No Whip and No Foam. The sticker clearly states all three of these requests. However, 99% of the time that I go in to pick up my order there is foam. I hate to waste the beverage so I have gotten to the point that I request more steamed milk and request to have the foam scrapped off rather than making an entirely new beverage. I made this request today. However the barista dumped out a quarter of my beverage and stated, there is foam so I need to dump some out. Rather than the foam dumping into the sink my beverage did. The foam remained in the cup. She then steamed milk and took the foam off the top with the spoon as I had previously requested. Now my beverage tastes like milk rather than white mocha. There is not even a hint of espresso flavor either. I have complained in this store and it continues to be an issue. I am going to have to drive elsewhere to purchase Starbucks from now on bc Longmeadow doesnt get it right! The only barista who does her job well there that I have seen is Ana.

It is painful to visit this Starbucks location due to the terribly inadequate service. I usually go to Dunkin Donuts even though I prefer Starbucks coffee. I went in today for an iced coffee and watched four employees saunter around with no sense of urgency while one made frozen drinks for online orders as I waited for my coffee to simply be poured into a cup. The trashes were full, the floor was dirty, the condiment bar was a mess, and there was only one other person in front of me waiting. They are nice people but so disappointing. Sorry Longmeadow Starbucks.

Its a nice little cozy Starbucks.Theres the free Wi-Fi, and good drinks and snacks/meals.I would say, since its Longmeadow, and the only other place similar is a gas station Dunkin Donuts, it gets very crowded here in terms of space and lines, and seating is scarce too sometimes. And that crowdedness can affect the time to make your order too.Overall its a good Starbucks if youre going in to grab and go.

I really like this location. Everyone has made an effort to know me by name and I feel totally comfy bringing my clients here. Of the thousands of times Ive been there, which is about twice a day for years, only 4 wrong orders is a pretty good low number! The baristas are all so sweet and kind and the coffee, while pricey, is always awesome, and the folks are so nice, so this is why I keep coming back and why I keep bringing my clients here. Its always a good experience. Good folks, nice atmosphere, free WiFi (thank goodness) for when mine dies which is often, excellent drinks and awesome food. You cant get any better than that. -Maggie
