Called the store number in Longmont and got a foreign country customer service representative.30 minutes later got no help, worthless person, worthless customer service.Used to be great and helpful, now exactly the opposite !Comcast is going DOWNHILL fast.Helpful people answering the phone in the USA is now gone and cheap labor is here to stay

I pay almost $100 and my service only works like 2 weeks out of the month. I think its time to switch providers because I do school online and I cant be in the middle of an assignments when it goes out. Plus my sister pays so much less thru a different provider and has no issues. Yes this isnt the first month its been like EVERY MONTH!

Useless customer service. My phone wasn’t unlocked an year after purchasing with full price. I went in to help, they said they won’t help and asked me to call. When I told I am unable to reach customer support. He was saying that even after paying 20$ per hr many jobs are vacant in country and that’s why I am not able to contact anybody. Very rude employees at this store.

They wouldn’t let me buy a phone because I was a little behind on my payment even though I had all the cash to pay it in full. They wouldn’t give us a deal on our internet even though we had been up to date with the exception of that one phone incident. They claimed the deal was for new costumers so we found a cheaper internet then they wanted to offer that one deal they claimed was for new customers so they upped my cell phone prices to fit the same amount as I was paying with the internet so it’s as if I’m still paying for there internet also they wouldn’t let me get a new phone after I paid off all my phones because we don’t have there internet even though we had the phone service before there internet they have selective costumer support and after telling us we could keep the alarm system we paid for they made us give it back

Took a week and 4 attempts to change my phone over… terrible automated phone system. Hard to get to a person and even then it’s a joke to get help. Will not recommend to anyone I know. Very dissatisfied with the customer service so far.

I went in to get new boxes and when I got home my service was off! I went back and came 🏠 and same thing! It happened 2x. When you go in, please ask them not to disconnect your services cause when you call for help, they don’t know what they’re doing for the most part. I’ve gotten 3 techs out of 10 that knew what they were doing. Just saying.

I came into the store about a month ago and talked to an agent. He said there was nothing wrong with my phone. A month of fighting with my phone later. It never worked at my familys home. They had Xfinity in Thier home. Didnt work.I came back into the store today and I talked to another rep. He popped my Sims card. I hope it keeps working. My phone is only two years old. I will keep my fingers crossed. M. Bender

Clean and open. I was helped by Jasmine who was friendly and knowledgeable. She was a great help in comparing our current services (with a competitor) to a similar line up with Xfinity. They have adjusted their pricing to be more competitive with the market. I only hope this remains to be the case long term.

Right out of the box the worst service Ive ever experienced. Its the only option on my mother in laws nursing home. The equipment is constantly shutting off. Customer service is a joke. You have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get a person. They then tell you to unplug the device. This happens several times a week and they couldnt care less. We have to stop what were doing and go to the nursing home to unplug a modem. After several times they then told us it couldnt be plugged into a surge protector. Guess what? It doesnt matter. The cable service is just as spotty. They have its a broken box. The power light is so dim you cant see it in the daytime. This is unacceptable and an 80 year old woman is tired of walking to the front desk so they can call her daughter. If I had a choice, Id choose anyone else. I never had this problem with T- Vision or DirecTV. I would suggest to anyone to steer clear. They dont deserve your time or money.

Constantly try to raise your rates and impossible to get the right person in customer service to help you find the best package. 25 years with them and people who just start a new sevice with them get better rates.8 phone calls this week alone and was told on the last phone call that the previous elevated customer care rep did not put in any notes about the new package price she gave me.UNBELIEVABLY FRUSTRATING!!! The customer service here is excellent. You are welcomed as soon as you enter even if they are helping other customers. We were so impressed with Craig Hansen, Retail Sales Professional. He was personable, knowledgeable and most concerned about meeting our needs as opposed to making a sale!! 3 reps were working that day and they were all genuinely personable and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. We came to review our wifi/cable package and walked out with switching our cell phone provider, a new S10 phone for hubby and a $35= reduction on our monthly cell phone bill!!! A big WOW all around!!

I went in simply to get a new phone...they were unable to transfer my service from my old phone to my new phone. After waiting 90 minutes while they tried to figure out the problem, I had to leave but asked them to keep working on it and told them I would come back to pick up the phone in 2 days. I got 3 emails and 2 voicemails in the next 2 days assuring me that the problem had been resolvedb but when I returned to the same store, no one knew anything about the issue. When the store employee looked up my account, he told me that they would not be able to switch me to a new phone! AND, because I had walked into the store and started the process, they upgraded my service to 5G, even though I didnt ask for it, dont have a phone capable of using 5G, and that service is currently unavailable in my area!!! They said they werent able to return my account to the original service, even though I can not use the upgrade!!! So I have the same phone I started with and a useless but more expensive upgrade to my service. Needless to say, I am LIVID!

Me and my grandmother and my sister went into the store to get some help with WiFi and cable. My grandmother can’t stand very well and as soon as I asked if she could have a chair the man helping us said “certainly! Here’s one grab it for it” awesome. The mans name is Shawn, Shawn was AMAZINGLY helpful. My grandmother is also hard of hearing and with the glass and all of us wearing face masks it’s super hard to hear times 10, but he was VERY calm and patient and explained everything in detail and even wrote the phone number for her to call after we got it hooked up to activate it. He was calm, helpful, and answered all our questions. Thank you Shawn. You got my business.

In my 61 years on this planet, I have never experienced such incompetence and unwillingness to help, store wide, top down. All I needed was to swap out a non functioning DVR. From previous DVR swaps in the Boulder store that only took a few minutes, I knew what to expect with the process.I’ve held service positions for most of my working life, and my experience at the Longmont, CO store was appalling. The woman who I ended up with had no clue what she was doing. I spent over 45 minutes at her desk while she was scrolling around on the screen. She said it was “a new system and I can’t find anything.” She handed me a flier of all available channels and told me I needed to go through each one and pick what channels we wanted. I said the same channels that we have now. She insisted I needed to pick them all out individually and she would enter them as I picked. I asked the manager who was right behind me at another desk and other store employees to help her help me. They could not have been more dismissive. She too even eventually asked them for help and they did not help her. When the other staff finished with their customers, they went to get the next customer instead of helping us.I left, came home, and made an appointment over the phone with Comcast and now have to wait 4 days for a tech to come to the house for help. Really sad. So frustrating. Ironically, they have a big sign at their empty front desk that states their 2018 goal is to provide the best customer experience. They’ve got a long, long way to go. I’m not hopeful.

Comcast as a company- 0/5This location of comcast- 5/5Helpful staff. Went in because of a weird billing issue, and I was helped within just a few minutes. I was trying to get a cheaper rate, and the guy didnt try to sell to me much at all- a huge relief! I just asked for a specific speed, he told me the price, because he knew I would not want a big bundle and stuff. Excellent service.Manager helped with a technical problem I was having, too. Way easier than calling.Not crowded either, since not a ton of people in Longmont use comcast

Trying to find parking when you have equipment to return isnt exactly easy but thats not really the stores fault.I needed to returned my TV equipment since I was cancelling that part of the service so this store was the closest to my work on my way home. I think it was a Thursday early afternoon and store was almost empty (a few customers here and there) so that was nice (for me anyway). The person at the front desk gets your name. I believe thats because both help desks were already assisting other customers. I sat down on some comfortable sofa benches and waited for my turn to be assisted. It was hot outside so Im glad they werent skimping out on turning the AC up. When it was my turn, the rep came and helped check in my TV equipment.He asked a few questions but didnt ask if I had already cancelled my service or set a date to cancel the service. Which is okay since I brought it up anyway when I saw him typing stuff and looking at the computer. I wanted to make sure he knew what I was returning and why.I was in and out in around 3-5 minutes which was a pleasant surprise as Ive never returned TV equipment before and Ive never been to an Xfinity store before.Side note: Im not sure what happened but either the agent I initially called at Comcast support before coming to the store or the store rep set my Internet service to cancel earlier than I had discussed so that was a whole other journey (albeit it could have been worse).

Unlike most of my time with comcast, the store was pleasant and easy. I only went to return a modem after cancelling service. Their system was having issues but the staff was able to provide me a reciept for the drop off (with the managers name and number in case there were any issues) without hesitation or prompting.Strong work folks.

Try nextlight its cheaper and no caps. I run over 200 up and down wifi. 1000 up and 1000 down wired. Cost more at xfinity. The cable box you have might be making your bill higher too.

Super easy to install. I spilled water on my router and they replaced it without charge. Very good customer service. It literally was instantaneous to install the modem and router. No one had to come to our house to help and we just set up the service online without needing to talk to pushy sales people over the phone who ask you five times if you want to add cable. We went into the store to pick up our installation package and got internet right away. Everything took about an hour.

Let me start by saying, we had been trying to get our wifi started for three days. We got the kit dropped off on Friday because of COVID the tech said he couldn’t come inside. Ok, understandable. But he I guess was supposed to make sure our connection was ready for install, which he did not. So we were in contact with someone online over the weekend to get our WiFi going. Still, nothing. So we scheduled for a tech to come out and assess the issue. That’s when Mike came! And boy am I glad he did! He checked the WiFi cable in our main living area and found it was connected to nothing 😂 he had to check the box outside and found it wasn’t getting power, had to check the connection in the basement. Y’all this man spent over an hour at my property today just helping us figure out what the problem was. He was finally able to find a live wire connection and was able to get us connected to WiFi. My kids were also constantly trying to get in his way and he was very patient in both dealing with them, and fixing our problem! THANK YOU MIKE!!

I had lost my phone and this is more of a 5 star rating for there employee Craig after getting the run around from Apple and other xfinity employees for a month Craig took the time to help me get a new phone and figure out a way to get all my info back as well, it was above and beyond Craig was very understanding and way more knowledgeable then everyone else I had dealt with so 5 stars !!

Not very happy with the service in Longmont, Colorado at the Peaks Mall. I talked to a woman over the phone the previous day she indormed me she would be able to get my account set up over the phone but could not process paymment at this exact time. She informed me that I would have to go inside the store to pay the deposit. So I went in the next day to pay the deposit and get service turned on. Well first, I couldnt be helped because I couldnt be in the store due to COVID-19 precautions so I to write my phone number down and wait for a text. About an hour later I got two text that says I am next in line. I drive back to the store and the gentlemen told me he wanted payment in full and he wasnt taking just a deposit. He told me to call the sales time over the phone and that the call volume was high but someone would help me. I left dissatisfied and will never be going into a xfinity store again rude staff that dont want to do their jobs!!!

Systems were down when I went to give them all of their equipment. Then I get a harassing phone call about returning the equipment!! The store staff was helpful and the guys installing your equipment are helpful and nice. It is the phone customer service that sucks and they cost TOO much!! Comcast doesnt deserve loyal customers.

You can upgrade your phone at any time. That’s what they tell you but then you can’t upgrade your phone unless you paid for the new phone in full. I spent two weeks trying to upgrade my phone. The 3 different salesman I talk to were so sure they could do it and then they get on the computer and won’t allow it. Then won’t even tell me why. They made me pay off my Internet bill they made me pay off the cell phone I have now I spent hundreds to upgrade my phone and then they wouldn’t allow it now. Their cell phone service is too new they have no idea what they’re doing just a big scam.

Just went in to drop off equipment (no service needed), and was rudely told Oh honey, theres a whole line in front of you (sounds nicer in text than her tone). There was like 3 people meandering the store? I asked if I could just drop it off somewhere and as she walked away from me she said you wont get a reciept then and warehouse will get to it when they have time...not sure what that means but I just set the modem on a counter and walked out. Poor customer service here...And wouldnt you want to try to understand why Im returning something? Just bad business.

On 04/24/2019 Dave S arrived at my home to install internet. From the start Dave was Beyond rude using profanity. He then proceeded to cut cables without consulting with me. He said he should destroy all the cables direct tv has set up since they are “pissing him off”. He cut cables in the loft since they did not go anywhere he said. Also repeated on multiple times that my house was a “shit show”. He was in the back yard and moved a fence away from the house and placed it behind him and then claimed the fence fell on him. He pretended to be hurt and laid on the ground for 30 seconds. Then said he was going to contact his manager because he was hurt. So internet did not get installed he cut a lot of cables in my home and he pretended to be hurt on my property. I’m extremely dissatisfied with Comcast and will never use them as a provider. Dave S has made my experience with Comcast a nightmare and I would not recommend Comcast to any one.

Just returned my modem, we moved and switched service. The associate there ultimately helped me, but I was asking about my final bill as it was wrong. He didnt believe me, barely checked, I had to argue with him and beg for help. He finally figured it out. Phone associate hadnt even set my end date of service. He did that and directed me to call again for refunds and credits. Shouldnt have to beg for service though. Glad i left them. Always a problem.

I went into the store today to get help with my new Xfinity mobile phone. I havent been able to transfer my photos from my old phone to my new phone because of an error message so I needed help. I didnt realize my old phones battery wasnt charged. I asked to plug my phone in to charge it for a few minutes. I was told they didnt have a charger that I could use even though they have many phones on display and my old phone uses the standard USB charger. Rude!Day 2. I charged the phone and returned to the store for assistance. They once again refused to help me because, 1) I didnt bring The cables and 2) I have to use Google even though Ive explained to them there is an error message during transfer.Great customer service!!!
