For wedding flowers, I shopped around for this request: a bouquet, 6 boutonnieres, some bud vases for about 4-6 tables, and one bit of garland for a sign. Because of this size, I didnt receive a lot of responses from vendors. Thats where A florae came in – they were highly responsive and treated the smaller request like a large, highly custom order.I wasnt sure what kind of flower styles I preferred, and their skilled team walked me through various options and recommendations. My wedding coordinator was able to pick them up and the blooms were perfect long after the last song was played. My bouquet is currently drying and I am excited to have it for years to come.

From the moment we made our first inquiry to our wedding day with crazy weather (rain and 60 mph winds, gotta love early June in the mountains!), she was incredibly helpful and professional. We worked with Rachel on a wedding bouquet and boutonnière. The flowers were lovely and perfect for a garden wedding this weekend. We had a slight issue with the boutonnière, with the main flower missing most of it’s petals when we picked it up. Luckily they quickly replaced it with a different flower before our ceremony.

The draping was so elegant and beautiful and the flowers she had put together for the arch turned it into a show piece. She is very detailed- she added flowers to fountain at the venue. Ive been a patron of Rachels since before A Florae had a storefront, and she is the most passionate, kind-souled, and talented florist I know! Her work is stunning! She really takes the time to listen to what your vision is, and uses her skills to bring that to fruition. No task is out of the realm of what she is willing to do, from riding a ski lift to set up floral arrangements atop a mountain for a ceremony, or travelling to another state just to make sure your day is one-of-a-kind and your stress is non-existent (regarding your florals, at least!) When her store-front opened up, I wanted to buy everything in it. The amazing hand-crafted blanket I brought home with me has been a perfect companion to all of our camping adventures and a mainstay in our RV!

This summer I went to a wedding where she did all the florals, and let me tell you: that bridal bouquet was one for the books, and the bride could NOT stop talking about it, it was exactly what she wanted. The owner, Rachel, not only takes pride in her store, but making sure that you have an enjoyable experience. She went over the top for me in helping me find something for my girlfrirbd, and was also kind enough to show me around the floral area where they piece together all of the arrangements. I’m super impressed to find a business owner that takes so much interest in her customers as well as such a funky shop in Longmont!

A Florae is an amazing company. They listen to what you want and make it work with your budget.

Rachel with A Florae is so talented and went above and beyond anything we had envisioned. The first meeting we had with her was so easy. We had brought photos and a general idea of what we were wanting. She offered so many extra ideas that would add to our wedding, everything from décor ideas, seating options and of course flowers. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. She did an amazing arrangement of ranunculus, roses, orchid, thistle, and dusty miller. The colors she picked were very elegant and romantic. The made our pictures have an extra pop of color with the snow falling. Rachel was so wonderful to work with. She is very upbeat, kind, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely talented. We loved her!!!

I am leaving this review based on my personal experience from working for Rachel on the production of an order for her store A Florae and her bad customer service skills in not handling situations maturely. This review is for people to know of the way that I was treated in working for Rachel on items for A Florae. I am the mother of the vendor who worked with Rachel that she has been posting lies about and I personally worked on the order she is claiming to be fraudulent. I drove from out of town to assist in production of Rachel’s order that she refused to accept and demanded a refund for. Production took place during Hurricane Harvey and in spite of being personally affected by the hurricane I still assisted on this order because of Rachel’s impatience and her refusal to understand, by acting like her order was top priority, over a hurricane. She is stating that all of the bad feedback being left is fraud, however bad reviews on a bad attitude do not constitute fraudulent activity. I wanted to stay uninvolved in this dramatic incident caused by bad business practices, but Michelle has been unable to leave honest and truthful feedback on her experience with Rachel without being attacked. I can attest to the fact that Rachel’s FULL order was completed, shipped and refused causing a refund to take place in spite of her being informed of our policies.Edit: As you can see below attacks are still taking place in response to honest feedback. Harassing behavior is still being displayed and threats are being made by the owner. Personal accounts on a situation are not harassment yet the owner is claiming our reviews are just that. Owner is claiming that a delay caused by a hurricane equates to bad business practices. Feedback is in response to how we have been treated by Rachel in being unable to present factual information on interactions with her. No reviews have been removed due to the factual information in the reviews. They remain as is. We agree that your behavior is childish and this should have already stopped. There is no need for you to continue to display any more immature behavior.
