Overall a good experience. Truck was well kept and ready for me when I needed it. I was late returning the truck and went over miles but the extra charges seemed fair to me.

I had a great experience with A&H. The trucks were clean, the staff made everything easy. If they couldnt get to the phone when I called, they called me right back. Easily one of the best parts of my move.

My partner and I are moving from Greeley to Longmont. My partner and I reserved a truck to pick up the night before, but we ended up not being able to make it. My partner called them at 2pm when our pickup wasn’t until 7. No one answered her call, so she left a voicemail. No one called back. She tried calling again this morning at both 8:40am and 9:30am. Again, no answer and voicemail was left. We decided to show up, as we needed the truck to move. Come to find out, they gave our truck to someone else. When we asked why we never had any communication from them, they came up with the reasoning of “their phones were being weird and they had to get them fixed.” Despite this, SOMEONE should have reached out to us and answered us. Needless to say, we wasted half of our day driving to get the truck from Longmont, only to have to turn around, head back to Greeley, and figure something else out. We do not recommend this place and we never will.

No showed on me for picking up a rental. Left me without a badly needed trailer for my move.

Very confusing, very little instructions for returning after close and charges.Im disabled, so I hope and then see how things play out.Wells fargo got involvedHad to question why my card was charged twice. I could have rented a truck from any rental place for the same rate once they add the per mile, which in colorado is extremely expensive.

Cool place friendly service and very helpful. I highly recommend coming here if you need to rent a truck or trailer.

Legitimately the worst service I have ever experienced. They were open, the open sign was on, we had a reservation to pick up a u-haul, and no one was there and the doors were locked. The u-haul online pickup was malfunctioning, and they were also no help. While we were waiting, 2 other people came by to try and pick up a truck, and found themselves in the same boat. If you are looking for reliable rental service, I would suggest going elsewhere.

These guys were a Godsend. I needed a hitch installed on my Subaru Forester and these guys had it installed a week later, which included ordering all the parts. The only other shop that came close to that timeframe told me it might be a month and quoted me 25% more $. Im pleased with the quality of their work and have no complaints!

This was a fantastic place to get uhaul supplies and rent a truck. I had various changing needs throughout my packing and moving process and these guys were fantastic!
