Best donuts in town! Enormous, fluffy, and delicious. Had a bear claw stuffed with apple filling, highly recommended!

Love the blue berry fritters. I absolutely love them. That said the people there move at their own pace. I had about 10 different people wait on me in the last 6 months. Some come right to you for your order. Others yell from the back theyll be there in a sec. Yet still others will say that also but continue to talk to their partner in Mexican for minutes on end not caring that youre there. Ive walked out a couple times while they are still jabbering away. You can see in the back on the reflections in the window. If they are talking and are not doing anything and not coming to help me. Im walking out. Which I have a couple times. Seems their talking is more important than your business. And the last couple times there they had no blue berry fritters and didnt know why not and didnt know if they wud again.

Havent been to Heavenly Donuts in a while, but I must attest...their donuts ARE very good. However, their service is so bad, I wont be going back. They dont seem to care about their customers satisfaction or happiness, or they would have changed their attitudes long ago. Fortunately, we have other options in town that serve good donuts, (no, not the grocery stores), so Ill be going elsewhere for my sweet treats. If you dont mind paying for grumpy faces, check it out, but if you want to be appreciated, go elsewhere, cuz Smiles apparently cost extra!

Okay, some lady wrote she drives 300 miles for these donuts, another guy said these are the best donuts in 150 miles...I am not the harbinger of all things donut, but that cant be true. These donuts are average at best and several are not even worth eating.A few positives include the strawberry frosting...nice flavor, the donut it was on was airy and mediocre. The fruit fritters are good. Pretty amazing they can squeeze so much fruit flavor into a very, very fried dish. The maple frosted cinnamon roll stole the show, though. Solid choice. However, it may have been the big contrast to the maple glazed old fashioned which tasted like it was made with curry powder - not awful, but different and unexpected. The buttermilk bar looked promising but was a bit dry and had coconut in it (another surprise!). Likely it would have been good fresh and dunked in some coffee.All in all this was a disappointing visit for a dessert donut run. In the morning with the right beverage in hand these donuts would have been mediocre, but as an independent sweet treat, they really missed the mark. Id give em another run in a pinch but Id stick to the fritters and cinnamon rolls.

Other donut shops in town or from other stores etc arent worth it. This place has the good stuff. Doesnt taste like cardboard like other places.

Yum x10! Donuts are slightly crunchy on the outside, spongy and moist on the inside. Perfect amount of sweetness and fried flavor. Kind personnel made the treat better, too.Keep your eye out for raspberry fritters or lemon filled powdered donuts!

OK, so I like their donuts. And their fritters and their maple bars and and and! I go out of my way to stop here and it has always been worth the stop!

I love the consistency of their donuts between this store and the ones in Portland. They are always fresh so yummy.

Heavenly Donuts is one of the very best bakeries for donuts that Ive had the service there is definitely five stars and the reason I say that is because I am disabled in a wheelchair and all I have to do is call them and tell them what it is I need and they come out to the car and give it to me and always with a smile.

The best donuts I have ever had in my life. I live 300 miles away from Heavenly and pretty much refuse to eat donuts unless I come through town. Everything is delicious but the raspberry fritters and chocolate pershings are my personal favorite.

This place is Heavenly. The smells, the flavors, the different textures that are in the different donuts and pastries. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. A perfect location: right across the street from Lower Columbia College and a High School. The building is bright and colorful. Also clean. During covid19, they are open for take out, no eating inside. They still have many delicious donuts and pastries to choose from. JUST TAKE THEM TO GO. Thanks for being open.

I was in town visiting from out of state and submitted an order via Grubhub, when I arrived they were unaware of the order and let me know they don’t generally use that app. However, they quickly got my order together and offered me a free donut while I waited. Very kind and friendly employees! Donuts were fresh and delicious, a definite hit with my family. Will definitely come by again next time I’m in town.

Heavenly Donuts has simply ruined me from ever getting donuts from another place. They are open 24-hours a day make fresh donuts. They serve everything from the colorful sprinkled to the fancy french styles. I suggest getting the Heavenly 14 so, you can try a wide variety. Your only regret is that you cant believe you ate that many of them.

The new custard filled maple bar with whip cream and sprinkles is super fire. I got the last one and they wont have more until tomorrow or I would be driving over to get another one right now. They are really sweet so I couldnt see eating two back to back.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I had came in for a couple dozen donuts last night. I had a lot of people from home that wanted specific ddonuts. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and knowledgeable with everything. She was extremely patient with me as I asked if I could call home to make sure my order would be correct. After getting the mass of donuts to the car I noticed I had forgot a type of donut. So I went back in and this time I was greeted by a gentleman, he met me with great enthusiasm for being 1130 at night. Awesome people here! Awesome donuts too and who can beat a fresh donut at nearly midnight!

Friendly, prompt, helpful service. The place smells delicious, inside and out! Good variety and good prices. The larger, fancy doughnuts on the top shelf are $1.89 each, the lower shelf regular doughnuts are $.99 each. The doughnuts are pretty good, maybe not the best we ever have had, but good and made fresh daily. I would give them a 4.5, but had to round it up.

Donuts taste great and are ready available 24hrs a day. The fritters are excellent and they have a lot of different flavored fritters. The Boston Creme are excellent as well. The only thing that I would like to see change is that they would add a banana flavored fritter.

You can come in and enjoy your donuts or take home. Price is low and quality very high. I prefer to voodoo donuts or any shop in Portland or Beaverton where Im living.

Awesome Donnuts

The donuts here are always so fresh~I always come in and order at the very minimum six donuts for myself (with an extra for the hubbie!) at all times of the day and night, as I work unconventional hours. I would have to say late night donuts could be a tad fresher, but compared to their already high standards, a four hour old donut is definitely NOT going to kill me. Love the food, love the service at all hours, definitely recommend!

I love everything I’ve tried at Heavenly Donuts, which is almost all of your pastries. The fritters are the best I’ve ever had, as well as maple bars & buttermilk bars! I always take my family there when they are visiting from out of town.

This was my first Heavenly Donuts experience. They have delicious donuts, a nice variety, and theyre reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive. The fresh, hot maple bars were worth the 5 minute wait. Thank you for letting me know theyd be done soon.

The glazed donuts are amazing. the donuts that theyre known for which is the fritters theyre not bad, theyre pretty good. But the thing that bothered me most was their customer service. The people that were working are not rude but they werent really friendly either. They have these Puffs these cream puffs that I was interested in I wanted to buy two of them. But they wouldnt allow me to buy two I had to buy 14 and I didnt want to commit to that not knowing what they would taste like. What I asked them why do I have to buy so many they said because what everybody knows how good the puffs are so thats why were not selling them individually. That was a big turn-off for me. And the prices are really good on their donuts and like I said the glazed donuts or very good but I feel like it the quality of service isnt up to par then they lose a lot of credit for me
