Its ice cream what else needs to be said. There are no grumpy people in an ice cream shop. I was having a cheat day to celebrate graduating. The service was good and the patrons were happy. I dont come here often but it was worth the calories.

This supposed to be premium ice - cream. My boyfriend got me a pint had more ice & frost bites than ice cream. I should’ve stick to what I really love Cold Stone would never let me down like this,

Absolutely terrible customer service! Not sure how they stay in business. I ordered a cake 2 weeks before the date I needed it. I went to pick it up and they didn’t have it. They said I canceled the order, which was a lie I believe they forgot to make it. The manager wasn’t there. Had to deal with a teenager who had no idea what to do. She called the manager but she was unavailable. Then called the managers son. He also wasn’t available. She and I called around to other Baskin-Robbins to see if they had this type of cake. No one had it. She made the decision to give me a free cake so I at least had something for my kids bday. I took the cake but told her I still wanted the one I paid for. The manager was supposed to call me the next day to apologize. Surprise, surprise, no call. The cake I took home was so freezer burned it was not even edible. Then the next day when I finally got the original cake I ordered, it was completely different than what was advertised. So basically I got 2 cakes but neither were what I paid for. Never an apology from the manager. I will never return. Not sure how they stay in business. Will be reporting to BR home office.

My family got tired of the frozen yogurt and decided to get some good old ice creams. We couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful to my kids by offering samples to help them choose the perfect flavor. We all left very statistics in choosing the ice cream of our favorite choice. Mmmmmm I have to bring the family again next week.

Google still show this places as a open business...and is already closed...out of business.

Loved it! The cappuccino blast was amazing. The store is clean and customer service was great. I was in and out of the store. I liked the location too. I’m in trouble, it was too good! I’ll be back soon!

Store is very clean with great customer service. The staff is really helpful and patient. This location carries over 40 flavors and has a wide variety of cakes that are well made and look amazing, I totally recommend going to this location!

Horrible! Stale cones! Bleh! Didn’t even want to finish my ice cream and I’m an ice cream addict!! Never returning! Never again! Wouldn’t recommend to a living soul!

What a great treat for any day! This store is so clean and the staff are above and beyond nice. 31 sweet choices for a 6 year old is tough, but they are beyond patient and value the magnitude of the decision for her 😄 There are some great low-cal options so everyone can celebrate today!

Arrived at 9:15 pm and was turned away after entering. They said they were closed but I called ahead and looked online AND posted time on door say they do not close until 10pm. Pretty lame

Needs more staff waited in line for 20 minutes. The staff that was working here had no sense or urgency to serve customers. Was almost worth the drive to go to the next closest Icecream place.Go to sweet frog or literally anywhere else if you want ice cream before you die of old age.

Great ice cream! They have a good selection of prepacked quarts and premade cakes. They also have many more cake designs that you can special order.

Went in for the Milkshake sampling on March 17th. I showed the email of the Mint-Oreo sampling deal upon entering. The boy behind the counter made two vanilla milkshake samples. When I questioned him if these were the Mint-Oreo ones advertised in the email (and again showed him the email), he said no, theyre vanilla. It could be any flavor. So, I asked him, if it could have been any flavor, WHY THEN did he not once ask us what flavor we might want!!! Seriously?!?! Doesnt make what the store advertised and did not even ask the customer what they might actually, you know, WANT.

They sell ice cream. I live nearby. Thats about the extent of our relationship. I enjoy having good ice cream nearby but if I moved away I wouldnt miss it so 3 stars.

Sheer frustration! Called for Fudge nut round cake. Went to pick it up and was surprised by custom pricing. Cashier entered the code and $29.99 came up which after speaking with the manager was changed to $39.99. When asked why their response was its a fancy cake. This is not a custom made cake. It is on their website as a regular cake. I buy these all the time from different stores but no one ever changed the price on me. BTW, later I found out that manager is also the owner. They have their own custom pricing. And to confirm the price after my bad experience I called at least three other stores and I was quoted $29.99 for this cake.Called Baskin Robbins customer service and the representative confirmed that the price should not have been overridden. Came home and found out that they just used chocolate ice cream and put a lot of Fudge on top with peanuts all around. TOTALLY WRONG! There was no cake and shouldnt have used peanuts. Almonds are supposed to be used. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! As a business owner ask yourself: Is $10 worth the bad reviews and possibly losing many customers and your franchise agreement. I say franchise agreement because these people are ultimately jeopardizing Baskin & Robbins name/reputation. My next stop would be Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, all these complaints will have Baskin & Robbins associated even when its the greedy franchise owners.

Had a great time there with friends and family. Good customer service, we were greeted nicely and the workers were all cheerful. I was not rushed into making whatever choice, I was given taste samples ;).... :-) I just LOVE Baskin Robbins Icecream

Weve been to all the local Baskin Robins in Northern VA area, and this one was terrible. Nasty person working there, well never go back to this one again. I figure if they cant hire pleasant staff, then the owners must be jerks too. Was generally dirty too, but that wasnt the thing that put us off.

Overpriced ice cream treats...yeah, some of their flavors are mildly inventive, but honestly, is a teeny tablespoon of ice cream at BR worth the wildly overinflated prices they ask for? (Let me answer that for you...NO.)

My favorite is vanilla and chocolate ice cream!
