I had a full highlights done today, and I can say that I am so pleased 😍😍😍 I am in love with my hair. Cathy is super professional and knows what she is doing. I can’t wait to have my keratin treatment done.

I took my daughter in for a trim and we had Loni. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She kept on telling my daughter with curly hair she should come in with her her flat ironed so it was easier. I noticed she wasnt even caring how she cut her hair. There was a big chunk cut in the front and when I asked about it she got even ruder if that was possible. She repeatedly talked about the flat iron. Then had the nerve to say she always cuts African-American hair. I finely had enough and said if you can cut coarse then you shouldnt be complaining. She rudely said whatever. I was trying to keep my mouth shut and not say to much but I had had enough. I finally said I dont want you messing up her hair anymore and if you have a license you should know what youre doing. She continued to be rude. I will be finding out who the owner is. Loni should not work with the public. She rude, confrontational, not professional, she doesnt care about her work. Hopefully the owner reads this and makes some adjustments. I have already made it know to family and friends who have come here not to come back. My experience was worse just not going to waste anymore of my time on this person.

I called ahead of time to seek flat iron service and was turned away upon arrival. Disappointed to hear that my hair was too curly and couldn’t be worked on. I’ve gone to Supercuts and gotten my hair flat ironed plenty of times.

The owner is super sweet,and AJ is awesome. Got a great cut and hes fast. In and out, just like I want it.

The hairdresser I saw was great. Despite the Covid issues, she had a great attitude and gave me a good haircut.

I was looking for a new stylist and I stumbled upon this incredible salon!This Fantastic Sam’s location is a perfect 10 from the space itself to the talented staff. Rosie is absolutely a hair God! I came in looking for color and Rosie ended up refreshing my cut as well. The blow out was incredible and lasted for days after my visit. The staff is so welcoming and will have you laughing the entire time! Their vibe is laid back, fun and unpretentious. Anyone looking for gorgeous hair should give them a try!

Loved my 1st time experience at FS! My hair looks lovely and I’ve received numerous compliments. The products they used smelled wonderful and left my hair silky and soft. Oh and my blowout stayed nice and fresh all day. Thank You! Professional and lovely atmosphere. I highly recommend it to all!

I so loved this place! Customer service is one of a kind. First time and I went from black to medium brown color with highlights and she did a fantastic job. Rosie took her time and explained the whole procedure before, as she went and after. I give 5 stars. This is my new favorite hair place.

Very welcoming. Great service. I felt like my experience from hair washing, cut, and style was not rushed or interrupted. The hair dresser was very careful not to hurt me while brushing/styling my hair.Corners of the floors had a lot of hair left over - saw this when I walked in and also by my chair. No big deal.Priced well with good customer service. I’ll be back again and recommend people here.

This place is great! They always do a GOOD job! Ive been getting my hair color and haircut with Lupe for some time now and she never fails to impress me. Great people here and a fun atmosphere. Vanessa at the front is a sweetheart and great with all the clients. I highly recommend this FS you will be satisfied!!

Although my experience was bad last time, it changed this time. I really do appreciate the owner of this salon giving me a call to see what they could do for me to fix my hair, plus they did it for free . She also gave me a free bottle of moose which is nice cause hair products are a lot of money these days. So if u have a concern just talk to management and they usually try to be helpful!

I didn’t want to pay over $100 for my haircut this time, I was even willing to spend about $60 but I walked out spending $30 !! And by far it is the quickest nice haircut I’ve gotten. Met exactly to my specifications, thank you Patricia. While I was there too another stylist had back to back clients of men who came to see Martin, this says a lot..The next day I took my daughter who is so tender headed and Rosie trimmed her hair and she loved it, she was extra gentle knowing her situation.Will definitely be a related customer after this..

Typical of the chain. I like being able to get a quick trim, $20 with a wash. Annie is skilled and always bright and friendly. Parking is convenient.

Solan staff have years of experience at this location! As good of a haircut as I get at regular solans for a much lower price! Also, if you get a favorite stylist at this place, they somehow retain them for years, so you don’t keep having to look for a new one every year, as I have with other places.

Came here because I need to get my haircut last minute. Didnt expect them to not know how to do a basic military cut. High and tight, down to skin on the sides...the lady left my sides long and had to cut it down again. She also didnt clean up around my ears or neck so I had long hair like an owl sticking out from around my ears and long hair on my neck...this place is a joke.
