Bought a pair of their Justin boots. Good looking slip on boots. They are composite toe waterproof boots. Id had them about 1 month when the composite toe guard started to dig into my outer toe. It appears it shifted within the the boot. Tried getting it exchanged at local store and they would not warranty it. Tried calling corporate and got the same response after 3 email attempts. I suppose you get what you pay for. Ive worn Red Wings for years thought Id save a couple of bucks, but now my toe is paying for it even after the fact.

The older heavy set floor girl is rude and has zero customer service skills. Every question I asked she replied with attitude. If she doesnt like her job she should find a new one or stay home. Very unprofessional. The younger girls there have better work ethic and people skills.

Not a very big work boot selection it was all either hawx or wolverine and just a few different models from each brand. Anyways a older heavy set woman literally followed me around the store the whole time I was there even pretended to be on the landline in the back where I was trying on the boots then after I got done she said all done now and literally escorted me to the front, like literally .. I kinda wanted to buy a belt too but her inappropriate behavior was embarrassing and I was with a guest so I just bought the boots and left.. I dont recommend this place to anyone and if your dark skinned like myself you should just steer clear of the place completely.

The gentleman who helped me was professional and friendly, he was informative, but wasnt pushy which is a plus in my book...The boots I bought are high quality and comfortable, Ill likely be going back numerous times for more boots for different purposes.

The staff did not acknowledge my presence in the store until I was leaving.They only carry cowboy boots and over priced clothes. That is it.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience in this Particular spot, the sells man working named “Carson” I believe that was the guy following me and my husband and 17 month old around like we had a sign on our backs saying we are going to steal something, then he had the nerve to ask if I knew what time it was ? Let me say it was 7:20 pm not even the time they close at 8pm and then he checked his phone saying it’s almost closing time, instead of asking if we need help. Then while walking out with my husband he carried the baby out and on his shoulder the baby’s little jacket with cartoon figures and Carson escorted us out asking My husband and I ..If that was the stores piece of clothing.. like really? The little itty bitty jacket of my 1 year old. Like Really? Can he be more obvious and mistreat the customers that we’re going to buy boots... I would never go back into that store unfortunately.. Racist much! I really hope the Boot Barn looks into that Particular person. Such a shame since we we’re going to be purchasing three pairs of beautiful boots we seen in the store, a pair for each. Instead we left with bad customer service...

Two options for womens safety work boots. There are four full rows of cowboy boots, two full rows of mens work boots and a single rack in the furthest corner of the store of womens work boots. Talk about afterthought. So disappointed that I drove 20 minutes to BOOT barn only to find that apparently only men need options for work boots. Unacceptable.

Dont shop here I had the worst experience buying boots and thanks to the brilliant sales woman at the counter my boots are ruined !!! I bought timberland pro series work boots that clearly say they are waterproof on the side and I had mentioned that I usally use the silicone spray to water proof my boots but the woman insisted that I purchase mink oil and apply to my boots which are now ruined because they are no longer the light tan color which I like and they will never go back to that color they are now a much darker brown and I hate the color but she had to get that sale of the mink oil you know so thanks .... not

Ive been in retail service for about 20 years and everyone working in retail knows about greeting customers. When going to this particular Boot Barn, my husband, our son, and myself walk in and no one greeted us until I said hi. My husband had went in a couple weeks ago and they ignored him and did not offer any help. It is their job to ask us if we need help, it should not be the other way around, especially if there is a associate just standing there. Weve been to the Boot Barn in the city of Orange, and I have to say that their customer service is awesome!

Everyone was great. Went for a gift card and walked out with 2 pair Jeans didnt go for. Brought in a pair jeans I bought online that doesnt fit because I gained a bit of weight and bought them over 2 months ago. They couldnt regarding that. Thats cool. Ill give them to a family member. Larger of the two local Boot barn, thus more sekection. But very limited selection for plus size persons. Could not find shirts in my size, went in internet to buy shirts.

This store is ok. Fair selection and cute for women & kids, nice staff overall but doing more complicated tasks, such as getting advice for work boots fit or conducting internet order exchanges and well executed. The company needs to play some catch up w technology, modernizing themselves and their staffs knowledge.

They didn’t have my size so they said they can ship the shirts to my house but Olga put the wrong info on the tablet I waited a week didn’t get there so I called back and she fixed it so I waited another week still nothing there so I went in to the store and I just wanted my money back and they said I can’t get my money back until I give them the shirts which I don’t have so I started getting pissed cause they wanted me to go get my package at the postal service but they didn’t know which one it was so now I gotta go around looking for it

They have a wonderful selection of shoes and most of the staff is friendly and super helpful. However, i walked in with my Service dog. There was one older staff member (cashier at the time) who first asked me if my dog was a service dog. Yes, I told her. Then, she started asking me more questions like wheres my papers to prove it, where is his vest, ect. I continued to tell her what she was asking me was against ADA regulations. She then said to me im not asking what your medical condition is, im asking about your dog. I then proceeded to hand her a regulation card about what she can legally and not legally ask me. She said I dont want your card im asking about your dog. I choose to ignore her and stand quietly waiting for my friend to make her purchase so we could leave. The cashier then walked to the back and didnt come back out. Another employee ( nice male) walked out and appoligised to me. He said she shouldnt have treated me in such a manner. He said they were just making sure for their safety if he was a real service dog and that I need to properly label him. Yes, he does have a vest that carries my supplies that I need most of the time, however it was in the car for he had been wearing it all day and I was giving him a break. Of course, he was doing as he was suspose to. Sitting quietly next to me or walking right beside me at all times and was under complete control. Per ADA regulations there are only 2 questions they are allowed to ask me. By Law they are 1: Is that a service dog. ( mind you he is 76 lbs). 2: what does he do for you. Anything else is against ADA regulations. Unfortunately, I was so embarassed and felt attacked by her that my dog and myself will not be going back there again. My rating would have been a 1 star if it wasnt for the other employees that were so friendly towards me the 40ish minutes prior to her being so rude and arguing and raising her voice at me.
