I take the work vehicles here on a regularly basis for oil changes. The customer service is excellent and the oil change is quick. Friendly staff and plenty of space in and out doors to seat.

Very efficient service, no pressure to buy what you may not need. Gave me info. on what they recommended for work they do not do. Would definitely be a repeat customer.

A piece of my bumper was falling off & dragging on the road. It was Sunday, about 5:30ish, and Jiffy Lube in Los Alamitos was the only place still open, so I gave it a try. I was greeted with smily faces and a team full of energetic professionals. They gave me a stable, temporary fix so I could safely get back on the road. They didn’t even charge me a thing. I’m so very thankful for their kindness and service to me🙏🏼

Service wasnt bad at all but the true cost was more than I was looking to spend. You could definitely do it yourself at home if you have all the right tools and equipment and it would cost less.

My experience with Jiffy Lube was great 👍. I didnt have to wait long at all and of course, staff cleaned the windows as well as vacuum the interior of my truck! Thanks Jiffy Lube staff at the Katella office! 🙂

Their price are crazy high. I went in for an oil change.. Quoted me prices for air filters that were almost double the price of buying them and installing them myself. Which I did. Also wanted to charge me to clean my battery terminal which wasn’t even corroded. Then they told me I needed brakes, new fluid and probably rotors. I had the oil change done there and then took it to my mechanic 3 days later to have brakes looked at. While they had it up on the racks... they noticed that oil was leaking from the casing around the filter. I called them back, and basically received a run around answer. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVER CHARGED FOR SHODDY WORKMANSHIP.....

Its the first time I took my car myself, it used to be my boyfriend who would do this, but I did it & feel very accomplished 🤓😅 I was even able to stay in my car while they did their good work!I liked hearing the Jiffy Lube men & women work so great together. They would call or their little codes while all attending to me car, great team work!!!(Jiffy Lube prices could be better -$100 for oil is a lil cray-cray if were being honest).

I was disappointed after my service today. After I declined additional services, I was not called when my vehicles oil change was complete. Then when I picked up my vehicle they had been in my glove box, I assume to read the owners manual, and dropped a box out. It was just laying on the floor. They didnt clear the Maintenance light either. Ive used them before without issue but today it just seemed like they didnt care. I will not be returning.

Staff was polite but a simple oil change took a ridiculously long time, 56 minutes to be precise. Keep in mind this is with no line, pulled straight into the bay. There appeared to be plenty of employees so Im not sure what gives.Update, I attempted to contact the establishment using the instructions in the reply below but no further action was taken in their part.

I used to trust this place but the last time I was here they said I had a major oil leak and I should get rid of the car. My local mechanic showed me where the oil is and said there is ZERO oil leaks. Here I was going to buy a new car or spend thousands getting my car fixed.These guys try to sell you everything under the sun and in reality they should all be working at McDonalds, where theyd cause less damage ( maybe)

Friendly service as soon as I pulled up, went for an oil change and it was fast, even topped off all my fluids with a smile. Definitely coming back for more service that I need on my car

Service was completed, however, came to find out I was overcharged. They said I needed brakes and rotors for both front and back. Took car to another shop and they said I only needed front brake pads. They wanted to charge me $950 for unnecessary work. BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE QUOTED!

Expensive! A basic oil change with 6qts of synthetic was over $90 without a coupon, which thankfully I had that brought the cost down to $75. Thats dealership price and they dont even wash your car. Ill be looking for a better place.

They do a good job. Always check your oil level after an oil change here. On one occasion they didnt put ANY oil back in the engine. If I hadnt checked, I would have driven away and blown the engine.

Great service. The have the manger special for $29.95 and they explained the other oil change options with clear pricing. As soon as I drove in, a nice lady approached me and explained that its 30-40 minutes wait and walk me to the office where the waiting area is. Great service & friendly customer service. The waiting area could use some improvement. Overall it took 2 hours to get an oil change, way too long.

Came in yesterday at 4pm for an oil change which should’ve cost me $99 or less with a military discount, just an oil change. And then I get there, originally for a 30 min oil change, stay for about 1 hour and a half and to get charged $150 for a bunch of stuff I did not request. I mean I got an oil change but man let me know next time the true cost. I had to drive 1 hour to Oceanside so I didn’t press the matter.

Just had my change oil, tire rotation, power steering fluid flushed, transmission fluid flushed and etc today. Waited for 2 1/2 hours but I trully understand. Their very busy going back in fort, but the crews still managed to smile. I just love this place.

I was traveling and decided to grab an oil change here my truck passed its 3,000 mile change almost over 1K ago so I was overdue. First thing I noticed was this place was busy all the bays was full and I was 1 of 3 vehicles awaiting service. I pulled up and left my engine on and was informed your wait is is 20 min would you like to wait in waiting room? I declined stayed in m y cool truck on my cell I was feeling like this was a discouraging question to possibly leave as closing time was nearing?... instantly i felt maybe I should leave?Time to pull in the bay I left keys proceeded to waiting room.... OK I am new here at Jiffy Lube so I need to fill out some info to get in their system.... I was asked what grade / brand oil I wanted. I simply stated whatever is on the current sticker from past oil change.. But the 10/30 grade was NOT available and I opted for 5/30 oil... Then I was asked how much air do you want in your tires.. ?? strange?.. I said what the tire says is the recommended PSI ... Well i declined the up sells of bad filter and this and that and finally received a bill for $42 which $15 was discounted for Mangers Special.OK time to leave i notice my old oil change sticker is still on my window and the new one is under it in drivers sight and also with a change in 5,000 miles notice? I asked and had to relate to the crew this truck is NOT new and every 3K is standard procedure. the bay I proceed no more than 10 feet when I am hearing a noise from my engine sounding like a chirping or squealing. I look around at the red light hoping this is NOT my truck but someone else s? Nerveless I drive 10 miles and turn around to go back to Jiffy Lube as the noise is just something I have never heard from my truck?Well the workers at Jiffy Lube honestly can only tell me that my pulley looks rusty and they did nothing but pull drain plug replace my filter.... After realizing this is going no where for a logical answer from Jiffy Lube I left upset to my Mechanic.Well instantly my mechanic laughed and pointed out all the sloppy oil spills through out my engine which ran down onto my AC belt soaking it and causing the noises. My engine looked like someone spilled oil in 3 different areas!I explained my experience and we both laughed at Jiffy Lubes sloppy work and silly air pressure and the 5K synthetic new car sticker mistake...Now I drive everywhere squealing still 3 days later to remind me of this terrible Jiffy Lube experience!

Weve been going to this particular Jiffy Lube for several years, and are always treated well, excellent service, sometimes above and beyond. They do almost everything except repair tires. Good people, fair prices and fast service. A real and convenient asset to LosAl.----------Today (8 NOV 2018) Mr. Ismael Herrera performed a relatively simple repair to the skid plate of our car, which was very important to us. He did this quickly and with great care, at very low cost. It was something he could have refused to do at all, but he accepted the job without hesitation and completed it perfectly. We are greatly appreciative to him and to Jiffy Lube/Los Alamitos.

Ive gone here now for about three years to do my oil change. I feel an amount of trust letting the friendly staff work on my car. Ive never been sold services I dont need and they have always been readily available to answer any questions I had about my car and services they provide.

This is the best Jiffy Lube location that Ive been to. Very competent staff. Tyryce and Joseph are wonderful.

The pictures show how they left my truck. Oil dripping from the frame for three days. Pictures show the fist and third day on my now stained driveway. After a hour of waiting for my oil change With no extra services my truck was finally ready. I walked around my truck and noticed oil dripping. I asked the attendent if this was how they left a paying customers truck when finished. he wiped up some oil but it obviously kept dripping from the pictures shown. I made a appointment with the manager to my surprise he was a no show. Waited till he would return at said time and still no show. i filled out a damage report at the shop because the rim on the side where he was trying to get to the filter was scratched up also !! Ive called in 3 time after and left messages for the manager with no return call or no enquiry about my damage report. This shop does brakes and whatever else. I have live in long beach all my life and this has to be the worst experience I have ever had. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I give them a zero and i am not hard to please. I gave them a one star because it would not let me give them a zero.

We brought our car in for an oil change. We have been here multiple times and never had an issue. We drove the car for a couple months, not noticing anything wrong. Until the engine started to knock. We brought it in to a mechanic and he said the oil filter was crushed into place and the oil was really bad and low. Likely they didnt change the oil at all. We are still trying to contact them to discuss this.

The people are nice, although they do try to sell you things you might or might not need.However, the price is expensive. Charge $39.99 for the cheapest oil change while other places charge about $25.For synthetic oil change, expect to pay over $50. What a ripoff!

Very poor experience here today. I usually go to the one in cypress and the staff there are EXCELLENT!!! I decided to go to this one because they open at 7 whereas the cypress location opens at 8. I was the FIRST person in line today and it took 1 hour to get my oil changed. The cypress location is 20 mins MAX. Then to top it all off, I bring a coupon that I got in the mail for $9 off a standard oil change, I proceed to give the coupon to the employee and he tells me he already gave me $13 off because of the Mangers Special $29.99 sign that was outside. Well, that sign has been promoted outside of EVERY jiffy lube since before I started wearing deodorant! The cypress location ALWAYS honors the coupon added with the fake Managers Special discountEvery location is different so jiffy lube wont lose my business, but this location certainly has. Back to cypress I go in 3k miles😊
