I purchased the pumpkin cheesecake and chocolate fruit platter with a card and balloon for delivery as a anniversary gift. After a delivery hiccup, it was delivered the next day. The recipients thoroughly enjoyed it. I would do business here again. Thanks

Would leave zero stars if I could! ABSOLUTELY NOONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. They did not successfully deliver my order or bother to use the directory or leave a note for customer to pick up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. No one in the headquarters can reach them either. I will never order with them again. Disputing charge with my bank forget this place .

Placed an order through the app. Order was never delivered. Had to embarrassingly ask the recipient if they ever got it and they said no. Called the store and only note was from two days after the delivery date stating there was a power outage and waiting to get call back from recipient on when to be delivered. I never got a call or email, and they didn’t try to reach out again or redeliver. Almost a week later! So disappointed. Will use other EA instead of this one.

Called in an order to pickup at 10am Saturday morning. Again I called and spoke with an employee on the phone NOT ONLINE. Arrived to pickup my order at 10:15 and was told it would not be ready until 11am.The girl behind the counter said as if she was completely overworked let me see what the girls in the back say about this the tone was just wrong along with her body language.So I said please do not bother or go to such troubles. Just refund my Credit Card right now... the look on her face was shock and surprise.In times like these (Covid) an Non Essential / luxury item company like this has better thank their lucky stars that people are ordering fruit arrangements.Next time we will go out of our way to do business with another location.Jeff G.

I order for delivery... hasent been delivered. Called the store nobody answered the phone for over an hour. I’m so irritated with this place. It’s not like their arrangements are cheap. And to not be able to tlak to anyone and haven’t recieved it

My girlfriend bought me edible arrangements from this location for me birthday. Luckily I had no room in my fridge so I disassembled the fruits to put in tupperwear. How can you even be in business sending out arrangements with bugs all in the bag? Now one single bug, which is disgusting but I can get over. No I found Atleast 7/8 in the bag. Freakin disgusting. Health department needs to come check you all out and shut you down. I took multiple pictures so you all can see.

The owner handled my order and he seemed happy to do so. Everything occurred as he said they would and I am happy to report he knocked the boots off an 85th birthday gal.Thank you Sreve

Ordered a week in advance. Arrived day asked in the early afternoon with all products beautifully in tact. Many stores aren’t dependable. This one is! My aunt was very happy with her Mother’s Day gift.

Disappointed on Valentines Day! No call-no show! Never delivered to the recipient! Never called me-nothing. I ordered on line at 8:00 AM and received my email confirmation immediately. When I hadn’t heard from my husband by 4:00, and thinking he was holding out on me or very busy, I called this location. I was on hold 15 minutes! So I emailed them a reply to my confirmation email asking if it had been delivered. No response. I met my husband for a late dinner after we’d both had very long days at work and learned he had never received it! The next day I received a call and the voice on the other end said “ we are calling everyone who’s orders were not delivered yesterday...” Yikes! How many of us were there?? “...and offering them a full refund or a new delivery date. Do you have a preference?” Really! No apology? No explanation? Yeh, I want my $65 refunded! The caller asked “ Well I see that was going to a business so would you like us to deliver it on Monday?” Since I try not to shoot the messenger, which is all this poor guy was, I resisted the urge to respond with “ Gee, I don’t know. Is Monday Valentines Day too?!” Instead I took the refund and hung up. I understand it’s a holiday and maybe it was literally impossible to fill all of their orders. Though I would have been disappointed, if they had called to tell me they couldn’t do it at least I could have done something else. This way I did nothing. This was my first and last order/purchase from edible arrangements. I mean-things happen but through it all there was no customer service-none! You’d think they’d call apologetically before the end of day, or offer a discount on your next purchase or something, but I got the feeling that my being a customer or not was just no big deal to them. Very disappointing-especially when I read all these other reviews from very satisfied customers. Bummer.

Outstanding customer service and my sister loved her arrangement! She said the fruit filled 2 big bowls!Also, they accommodated my sisters work schedule and got it there early!I will definitely be back!
