Just had my garage door repaired. I came across Red Fern Garage Door on Google search and decided I would give them a try. Extremely happy with the service. On time and the serviceman named Jeff was everything you would want from a new business experience. Knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and quick. He made me very comfortable with the company despite the fact that they seemed new. Went of his way to lube and adjust the springs and showed me us to properly lube the rollers and hinges. He was on time, quick and efficient.

These guys are a class act. They call back when they say they will, they deliver when they say they will, their workmanship is great and they very knowledgeable. Recently, I called them on Saturday morning to fix a broken spring. Their specialist arrived later that afternoon. Repaired springs, lubricated hinges and rollers, and gave advice on how to maintain things going forward all in about an hour. Excellent service, great price and very personable! I was so happy with their work that I have already referred them to a number of new clients.

Wonderful service from this company. The tech answered all my questions and concerns and explained everything he was doing. Im going to be using them for yearly maintenance. Used them for the second time to replace broken spring. Replaced both with lifetime warranty which was amazing. Called at night and they responded early next morning and replaced the springs. These guys are great. The spring On our garage door broke and the door would not lift. Replacing the spring solved the issue. They called when they were on the way so it worked great with my schedule. The service guy was awesome. The job was completed in less than 45 minutes. The repairman also replaced two springs on one door, checked the other one and lubricated both doors. He also gave me pointers for how I could maintain the doors in better condition to prolong their life. I would definitely use their services again.

James my technician showed up right on time, calling to let me know beforehand when he would be at my house. Our garage door was in the worst state I have ever seen. It was hanging by one side, and most of the wheels had broken off. He came out the day after I called, first thing in the morning in the freezing cold and got it done. It now works great! He was great! He totally re-assembled my garage door opener as it was installed incorrectly originally. I honestly dont remember my door ever operating this smooth and quiet. I cant believe how fantastic he was!

The team at Red Fern Garage Door Repair was great. Jeff called 20 minutes before he arrived and got to work right away. He lubricated the rollers. Door goes up and down and is quiet. He noticed that the wires were taped and reconnected them with a gel type connector to keep out moisture. One or both did the trick. I thought it was the safety sensor. Happy that I dont have to get in and out of the car to open or close the door. I appreciated that he explained why he was doing what he was doing. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair price, great service and employees that care about the job they are performing.
