Went in for a face mask to help my friend move. Her garage has mold. I have asthma. So I had seen an add and in it shows you carry masks for mold. I was looking for this and an employee who was doing something else stopped and asked if I needed help finding something... She actually knew her store and sent me directly to where I needed. I continued shopping with my husband and got a tarp. Saw her again and she asked if I found what I was looking for? I did! I regret not getting her name but be proud of her for doing her job. She is an example of how customer service use to be and should continue to be. Thank you for still giving me hope for America. God bless you.

I am a retired mechanic. The tools they carry are better quality than some tools I have purchased from tool trucks in the past and the prices are much better. The employees do their best to meet your needs. I will continue to visit these stores for my tool needs.

Excellent service, I called ahead of time looking for a manual winch, they verified that they had the stock on hand. By the time I got to the store it took me 5 min to get the part and I was done. I had gone to 5 other stores with no luck.

Upon my arrival, my experience entering the facility was very inviting and clean. Also with 6ft customer distance checkout lines along with great customer service skills. They took care of what I needed & good timely manner. However I didnt notice seeing any Craftsman brand tools.

Went to go buy a cement mixer for my husband who knew that you had to get a little card from the display center where the mixers were at well, I didnt know and nobody came to ask if I needed any help so I grabbed the display one. Finally the guy comes up to me and ask me what are you doing with that I told him Im going to buy it and he says no youre not go put it back thats the display one. How rude sorry I really dont buy this kind of stuff.

I think Ive shopped my last time here.Im all about trying to save a buck or two, but their parts for the same items dont evenmatch each other or are so poorly labled that the consumer hasnt a clue when buying multiple tool items.

Normally, I would say this is a great place, but when a bunch of grown men who work there watch a tiny woman lift and carry a two ton jack out of their store, without offering an ounce of help. First Ill say shame on the store for not requiring this, next Ill say whoever parents these sissy boys that think theyve raised men should be ashamed, and feel sad that theyve raised a boy to be a half a man if that.

Friendly staff, especially the cashier thats usually there. Manager was very helpful on a return even though I didnt have my receipt. Prices are always doable.

Great store to shop at. Had all the items i was looking for. Been to other harbor freight stores, and not as stalked up like this store.

Went for a obd2 reader, they tried to sell me a open box unit @ full price, they rang it up and everything until I noticed that the box had been opened she was trying to hide the price on the side of the box. Had to issue me a partial refund. Then claimed that it was the only one on the shelf.

Great deals but they need more staff to help with customers.

Great place, great customer service, and spacious. I did not feel crowded at all maneuvering around the store. Only complaint; the lay out of the store and the placement of many items did not make sense to me, and left us wandering around the store several times to get the four items we needed.

The worst experience I have ever had ! Didnt have 1/2 of what I needed after picking the tags from the shelf ! The prices advertized were not the actual price . the gals at the register were to busy dancing and talking about boys then to pay attention to what they were ringing up ! The rude worst experience ever there ! Asked for a manager amazingly wasnt available . asked for the phone number to corporate and was given a fake phone number

Drove around NM for vacation. Also stopped at every harbor freight looking for flux core wire, 4lb hammer, and sand blast media. I found my hammer. But nothing else. Seems like all harbor freights are missing the same items. But I had fun driving around

Man, there was some really interesting locals inside this location when I stopped by, probably not relevant to this review, but the store had alot more inventory compared to my local Albuquerque location and I appreciated how it was laid out almost the same way to my local store which made it easy to find things. The only thing that would have made my experience 5 star was how the cashier treated me, but in all fairness, she was probably just accustomed to how the locals did business.

I love Harbor Freight I usually get the blankets here for my dogs and all their tools are almost just as good as Home Depot and Lowes and their prices beat them all thank you Harbor Freight

I shop fairly often at Harbor. Freight. Most of their products are good quality but a few are not. That is what you would expect from a place that has such low price items. They were real good about replacing a tree trimming saw that had a part that may have been broken when purchased or broke unreasonably soon after purchase. Clean, friendly, helpful, and inexpensive.

The Village of Los Lunas leadership wants to remain a bedroom community no matter the population size therefore all the stores, including this one, are too small and carry too fiew and too lacking amounts of products.

So much fun! Not a place to buy your high-quality tools that you use regularly, it looks like almost all of the stuff is cheap Chinese knockoff, but you often dont need more than that for a one-time job. Love this place!

Glad to finally get one closer to home. There are some things I will never get here, like anything cordless, but that is ANY harbor freight not just this one. There is plenty to love about certain select products that are worth every penny they charge you though! The people at this location are very nice and friendly, which is a great thing, as thats not always what you get.

They request but dont require you to have a mask while in the store...employees are masked...customers not all of them...store itself has social distancing markings on the floor easy to follow...at least they are trying...

Im so happy to have a Harbor Freight in Los Lunas..i just love this place. But one thing they need to work on compared to Albuquerque store is workers out on the floor. When you have a question or need help there is no one to be found. Always have to ask the cashier to get someone. In Albuquerque store there is an employee pretty much on every aisle to help out. And of course cant forget your coupons or your coupon for your free item..now thats 👍👍👍👍👍

Everyone just hold your horses and just be happy we have a Harbor Freight coming to Los Lunas. Before anyone makes a travel, call surrounding areas and see if they are open. As of 6-16-19 still not open, but will be ready when it is though.Update 07/1/19: Its open for business and clean and stocked very nice. Staff was very friendly and for just opening everyone had something to do and stay busy and that happened. Great job at Harbor Freight and Staff.

Los Lunas finally had a Harbor Freight! I feel like out of all the Harbor Freights Ive visited, this is my favorite. Good selection, well organized and displayed. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.

I really like Harbor Freight Tools. I always find what I need and other really cool stuff too. I stock my house with scissors -- the kind that cut almost anything -- for a dollar a pair. I noticed our truck tires was low so we stopped at the nearest gas station for air, which cost a whopping $1.75, but could not give enough air to inflate the tire. We went to HFT and got air hose end part we needed for our little compressor (a 6 pack of them) for $5.99, and went home and inflated all of our tires to the proper pressure. They have what you need for a great price!

The store was clean. The only problem was the customer service I asked for help finding a product they lady just ignored me and kept texting on her cellphone

They have a little of every thing. May not be as high quality as name brands but its just fine for the weekend handy man.

Good tools and they seem to always have some sweet deals going on. Staff is pretty helpful even the girl at the front that looks like she just woke up from a hangover at 3pm and ran in to work.

Its a Harbor Freight store! Great place to buy tools for the weekend DIY person. Truth be told, their hand tools, such as wrenches, pliers, sockets have come a long way. That wasnt always the case. Some of the older plastic cased power tools had downright terrible plastic that crumbled after a few years. Theyve gotten much better. I like their 9mil thick black workgloves for painting and mechanical work. They get a 4 star rating, extra large size is small, wont fit big hands, not quite wide enough but sturdy.

First time visiting, its ok. Not as great as i was expecting kind of like a smaller just tools version of raks...staff was rude walked off in the middle of helping us.

Has a lot of uncommon products compared to the big box chain stores.
