Not a good experience, we paid 7k cash we took it in due to a check engine light, they kept it there 2 weeks. Charged me 80. Plus the manager was bad mouthing my husband while i qas in paying. If youre going to bad mouth someone do it when we are gone. I heard everything. 🤬. Ill be taking my business to Albuquerque. So mad now..

Just purchased a 2021 Razr turbo S4, ppl were really helpful. They always make you feel welcomed and comfortable, very knowledgeable on their stuff, would recommend to anybody to purchase from here, Sean and Daniel took good care of me so made it so easy to deal with everything, kept me posted on delivery dates as well. Really happy with my purchase. Seth from service department was also helpful.

I left a deposit over the phone for a yfz450. Later found out that i wasn’t going to be able to purchase it and told them that I needed my deposit back. Well they never told me that their deposits are only refundable if they aren’t approved for purchase. Well because I didn’t want them to run my credit they didn’t give me my deposit back. And after I spoke to the manager, he laughed so i told him I’m never buying from them and he said “well you never bought from us so I don’t care, have fun” . Very unprofessional. Going to be contacting the owner of the place.Update: Ray the GM called me and made everything right with me and was able to get my deposit back ! I will continue shopping here, as long as I stay away from the sales manager David! He’s not a good person. Highly recommend not talking with him, he will just laugh in your face. I really don’t understand how he still has a job there.

Update: I am not sure if anyone in management saw my review, but I was impressed by how quickly I got answers regarding fuel and containers. I received an answer within 3 minutes. 👍🏼I am amazed at the unsatisfactory level of customer service they provide. I had to call multiple times for someone to answer the phone. Then, I had to be transferred multiple times to the Parts Department because no one was answering there. What should have been approximately a five-minute phone call took 17 minutes. Its not Astrophysics to answer phones & locate a part (the part number was provided to the rep).Management: Do not respond to this review with your pathetic, We will use your comments to refine our efforts to ensure this issue does not happen again.

If it wasn’t for RICK in the service department I would say - Don’t ever purchase anything from LOS LUNAS MOTORSPORTS!!!! Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help resolve customer issues. If I could give a 0 star review I would but I guess 1 will do it.He was super helpful and got my issues resolved within ONE HOUR verses the 3 weeks my ATV has been in the shop.If you ever have any issues don’t even bother going to the GENERAL MANAGER “ SETH “ who doesn’t help in anyway.Again, thank you so much RICK for all the help!!!YOU’RE THE BEST!!!

This shop never has part, you would think that they would stock clutch cables brakes things that Commonly Wear out. By the time they order the parts I’m looking for, it’s faster ordering off line the come faster usually free shipping and less expensive.

Bought a side by side about 8 months ago drove it for about 30 minutes and the belt broke off. Took it to get replaced and ran for another 20 minutes and engine started rattling. Took it in to the service department and took them 6 months to diagnose it excuse after excuse. They supposedly fired their servicing operator and so on! When I purchased it they had told me I had 3 month warranty. Don’t waste your money here!!

They were supposed to repair my fiancé’s articat and did not stay in contact with us what’s so ever about what needed to be fixed. They kept it for over 6 MONTHS!! And told us it was because the woman working there was on drugs and they fired her And yet they still charged him. On top of that we were already approved for a trade in. And then last minute they told us no. When we went to pick it up, they didn’t even bother to put anything back together and were transporting it on a forklift. Keep in mind it was drivable when we dropped it off and in one piece!!! Absolutely horrible.

I bought a 2020 polaris sportsman ho from hear. And one day it doesnt want to shift and it bogs out so I took it back and it took the 4 weeks to put the part in. The same day I got it back I went on a ride and it starts doing the same exact thing 😡😡😡

Do not waste your time or money here, the prices are high and the service is horrible. I originally bought a 4 seater RZR 1000 from this dealership and the experience was horrible. I had my financing and insurance done before we even went in and they made my wife and I wait for 6 hours.Then I get home and the roll cage was rattling because the bolts were cross threaded. So then I went in the other day to see if they would match a price I got from an Oklahoma dealership on a 2021 RZR turbo S and they laughed in my face. So now I am heading to Oklahoma and saving $4,000 after TTL, driving and hotel.

Jut purchased a 2020 ranger. I drove over 200 miles to take it for a ride. It broke down after 2 miles.Salesmen totally ignore you. Seems like you have to beg for their attention.Big NEGATIVE if you want help or if you want to purchase.. STAY AWAY people.I love to support my local businesses but NOT this one. They cause unnecessary hassle.

Took a 2017 170 razor Polaris. Over two weeks it sat at their service department. Part never got ordered, I picked it up and now it wont even start. The guy working said himself the shop was a mess. Service manager had quit or gotten fired along with staff. Possibly the guys messing everything up. Worst place and they still tried to charge. Under new management now, but I doubt she can make the mechanical service worth it. She makes the customer service better, but long story short go somewhere else the drive to Albuquerque is worth it.

This dealership was awesome to me and my wife. We returned because of the Service Manager Dustin Fewell. Dustin is just a super guy who truly cares about the dealership and the customer. We dealt with David Sanchez who treated with rest and honesty. We also dealt with Daniel the Sales Manager who really put forth a effort and earned my business. I’m totally pleased with this dealership and recommend it highly as they have earned my business. Thank you to all involved. I look forward to doing many more years of business with this company.

I bought and traded my razor in for a new Razor. I was told that I could have my strobe light back but they couldn’t take it off and they would have to give it to me later. This is over a month still waiting for my strobe light and waiting for my registration that I supposedly and should’ve received three weeks ago. They keep asking me for proof of residence that I have emailed and text 5 times. Unacceptable customer service, will never buy any other ATV wheeler from them again. I don’t recommend them unless you want horrible customer service.

Ms Montano not only never gave up on assuring my Seadoos were fixed correctly, but also assisted in myself purchasing a new Can-Am Out lander Four-Wheeler. A Four-Wheeler I had not planned on purchasing. Had a recent purchase from this group. VERY happy with the process from start to finish. They went above and beyond to earn my business. I was shocked. I have never received this kind of treatment from a powersports dealership. The vehicle I bought lost a body piece in transit when they were delivering(which they completed even after they were closed because they guaranteed delivery that day and they kept their word) and Leo came to my house later and hand delivered a replacement. Absolutely stellar. Hands down best powersports dealership, worth the extra drive to Los Lunas from Albuquerque. If you choose this dealer, ask for Rueben or Leo.

Terrible experience! Before going in we called and submitted forms online. My boyfriend, Johnny, was interested in a ranger. We decided to go in and look around. After looking we saw the person we spoke with earlier and he was no help. We waited for him to talk to us about the inventory and give us tips. Unfortunately he was more interested in a family going for something much bigger then what we had in mind. We finally got fed up and left. It wasn’t fair to us that we were being pushed to the back burner because they were a bigger sale. We will not be returning and will be finding a dealer/dealership willing to help us. Poor customer service skills!!

Tried to get a tire swapped out for my motorcycle, guy spent 20 minutes typing into computer and asking other people questions as to how to do his job. Just walked out...how can I trust this company with a tire which I will have to trust my life with; if they cant even get me into computer to even start...GARBAGE!!! Never coming back.

What can i say the vehicles and bikes sell themselves but the employees are awsome, very helpful. All of them have a hands on knowledge of the vehicles and bikes, as well as, the terrain nearby so if your exploring something new or just need help to make a decision you will be happy. They carry the latest models and styles, something for everyone. If anything, I would like to see them add a bit more gear selections. Keep it up guys.👍

They opened at 930, I was there. Walked in and gave them a tire to be mounted. They took it in the back, 45 minutes later the serviceman came out and said we can do the paperwork. I thought that was nice, then he told me the tire would be done in an hour. I said I would come back later. When I returned no one in service, ask a parts person, she stated he was helping another customer. 20 minutes later I had to ask someone else for service. 5 minutes later got the paperwork done Cant have the tire until you pay, Go pay and come back. 2 hours for a tire.2 hours for a 10 minute job.

They charged me 200 dollars to bring a bike from Alamogordo. Then they tried to charge us almost 500 dollars for a service fee on the bike. I refused to pay. They decided it was best to let it go. After all is paid for I ride two hundred yards and run out of gas. If they serviced the bike I think they might have noticed no fuel in the tank. lies and more lies. Sorry to say that was not the only problems I had with this purchase. Some of the staff was great, others not so much. Agro sales people who sit up in the little office in the show room with their feet on the desk to rude to help and even more rude when asked to help me with los Lunas motor sports screw up I will never do business with them again. In my opinion they are not very trustworthy.

I went in today and was outside looking at the four wheelers and side by sides. Not one of the salesman came out to greet me or anything. I went inside and same thing. I went to the back and looked at the accessories and the lady working the back greeted me and helped me and I appreciate that. I bought some googles for both my kids. I went back out and looked at the side by sides and just ended up leaving. Seems the staff( excluding both women who helped me) were too worried about their phones. But the store itself is nice. Nice selection of things.

Service department is horrible. Nothing but the run around. I have a ATV that has been sitting for repair and all the manager does is make excuses. Do your job completely and dont just show up to work for a check.When you are dealing with customers DO NOT tell them your going to do something and not follow through.Parts and the other side of the store are great.

If you go there! Older folks watch out. I’m so so disappointed good luck y’all you won’t last there with that service I won’t go back till new management and techs are there. Expensive I was able to purchase 3 new machines in Colorado and save several thousand dollars. I took an older machine into the service department drove it off the trailer they were unable to find the problem and had to load the machine back on the trailer with the forklift.

Purchased a used Harley Davidson, have a promissory note for a key to the bike. Has been 3 weeks and no idea when I will receive a key .I cannot go anywhere without leaving the bike because of the absence of key to lock it securely, very inconvenient. My wife and I put a hefty down payment and it was accepted with no questions asked. Reuben made the sale and each time I have inquired about the key or registration he has shown no interest in righting the matter. I was told the bike was serviced and went through multiple check points however when I got it home the transmission fluid was almost empty, brake master cylinders were almost empty, foot pegs rolled and my foot slipped off almost causing an accident! Oil was leaking through drain plugs I had to change all fluids and install new o-ring seals on all drain plugs, air filter needed to be cleaned as well. Not including all the other tightening and adjusting I had to do myself to make this bike ROAD SAFE! It seems to be another case of make the sale and forget the customer after dealership has received their money. Not happy right now!!

Called and asked about a new Yamaha mt 09 talked to a woman over the phone, she told me they had one in the back and she would have it ready on the shop floor for me by the time I got there. When I arrived I couldnt find the bike anywhere. I found the woman I spoke with on the phone and she told me to fallow her to the mechanic shop in the back. Got there and the bike was sitting in the corner of the garage covered in dust. None of the electronics were connected and the bike looked like it had been sitting there for months probably not going back any time soon which sucks because I really wanted the bike

I don’t appreciate being lied to.We were looking at new utv’s and found the one we wanted in the back not assembled. We were told “one hour”. This was about 3 PM. At 4:30 we said we would be back in the morning. The manager promised it would be ready at 9:30 to drive. We got back at 10:30 and it was not complete. When I was able to drive it I told them that the seat belts were installed wrong. They were binding. I was told that it would be fixed. They were not. No help strapping the Ute down. The directions they gave me resulted in a cut strap.While I was trying to set things up myself one of the mechanics flipped a customers unit while thrashing it. No confidence in the back end.UPDATEThe list of items that had to be followed up with has grown. No factory tool kit. The steering was not aligned. Title Paperwork was lost and had to be redone. It seems that once the sale is over, so is the service.AVOID THIS PLACE.I ended up taking the utv to Arizona West in lake Havasaw. They had to replace the tires and wheel bearings because of the incompetence of these bozos. They also re installed the seat belts properly. I hope that the Textron factory reads this review. This location is a horrible place to represent your brand.

Super bad service .. besides that I barely had a month with the cannam when it broke down and they have 1 month and 3 weeks and they still dont fix it or give us good information for when they fix it, I dont recommend it at all
