They are dishonest. My son was paying 48 a month to resell. Things came missing. He asked. They kicked him out for being rude. We went today for a refund on rent. He paid 48 a month. They paid him prorated refund. 72 for rent. Well we have the Oct 21 rent receipt as 48.00.Proof they are unprofessional and disorganized.Stay clear.

Really nice, quaint big store. Tons of variety, some new and some old. Definitely something for everyone! They have multiple vendors, so you can literally find almost anything there! The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even went as far as to call a vendor who wasnt present to see if shed sell something lower priced than tagged!

I have shopped here for years, before they moved downtown after the flood. They have such unique items, and are very well priced. My very favorite place to shop or just shoot the breeze.

I just watched a vendor park in one of the very few handicapped parking spaces in this block to unload her car. This happens frequently and consistently. They also use the 2 handicapped parking spaces as loading zones for their customers purchases. I happen to know that these spaces are needed for wheelchair users that frequent downtown or work there, me included. But thats beside the point, ITS ILLEGAL to use them that way. You may think it takes just a minute but in that time, a handicapped person can be driving around looking for a space, its happened to me plenty of times. I will start writing down the license plate numbers and reporting them.

Honestly this place shows no customer appreciation. I witnessed poor customer service to those who attempted to shop in this store by shooing perspective buyers out the door. While doors were unlocked and social distancing was lifted with restrictions curious window shoppers were walking 4th street to give to our local shops. The owner without due respect had no thought to thank them for stopping in, Kay did not politely say they werent open, nor did she say come back on reopening day.If all 4th street businesses treated potentially shoppers in this manner, downtown Loveland would have a reputation of indecency in customer service. It came across to me as discrimination to street walkers. I feel our community were treated as if they were homeless trying to get in from out of the cold.If you shop here, I highly recommend you to spend your money to better store owners who appreciate your business not just to take your money with greed.

I have a bad taste with this store. I was helping a friend who had only a few days to move in for reopening day.We scrambled to put something together and came in on the 3rd day with two days left before reopening day to fasten down shelves and start with displays. We arrived ready to do the touch ups when the owner rudely greeted us and told us we couldnt move in. She said our shelves werent sturdy and we were out of time. No warning and the stuff was off walls packed unprofessionaly . Dreams were broken. Kay did not conduct business properly to deserve any rating. In fact very poor to treat people in such a manner. I will avoid her establishment.

Clean & organized. Vintage to retro. Enjoyable for buying or just remembering! Our out of town friends ask to got here every time and find treasures to take home. Great addition to downtown Loveland.

The minute I walked in, I knew I had found a gold mine! The place is clean, full and fun. The staffis charming and helpful, and the prices are the best in the area. One can tell immediately that the dealers take pride in their booths. I counted over 50 dealers, and each set their best foot forward. The owner is personable and knowledgeable, and she has her eye on the pulse of the store. If youwant to spend time in a remarkable shopping experience, this is the place for you!

Fascinating shop full of treasures, antiques and just real neat items. Very friendly people will answer all your questions about the products.

Found what we were looking for. But the older gentleman clerk stalked us through the store like we were common thieves. The staff glares at you as you walk about, making it so uncomfortable. Even after we purchased are items and went back to take a last look at an item we were stalked and my husband was so enraged he was going to say something, but I plead with him not too. We will never shop here again and will advise everyone we know on social media of their sub par customer service. We spend a lot of money building out vintage and antique collections, We are personal friends with BJ an antique store owner in Ft Collins and have never been treated this way in her shops. Have never been treated so badly.

Its a good indoor spot for hidden treasures, reminds me of the fort Collins flea market ...didnt know they had one downtown Loveland til I found it by pure chance ...awesome store

What a collection! Dealers are sometimes flexible on price and proprietors are delightful. I go every time Im in the neighborhood.

The staff was rather rude and condescending. I bought an item that was in a resealed packaging and when I returned a few minutes later to ask a general question I was ignored, blatantly. The service is rubbish and I advise you to shop elsewhere. March 2019.
