I brought my car in to be repaired. After 48 hours, they had still not called me up to tell me a status. I called in but no one in service answered the phone and they did not have a voice mail option. It took over 2 hours to get to someone and that person could not give me any information on my vehicle. He said he would have the guy managing my car to call me back. A day latter and nobody called me back. I called in a gain and this time the same person who had no information before said that he would talk to the technician and call back in 10 minutes. 3 hours latter and no call back. I tried calling myself but could not get any answer in service and after multiple tries I could no longer get the main reception line to pick up either. The Vehicle was in for a week for what they called a simple fix and I did not know the status of the vehicle. Did they destroy it? Did they steal it and sell it to someone else? Would I ever be able to pick it up? I would never bring anything here to be repaired again.
Estimated wait time was quoted 3.5 hours actual wait time was 1.5 hours, a welcome surprise! Very pleasant employees. Great dealership.

This was my first time leading a Mercedes but I have leased other luxury cars in the past. Chase Albright, my salesman, was awesome. He was patient as I tried to figure out which car I might like and didn’t pressure me into any particular car. He listened to what I wanted and suggested different models based on my needs. Wife needed a new vehicle and since weve owned several Mercedes in the past we decided to view the offerings from Mercedes. Deciding on a G-Wagon we wanted to test drive. We were told they do not allow test drives on these vehicles as they are expensive. No s*** Sherlock. Wasnt even given a call back regarding our trade in. Oh, and they were asking $50,000 over retail. Yeah, I think well wait to purchase a new car from a reputable dealer. Not some small town BS Mercedes dealer that has no idea the level of clients theyre dealing with. Complete and utter stupidity. Go elsewhere for a new car. And if you must purchase an MB, do so at another dealership.

Absolutely superb service. Outstanding, even among Mercedes dealerships. We were having Sprinter problems on the road, and the other Mercedes dealerships in the greater Denver area couldn’t take time to help us amid massive recall backlogs. But Kasey at Mercedes of Loveland managed to work us in and stayed on top of our issue until it was resolved, despite there own backlog of Sprinter work. Everyone there took interest and just seemed to care. Kasey stayed in close communication with us throughout and got us back on our way in remarkable time.
Chase, Ray and Felipe were all incredibly great to deal with so much so we came back 2 months later and purchased a second vehicle from them. Smooth process both times even doing trade ins and no wasted time. My wife and I will be customers for life. These guys are fair and 1st rate in customer service.

I felt like I received a full compliment of service across the board and have received incredible follow-up in the week since I purchased the vehicle. What stood out to me the most is that I was likely purchasing one of the lowest $$$ cars on their lot; however, I felt like I was given the same level of service as if I were purchasing a McLaren. Chase was attentive and helpful the whole way through, the finance department was prompt and had my best interests as its goal, and the Sales Manager even stopped by to chat and check on me. It was one of the most pleasing car buying experience with MB of Loveland in Colorado! The staff was very courteous, always available to answer my questions. I live in NJ and the entire buying experience online and over the phone was seamless (despite the snow storm in Loveland). I give them 6 out of 5 stars!
Unfortunately I cannot say one positive remark about this particular dealership. My sunroof was shattered & this dealership happened to be closer than Westminster where we purchased it. The car went in mid December and I was instructed to put the keys on Casey’s (Kasey?) desk as she was out to lunch and that she would be in contact with me by the end of the day. She nor any other employee contacted us in a three week time span. Once we initiated contact with them, she was always out of the office and messages were left with her. Finally we get in contact with somebody and a flood of information was then given about missing parts back ordered among other things. Parts being back ordered, no problem, can’t help speed that along. They then inform us that the replacement glass had not even been ordered in the now months time it had been at the dealership. The window was finally replaced after almost FIVE weeks but wasn’t functional due to the particular parts, which again that issue was no problem. I go in to pick the vehicle at that time, I was directed to another service member other than Casey (Kasey). During our conversation/paperwork, Casey (Kasey?) introduces herself and proceeds to tell me that my vehicle was originally assigned to another team member and she “took the assignment over” and she was extremely “sorry for the communication errors”. The fact that I was lied directly to my face is beyond infuriating as I know I dropped my information on her desk and left multiple messages for her. When discussing my frustrations, her argument was there had been a vehicle from another state at the dealership for six weeks waiting on the same part. I had been very clear that my frustrations were not due to the back ordered parts but the lack of communication and now the lying. I finally get inside the vehicle and a very noticeable chip was in the wood grain above my glove box. Due to the complete lack of respect and negligence with MY vehicle, I will never recommend them. I will drive as far as needed to avoid ever having to deal with them again. Their customer service has been one of the worst I’ve EVER experienced anywhere in my life.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Chase Albright. I’ve leased and more recently bought a vehicle here. I travel all the way from another state because they always take good care of us. The customer service can’t be beat!
$580 for oil change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Ok fair enough.... but drove vehicle over next day it was pulling to the right and tire pressure display was way off. Decided to check the tire pressures only to find out pressures were off by as much as 5 psi!!! And every tire was different and all 4 low!!. Thats extremely Bush league for a dealership that sells cars for $200k.Now besides that on the inspection report this Mercedes dealer wanted $8,000 for various fixes, including new motor mounts!! On an 08 CL63 AMG with 47k miles on it!! Needless to say I am getting a second opinion.One last thing. Car wasnt washed it was obviously in need, and even though they rehired their lot boys after covid killed that service, I had to ask that it be done when they brought my car around.Now my service advisor is a great girl but Im not sure about the backshop at this place. Probably gonna start using my German auto guys over in FOCO for all future servicing. Fairly disappointed in Mercedes Loveland.

I looked into purchasing a Porsche recently and concluded the years Mercedes has gone above and beyond, I can’t purchase another vehicle! Not being in the market for luxury vehicles, I was skeptical looking at used cars at a Mercedes dealer. However, I never felt diminished by not looking at a Mercedes and ended up buying a 2014 Ford Escape after a simple, straightforward test-drive and discussion with Chase.Chases no pressure approach and straight-shooter attitude helped me feel confident in moving forward. He even sweetened the deal by getting brake-work done and the windshield replaced. 3 months in and I no regrets!

Normally, I would never complain as my service manager, Kasey, is great. But this is the second time I’ve picked up my car after service and the key fob needs the battery to be replaced. Why didn’t service put in a new battery. They could have charged me or they could just replace it for free since I’m paying almost a $1000 for an oil change. Very frustrating!!!! BMW doesn’t charge for key batteries.
An excellent Mercedes-Benz dealership and service center. I bring my 2000 SL500 roadster to them for maintenance needs and am always impressed with the level of responsiveness and care they provide for my older model weekend car. Kasey is the Service Department is exceptional, and I appreciate that theyve parked the car in their service bay overnight, when its needed to remain with them for a few days pending parts delivery, etc. A best-in-class experience.
I like going to the Loveland location because of the outstanding customer service. Their service department is always willing to help and will go out of their way to provide excellent service. I been coming to this location for a couple years now and they always take care of me and my cars. They aways work with my schedule and more importantly make sure thats theyve gone over and beyond.
The shop manager was willing to ride with me and as a result, found I needed new struts, which couldn’t be seen visually. He was quite helpful and professional. Casey, as always, was equally helpful. A very good experience!

Went out of my way to drive up there based on a friends recommendation for service and it was just okay. I had a long list of recalls needed and some other concerns that I feel we’re just glossed over or not understood since the van still makes the odd noises I asked about, a molding is still flopping around, and I had to ask many times to get clarification on a silly light that I brought up at the beginning as well. I think they could do a better job about listening and understanding concerns so the mechanic can actually look into them.
As usual Brian Pickle was great to work with even under such a bummer situation of a transmission going out. He made the process efficient and kept us well informed throughout. Thanks again for amazing work.

It was Saturday and -2° while I was visiting from Denver and my heater went out. I was there for a volleyball tournament for my granddaughter. I wasnt able to go into the tournament and basically watched on video from my car all weekend. Loveland Mercedes had me in a loaner within 15 minutes and had my car fixed and back to me by Tuesday. I never got cold for 1 minute. They are AWESOME. When I move to Loveland they will be my dealer of choice for sure.Update 4/5/2021I ended up going back and purchasing a 2021 GLC 300. They were awesome to work with. Totally worth the 1 1/2 drive to get there. I love my new wheels
Our brand new Mercedes GLS450 had a small mechanical issue while we were driving through Colorado. The car was towed to Mercedes of Loveland over the weekend. On Monday morning they diagnosed our issue within an hour, flew a part in from back East and had us on our way at noon on Tuesday. The entire service team bent over backwards to help us. We wish we lived closer to this dealership, but we are from Arizona. Thank you Brian and your entire service group!
MB of Loveland is the dealer to go to for any mechanical services and car purchases. Kasey is an excellent service advisor. She is highly knowledgeable, professional and very attentive. Goes above & beyond at making sure my car problems are correctly identified and taken care of. I usually schedule services ahead of time online which is helpful but the couple times I’ve had bigger emergencies Kasey gets me in as soon as possible with a loaner vehicle. Once the car has been inspected, Kasey does an excellent job with open communication from start to finish. She also checks in post-service to make sure you are 100% satisfied and that there are no issues with your vehicle. My family brings all their cars to MB of Loveland for services. Excellent customer care & work Kasey!

Awesome to work with and stepped up to make the buying experience a great one, despite significant COVID-related timing challenges along the way.The deal took more than 90 days from start to finish because of DMV shutdowns/backlogs, title process challenges, and other factors outside of anybody’s control (or even influence). Sean was proactive in communicating updates to ensure we knew status and potential timetables.Despite this being a pre-owned non-Mercedes vehicle, he never pressured us to change direction or get something else instead of the vehicle he knew we wanted. Their mechanic did an outstanding job of resolving our concerns and identifying some important preventative service work to assure excellent long term performance of our vehicle.I highly recommend this dealership.
Service department took my car to replace defective seatbelts that I had waited over 2 months for and they did not work on my car for 7 days until I contacted them. (I hav an app to see when my car is unlocked and moved) Claimed they did not have parts but when I told them I needed my car back, miraculously it was ready the next day. This is not the 1st time I have had issues with the Loveland dealership but I continue to go because car is under warranty. Going to file a formal complaint and find another Mercedes service department.

Great service, incredibly helpful info and advice on the vehicle, and when I wasnt able to make it out in person to pick up the vehicle for a while (it ended up coming off the line a bit earlier than expected), Bill recommended a self-service storage facility where it could stay, and offered to deliver it there for me. Bill and everyone Ive talked with there have been incredibly responsive, they scanned and overnighted documents to me make my life way easier, and are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend MB of Loveland, and if you ask for Bill in particular youll be sure to be well taken care of (Im sure the other staff are great too).

Wow! We worked with sales professional Nick Martinen, business director Alex Clarke and finance manager Nic Mercer. The customer service at this location was outstanding! We chose to drive 40 minutes out of our way because the professionals at this Loveland location deserve the business over any other dealer. After dealing with some pretty petty sales tactics at the Westminister location we decided to buy else where. I am so thankful that I went with my feeling of discernment on this decision because it was nothing less of a blessing. In my experienced opinion, the gentleman we worked with are by far the best in the business and trust worthy. They made sure to make it as convenient as possible and even worked diligently to make sure we were 100% approved before going down there. Nicholas our sales guy even went as far as keeping our kiddos entertained so we can sign paper work. Called the parts department for help with an issue i had identifying a few sensors on an old sprinter. Spoke to “Clint” and he patiently and thoroughly tried his best to help me out. That type of service is rare and appreciated these days.
I have used the services of MB of Loveland ever since I bought my Sprinter-based RV. They have been immensely helpful with my learning curve--even while I was on the road. As a sometimes solo traveler, that it is indeed comforting to know they have my back.
Exceptional Service! While traveling in our Sprinter motor home to Colorado and Utah we developed mechanical issues. On Saturday morning I called all Three Denver Mercedes Dealers. The two other dealers said at least a week. Keith at Mercedes of Loveland said they were fully booked but to bring it in Monday and we will see what we can do. We were there when they opened Monday at 730am, by 10am they had the problem diagnosed and parts ordered. Our service writer Austin did and excellent job keeping us informed and our repair moving. The mechanic Alec also was outstanding. All 3 went out of their way to help us get back to our vacation ASAP. I would give them each a 12 on a scale 1-10
I received quality service which was completed in a timely manner. I also appreciated that even though Mercedes was not doing their complimentary detail due to Covid, Kasey went above and beyond give my car a little sprucing up on her own before returning it to me. In addition, Kasey was an excellent communicator and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the process.

Trent Lott, Brian Pickle, Bill Holloway and Austin Severin provide excellent service from General Manager, Service Manager, Sales expert and Service Advisor. Please try to total experience which will exceed your expectations. I know they have exceeded ours. We own 3 Mercedes. They are the best or nothing.
Scheduled an appointment for a windshield replacement. Waited a week for arrival and dropped off my SUV. Turns out the windshield was sold to another dealer and they kept my auto for a another week waiting for a replacement. The service technician apologized but nothing else. Luckily I have other vehicles but I was disappointed at the lack of real service. My vehicle is 5 years old so I’m a prime candidate for a new automobile. A small town dealer doesn’t have the inventory to offer a replacement similar to wHat I would purchase. In the future I’ll just drive to Denver—better service, less hassles.
The Service B took 3 hours, and I waited. Upon starting the car, the temperature gauge registered 58 degrees, when it was actually 34 outside. I thought this strange as the gauge and my phone showed exactly the same temps on the way to the dealership. Thinking they might have washed the car in hot water in a warm area I did 2 Short errands, maybe 10 miles, and arrived at home with the gauge registering 68, still 34 outside. What happened? I was supposed to receive an estimate for a cooler leak and am still waiting!?! JoAnn
Ive been taking my MB Sprinter van (3500 4x6) to Mercedes Benz of Loveland for the past several years for all mechanical services and each and every time they have met or exceeded my expectations. This van is a chassis for my Sportsmobile of Fresno, which was a custom-built (literally) for my wife and I.Though, MB recommends general service at 20K Service, I have been utilizing their B- Service every 10K miles due to another MB Sprinter van owners recommendation, who uses his van for work. In addition, MB of Loveland has completed these services and other miscellaneous warranty repairs in a timely and professional manner. Anytime Ive had a question about my van, one of the Service Staff members was there to answer my question via phone call. In addition, once I encountered an unusual warranty repair to my van, and the Mechanic came out and explained to me the repair and eased any concerns I may have had with the vehicle.I recommend Mercedes Benz of Loveland to my friends and family. In addition, if you are in the market for a new vehicle, I would suggest paying them a visit; substantial inventory of attractive looking new and pre-owned vehicles.
I have never in my fifty years of motoring been to a service center like this. The quality of service is outstanding! Because the staff is. They are truly caring, patient, respectful, trustworthy, and generous with their time as well as knowledgeable and competent. From the service manager Brian Pickle and service advisors Kasey Curtis and Austin Severin on down to the courtesy driver staff and parts guys. Even the parts guys! :O) I admire and respect these people for the willingness and effort it takes to continue to manifest this level of service.
I seriously adore the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Loveland. Every experience Ive had with them has been exceptional. After my experiences with other car dealerships, Ive realized that Mercedes has their customer service down to an art. Its not cheesy or pushy, its actual human interaction. Everything from sales to service is an absolute delight. Thank you guys for everything you do!
