Service department is ok at best. We have had our mini for oil changes and other things. But this last time will be the last time. I never have been in an accident never had a ticket and I had my rear differential go out. the dealership said should not had gone out. But they would not work with me! They wouldnt give me a discount or help me out even though they never serviced the part. Even though that is where I got all my servicing done. The part cost 5600. MINI DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT! I for sure have buyer remorse. And will bot being another of there product including BMW
Last weekend we went to Loveland to test drive one of the new 2017 Minis. My previous Mini convertible (Lucy) was an 09 and I was looking forward to the upgrades of the newer model, though I loved Lucy. I got there thinking that Id order a new one as the blue that was on the lot was my second choice, but Shawn Eppel sold me on the blue. It had everything I wanted and was available immediately.I generally dread the process of new car purchase. Its an entire day by the time its all said and done. We were completely finished within a few hours, and I had the rest of the day to drive my great new car.Weve made a number of Mini purchases at Mini of Loveland, and each time the staff has gone above and beyond our expectations with regard to their helpfulness, knowledge, and utter and complete lack of pushy salespeople. I had an excellent car-buying experience here, starting with the care, thoroughness, and helpfulness with which my sales associate Donna answered my questions by phone. Later that evening, when I went into the dealership, Donna was funny, open, kind, and competent as she patiently helped me test-drive, play around with, and eventually purchase the car. The purchase was about as quick as a car purchase can get, and Donna stayed late to make sure I was all squared away. Later, she followed up on how the car was doing, sent me a Thank You card, and even called me on my birthday. I feel like I have a new best friend as well as a new car. To top it all off, though--I freaking LOVE MY MINI! Get in one, and youll be a MINI driver for life.
Like most would understand, the first few moments of interaction after walking into a car dealership have the ability to inspire a purchase or turn someone off completely. Unfortunately, I experienced the latter at Mini of Loveland. Upon walking in, I was not greeted nor was I acknowledged. Instead, I made my way to the first desk I could see where the person sitting behind didn’t even think to stand up or introduce himself. I was met with a smug attitude which made my presence feel a lot more like a burden than anything else. I spoke to the salesman and told him about the specific cars I was interested in. He asked me questions without a smile or any kind of “let me make this experience great” attitude. I didn’t feel like a potential customer, instead I felt as though the salesman revered my interest in the cars as a waste of time. After two test drives, I returned to the office and only then did the salesman begin to warm up. This was only after I started asking him questions as it seemed he had no interest in me or what brought me there. After some small talk the salesman became more open and more lively, animated, and interesting. To top it all off, I noticed an award on his desk for being the top salesman at Mini of Loveland. If this is how the most successful salesman is treating his customers, I couldn’t imagine how the others behave. This was my first time at Mini of Loveland and I am somewhat confident it will be my last. Despite walking into the dealership confident I would be leaving in a new car, the first five minutes persuaded me otherwise.

I purchased my Mini Cooper Clubman S in 2014 at Mini of Loveland. It is a 2009 and was gently used with a little under 19,000 miles on it at the time. After 6 years, my Mini needs a full engine replacement at 87,000 miles. I am beyond devestated. Even Noah in their service department admitted that is low milage to have something like this happen. I have taken excellent care of my car. Done every service, change my oil every 3k miles, balanced and rotated my tires, only put premium gas in the car, etc. Mini quoted me $10,000 for a new engine. Suficiente to say, there is no way I am paying $10k to fix my Mini and I will not be getting another car from Mini ever again. I saved up for this car and it was my dream car. So sad. If you are thinking about buying a Mini just know it has a bad reputation for a reason. :(
I would highly recommend MINI of Loveland if you’re in the market for a new MINI Cooper. They have a great selection and offer better deals than other dealers. They are responsive and knowledgeable and will ask what exactly you’re looking for and not try to up sell you. They are out of the way for us but it was well worth our time. We ended up with a car we love at the price we were willing to pay. The process was easy and within a couple of hours we went home satisfied customers.
Purchasing a new car during the pandemic was a little stressful and harder as you cant just go look at cars on the lot. I purchased my Mini, site unseen, knowing nothing other than the features and the color. Austin was awesome and it was a pleasant experience. The showroom was closed to all customers except me, to ensure a safe sterile buying experience. I financed through USAA, so walking in with a blank check basically seriously expedited the process. I purchased the 72 month extended warranty so I wont have to ever worry about a transmission or engine issue. I was also super happy getting run flat tires, which were not listed on the website. The car drives like a Mario Go Kart on steroids.
I recently acquired my 2nd Mini from Mini of Loveland. Our lease had ended and we wanted to acquire a new one but the larger version. I worked with Tony Stuart and T Tisdon to get the vehicle. Both Tony and T are consummate professionals who worked hard to make a great deal and an easy transaction. Tony came to pick up the old car and deliver the new one and it felt safe for us to do it that way and we were grateful for that extra effort. Now that I know Mini of Loveland handles business like they do...I might be in trouble.All kidding aside...the 2013 Mini Cooper I bought was in great shape, and they gave me a very fair deal for my trade in. The showroom was incredibly clean and comfortable as well.T was who helped me out the whole way, and she was an absolute joy to work with. Friendly. Direct. And very responsive. I felt more like I was buying a pair of shoes than a vehicle. I would strongly recommend buying your next car from Mini of Loveland and definitely ask for T!

I have been looking for 9 months for a Ford F150 with the 6.2L engine online. I found out all dealers will immediate send an email welcoming you and please contact them for further information. Most never responded again when I asked specific questions. Several would then have the general manager send another welcome email but again no response.The Mini of Loveland (Austin) responded immediately and kept assisting me with initial questions. The conversation moved more detailed and the general manager Dante took over. For 2 weeks we communicated daily and he tracked down all my questions and we agreed on a price that was more then fair. At the closing of the vehicle the finance manager Amy had all the paperwork and streamed line the process that only took 30 minutes.I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. This place is awful. I was ignored and treated like poor white trash. Im glad I did not spend my money here. I went elsewhere and bought a car that was far better than what they had to offer.The person who helped me was named T. She ignored me often and was no help in explaining the process. She seemed far too busy for me.
Both my wife and I would describe our experience at Mini of Loveland as horrible. I appreciate that it has been a difficult year for the auto industry and it seems that this dealership has had to face some extra challenges on top of the pandemic effects, which is truly sad. However, that is no excuse for the interaction we had with the woman from Finance related to a vehicle we were interested in. She insisted many times that she did not even want to sell the vehicle, which was strange. We will not be going back to this dealer.
Mini of Loveland was one of the best experiences I had with a dealership. Not only are they dog friendly but they allowed us to test drive our now new to us 2014 mini Cooper S with our dog, but they allowed us to run a few errands to make sure it fit our lifestyle as they got the paper work together so as soon as we got back it was a quick and easy signing. They were very clear and transparent about our pricing and the dealership handling fees with the price clearly displayed in the car. Our sales lady was very knowledgeable and friendly making the decision that much easier to make. 5/5 would recommend to friends and family.

Cant say enough about how much I appreciate the service team here. If you have an older mini you know two things, 1: youre gonna have a blast behind the wheel, every day, and 2: youre gonna have a lot of service calls. Ive tried to go to other places, to try and save a buck, but it never works out. Take it to Brad at Mini of Loveland, hell give you tips to do it yourself better, or hell fix it himself, and itll drive better than new! I always know they are going to treat me fair, and treat my car right!
We were very impressed by the team at MINI of Loveland starting with the service writer Noe. We had been in a few times to have maintenance done on our Mini and I think that he recognized us when we came in...he is so friendly and a very genuine guy. Then as we were waiting for our maintenance to be done, we were looking at some of the new minis and Matt answered our questions with ease...he may look young, but his technical knowledge is vast! So (of course!)then we fell in love with a brand new Mini and Dante Dennis and Amy Krutsinger put together the numbers and we just couldnt believe what a deal we were getting! The service department does not care about customer satisfaction. They say they are sorry for the inconveniences but dont really care. I was charged $566 to basically install a dead battery and it took 1day short of 2 weeks to complete. I made all the follow-up phone calls. I am very displeased with the cost and the service. Sadly they are 1 of 2 dealerships in this state so choices are limited where to take my car for service. I love my Mini but will hate if it breaks down again and I have to go back.

The TPMS light was on & their service dept fixed it for us with no problem! They also freshly detailed the vehicle for us which was so nice! Thank you!

Easy to schedule oil change with a quick call. I decided to wait while service completed. Changed my wipers for me, too. I had a puddle light lense issue. Ordered new part. Sent me a video of the inspection. Washed car! All done in an hour.
This dealership and it’s amazing staff are the reason I will probably drive a mini from now on. After having horrible experiences with other dealerships (vw) I have found joy in shopping and purchasing a vehicle again. From the first second I spoke with Austin on the phone I felt good about purchasing from them. When I arrived the next day he put no pressure on me, told me everything I wanted to know about the vehicles I was considering, and was just a genuinely nice guy trying to find something for me. I was there a little late after making my final decision, and I never would have guessed that they were closed. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and efficient at making sure I was happy. From the guy who detailed the car before I left, to the guy helping me learn the little quirks of the car, to the lady finalizing paperwork at the end this dealership was above and beyond what I even hope for when buying vehicles.If you are considering buying a mini, do it and call Austin and go drive it. The car is fantastic, but the staff at a dealership is just as important. These guys deserve your business, and I can’t imagine they will let you down.

Mini of Loveland made by car buying experience absolutely seamless. Austin was wonderful, we coordinated via text for a few weeks before seeing any cars. Once i went in, everything was ready and in order, he had multiple cars lined up that fit the price point and criteria. Dante, the sales manager, ensure i got a great deal on my trade in. Amy in finance, got me through the paperwork in a speedy fashion. The entire experience was great. I felt right at home. I will definitely be returning in the future. I purchased a Pre Owned Mini Clubman All4 and ive put 250 miles on it in the first weekend. Couldnt be happier!

Part of this is about Minis in general, part about the financing portion. Let’s start with the shady dealership financing. Despite applying online a few days before, and multiple requests to find out what rate we got (760-810 credit scores), no one would give us the rate before we made the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. Only after we went through everything did the dealership tell us that we got 5.99%. Seriously?? If they had told me any of the half dozen times I asked before I arrived, we would have gotten our own financing at 2.49%. The lowest credit score on their report was around 760, the highest over 800. Even refinancing we qualified for 2.99. This is a clear money grab, but we were tired after the long drive and really liked the car... it isn’t difficult to refinance, but the fact that the dealership was so shady about it really turned the whole experience sour. Especially when the sales team had been so friendly and helpful before and after we arrived with everything EXCEPT the finance rate.The other part of my annoyance with Mini is that... in 2020, a ‘luxury’ vehicle such as Mini doesn’t even come with standard CarPlay or GPS?? Is this really a luxury vehicle without at least CarPlay? The car is otherwise charming and my family loves it. Too bad the dealership had to ruin an otherwise great experience with this cheap tactic. I had been planning to buy some extended warranties when we arrived, but decided we weren’t going to provide any additional revenue to this place.I wanted to add... until the financing thing, I truly felt the sales staff and dealership had gone above and beyond. This could have been a 5 star glowing review telling everyone to go to this dealer. But the blatantly shady financing really ruined the entire experience, turning what should have been a happy occasion buying a brand new car into a disappointment.
We had a great experience here. We were kept apprised of the maintenance issues being addressed with not only text messages, but a video uplink from the technician. Its really nice to be able to see what they are looking at via a video link. Service was top-notch courteous and professional. Highly recommended. Our go to place for our Mini.

I always have great experiences at Mini of Loveland, however the last time was amazing. I had a bit longer appointment so they gave me a loaner car, which helped as it was a week before Christmas. They stayed in contact with me during the day, updating me on the status of my car and informing me before they did any costly service. These guys are great!
Dante was an excellent salesperson. Very accommodating. Even though I was interested in and subsequently purchased a relatively inexpensive vehicle, Dante made me feel as if I were purchasing a top of the line vehicle. Excellent service! The car buying experience was great back in 2016. Service, not so much. Last time back in 2018 was a two week lead time but worked within my schedule. A week ago, I tried to schedule service and found out it was 3 week lead time I am going on a road trip in 2 weeks. I tried to contact the service manager and left a voice message and emailed the owner and no one has reached back. Either hire more service techs or open up other locations.
Honestly, Ive been to MINI of Loveland many times and its been a mixed bag. Ill have great service for year and then terrible for a year. This year has been terrible, but this past weekend was excellent. I cannot say enough nice things about Noe. He was helpful, efficient and checked in regularly. I was very happy with the work they did this weekend. Thanks!

The customer service that I experienced at Mini Loveland was above and beyond. My lease was up and I didn’t know if I would be leaving with a car because I have been unemployed for a while. I told my sales person (T) that I really needed a car, and whatever she could do to make that happen, would be greatly appreciated. Not only did I leave with my car, but they put in a new battery, changed the oil AND washed it and cleaned the inside, and it looked brand new. Sarah in the service dept was amazing!!! Oh, and It didn’t cost me a thing. WOW ❤️❤️❤️
I used to not mind going here but not now. Tried to get me to rotate tires that were not even two weeks old, said I would have to get diagnostic on my heater to see what was wrong, when I got in my car heater was on and working great. Has been working every day since. I like going to dealer because I thought I would get honest service needed for my car. And I guess since I said no to the extra services they didn’t wash my car or possibly have done away with this service also. As soon as my maintenance contract is up I will not use this dealer for service.

The purchase process was very similar to my past experiences. I was happy with the results of the let me check with the sales manager haggling process but I have to ask Is this really necessary? That said, beautiful facility with friendly, knowledgeable people.
Their online sales team is unreliable, uncommunicative, and impersonal. It may be a good dealership if youre in town, but dont expect to get anywhere using their online sales team. I talked with a salesperson on the phone on Tuesday after being pre-approved for financing. He gave me an estimate of what my loan would look like and he said hed get back to me on Friday to start the financing process. Come Friday, no phone call. I email him and not only did he not remember who I was, he also instructed me to submit another credit application. I asked for clarification through email and he never responded. I was set to fly into CO from the West Coast just to finance that car, but on the day I was planning to do so, the sales manager contacts me and says the car has been sold and that it was sold on the Friday that the other salesperson was supposed to get back to me. Skeevy typical shady car salespeople nonsense where they are all about the quick sale with no respect for other peoples time. Awful service. If you are connected with Shawn through their website, ask for another sales rep unless your emails will be left unanswered for days. On a whole, Id recommend looking elsewhere if you are an out of town buyer.

Top tier test drive. Loveland is the perfect place to choose Mini. I had never been there -- its so England, Cape Cod, roundabout in the foothill! The Mini Clubman S was a hoot to drive -- JCW must be ballistic!
I stopped by while we were on a trip for other reasons. I explained that I did not have time to negotiate, but wanted to drive the vehicle. They were very gracious and spent time with me, allowing me to drive the vehicle and answer my questions.
I am highly recommending Shawn with Mini of Loveland as this was my first time experience purchasing a vehicle. Shawn was great, not pushy one bit; in fact was very accommodating. Shawn had called me about a brand new trade in that was not a Mini that I had inquired about on line. So my husband, father and I had gone to look at it and the vehicle was very clean for being used and not even detailed by the dealership yet, it came in with a cracked windshield as well which was no big deal to me and was very mechanically sound. We test drove it and I liked the vehicle so much in the current state that it was in that I decided to purchased it and drove off the lot that same day. Shawn made sure that before I left to schedule an appointment with me so I could bring it back and have it detailed since I didn’t have it detailed before I drove it off the lot, he also scheduled someone to come to me to replace the cracked windshield. The day I was scheduled to bring it back in to be detailed was Shawn’s day off but he made it a point to be there when I got there so he could ensure it was done to my liking. The day he scheduled me for my windshield, he contacted me to make sure it had been replaced and that I was happy with the new windshield. Shawn followed up with me a week later to see how everything was going and that I was still satisfied with my new purchase and to make it a point to let me know that if I ever had any questions or concerns to definitely contact him. I can really appreciate the level of customer service that has been provided to me through this whole process and on going! I will definitely be getting in contact with Shawn at Mini of Loveland the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle as well as recommending anyone we can to them based on our experience!
Overall, very friendly service and staff. I was completely caught off guard with the issues my “new to me” used car has though I don’t blame Mini of Loveland for those. When I asked for more clarification on parts that needed to be fixed right away and those that could wait, they were completely up front and honest with me. I would certainly send friends or family here for services though I might suggest shopping around for better pricing. As with any dealer, the service markup compared to the price or the item itself seems a bit high.
We have received nothing short of excellent service from Mini Loveland over the last two years. Staffing is exceptional in H.R. and Technicians follow the same guidelines. Well trusted and will continue to used their services through the coming years.
Our MINI completely stopped while driving in the mountains going 40 mph. We had to get it towed all the way to Loveland. There we found out that the reason for the breakdown was due to a 3-4 oz soda spill in the backseat from our son. This apparently voided the warranty--meaning that a small backseat spill not only cost $800, but put our lives in danger. We had to pay entire amount. Great experience! CJ was very helpful, generous, knowledgable, and made an effort to find me the car that worked for my budget. Never pushy. I am very happy w my Mini Countryman and the service at Mini of Loveland! They are quick on repairs and always wash the car! Ill be getting another Mini from them when my lease is up.
This was by far the best car buying experience my roommate and I have ever had. Dante Dennis and CJ Schmidt went above and beyond to help us find the car we’d love. I would recommend anyone go here in the future. It was so worth our 45 minute drive to get there. We also got to meet Zeke, the cutest dog ever. An added bonus!

I went in for an oil change. They did an inspection and informed me very clearly of the condition of my car, what needed immediate attention and what to keep an eye on. They quickly did the repairs I authorized and washed my car. Im very happy with the service I was given.
In January I purchased a 2018 Mini Countryman All4 from Mini of Loveland. I had planned to trade in my 2012 Countryman within the year as my extended warranty had expired. I put a lot of miles on the 2012 and it needed some significant work. After discussing the timing of my next purchase (I bought the 2012 from Mini of Loveland as well) with the salesman, we went for a few test drives. This was a total NO pressure sale. We tried out a manual transmission model in a snowy field nearby and doing donuts was a thrill! We also tested the parallel parking assist in a nearby office park - pretty cool! When we looked into what it would cost to put me in a new lease on 2018, I was sold! They took my 2012 in on trade and my 3 year lease payment was right at $300/mo. I was very satisfied with my experience at Mini of Loveland and would recommend them to anyone interested in a cool, sporty, zippy, all wheel drive vehicle. The new 2018 model has been revamped and has lot more room inside and in the trunk. I am super happy with my new Mini.
Mini of Loveland is great to work with. Their service department is knowledgeable and their price is competitive. Plus after a service they do a mini-detailing so the car is like new!
Mini of Loveland is the best and I will always bring my Mini here. Recently I had to have my clutch replaced and in the process Another $1,000 issue was discovered. Since my mileage was very low the Service Department called Mini Headquarters and got my service reduced to $140!! I am so grateful for the way they went above and beyond for me.
I purchased a used MINI at MINI of Loveland and felt that the experience was superior in every way. If I could describe it, I would use the term professional. Not only was the sales experience thoughtful, calm and intelligent, but I was thoroughly instructed in every detail of the car I had just purchased. We have another MINI and when dealing with the service tech and manager, I can only say that I feel they know their stuff! They bend over backwards to educate you and do their best for you. 100% satisfied!

Worst car buying experience ever! You are not a person at this dealership, you are just a number. They do not care about you or your needs. After sitting at the dealership for four hours, the finance manager, Dave, finally came to speak to us. We had asked if we could negotiate on the price of the vehicle (I did not need financing from the dealership, I had my own, only wanted to discuss the final price). There were numerous factors of concern and it was completely appropriate to ask if there was wiggle room available. A simple, yes or no would have sufficed. The finance manager was smug and treated us with no respect. More or less, he said there was no negotiating the price and insulted us for even asking. He was very rude and provided us no customer care. For someone in the position of management, I am severely disappointed. He has lost my current and future business.
Love my Mini! All of my experiences with Mini of Loveland have been 5-star from purchase to financing to service. A great showroom, well run operation and good group of people. I highly recommend buying a Mini from them, youll be happy you did!

I love Mini as a brand but Im underwhelmed by this dealership. I really want to leave them good feedback because they are very friendly, but Ive had a lot of issues with the service department, mainly them not listening to me and checking out my concerns which results to multiple trips to the service department.
I am a new mini owner and took my 2009 Mini S in for my first dealer experience yesterday. Jodi was our service adviser and all I can say is WOW!!!!! First, the check in was quick, easy and seamless. Next, while I only intended on an oil change the service technician found a few other things that needed to be repaired. I received a quote via email along with cost for me to approve which service(s) I wanted them to preform.Next, Jodi communicated with me the entire day about when my car would be complete.Finally when we went to pick up the car, they explained some outstanding general new owner questions, did it friendly, and with a smile. While this was not a Disney experience, it was pretty close!Great job Jodi and the folks at Mini of Loveland. We will return.
