We drove down from Wyoming to have our vehicle serviced and they work hard to get us in and out as quickly as possible. They were very polite then courteous. We are very happy with the service fee received.
My Santa Fe has 67,000 miles on it and I wanted the factory plus package and to get my vehicle ready for winter. I had the oil changed and the filters needed to be replaced. They recommended additional services, however, they did not push me or guilt me into having the additional services done. I appreciated that very much. I am now scheduling my vehicle to have those additional services done for which I believe will increase the longevity of my vehicle.
Service Advisor Delwyn Williams was very helpful with a recall on my Sonata. The update was done quickly and he also helped schedule an upcoming repair. In less than an hour I left with an updated system and a washed and vacuumed car. Highly recommend!
I have tried many times over the years to buy a new car and my biggest issue with a lot of dealerships is the it’s “you vs them” mentality. I have always felt like they are just out to sell and get the highest commission instead of working within your needs. So, I went into this process skeptical but Bradley eased those concerns. He was passionate about working within my price point and even showed me the cheapest car model to try to maintain my original payment amount. The entire time I felt comfortable in my decision to buy with them and didn’t feel like I was getting bulldozed by another overzealous sales pitch. He worked with me regarding a co-signer from another state and down payment methods. He also was respectful during negotiation and I felt heard in regard to my demands and questions, lol. He got me into a brand new 2021 Hyundai Venue for an affordable amount that’s not to much outside of my starting point. So, if you go here please reach out to him for your car buying needs! To bad I cant leave a 0 or negative. Left my 2018 Santa fe for a 9:30 appt to find out what was rattling around my muffler. Get a call at 2pm asking if they could keep it overnight due to the fact they cant find the problem. Kinda early in the day I thought. But fine. They tried again to keep it overnight 24 hours later.No idea what they are doing. I gave up and picked it up only to find my cabin filter sitting on the floor. What the?? Opened up glove box to have it all just fall on the floor. Manager showing me my car wanted to pull back into garage to fix. Really?? Please dont waste your time going here.
David was so very helpful. I had come to look at a used truck that was already sold and David told us he had a newer one that we could test drive and that is all it took. I would recommend anyone to come buy a new or used car from Crossroads. They are all very professional and helpful people.
I hate leaving bad reviews. I get that things happen, and as much as I want to be understanding with Crossroads Hyundai, I can’t bring myself to. I bought a new car from them back in April so that I would have a good warranty and minimal issues. They happily sold me a vehicle and two months later they saw it again… on a tow truck. After it entered the shop, I got minimal information on its status, and nobody would give me a loaner car. Finally, in August, a month after it was in the shop, they told me it would be done by the end of September. Their solution to the loaner situation was for me to keep using my boyfriends car (seriously?), but they eventually and hesitantly loaned me another Hyundai. Now, halfway through October, my loaner needed to be taken back for sensor issues (that they can’t fix until next month apparently), my car was supposed to be done two weeks ago and has yet to have the repair started, and getting information from the service department has proven difficult on many occasions. Two broken Hyundai’s, and no ETA’s. My car with less than 4,000 miles has been in the shop longer than I’ve driven it. This is a disgrace not only on Crossroads Hyundai, but the entire Hyundai brand.

We had an amazing buying experience! It was for my daughters first car and we really felt genuine caring by Tyler . Just bought a new 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe from Crossroads Hyundai Loveland. David and Dave bent over backwards to get me in the car of my dreams. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car. This is the 4th car purchased here in the last year. We purchased many cars from other dealers but the customer service and professionalism we have always received here is unmatched. I highly recommend letting them find your dream car too!!
The car runs great and I am happy with the features but in a week we took it to get tires rotated due to a rumbling sound. When they showed us the tires that had been taken off, they had tread bare on the inside and could have blown at any time. I took a picture I could show you or anyone. We are seniors and my husband uses a cane. We feel your dealership let us drive off the lot knowing we could have had an accident. We had to buy all new tires that was an unexpected cost. I took the car back this morning to get the tires aligned and they would not do it until the tie rod ends were fixed, for another unexpected expense. We had faith in your dealership that the car was looked at before it was going to be sold. We looked at the tires from the outside of the car but could not see the inside of the tires where the damage was .I will NOT recommend your dealership to anyone to buy a car and will let people know your are not reliable to buy a car from.Dorothy Timm

Very personable and kind staff. My only complaint would be their time management and scheduling. I scheduled my service for the earliest possible slot in the morning. I still ended up waiting double the estimated time. My car wasn’t even pulled in to be worked on for 30-45 min after I had brought it in; otherwise, I would give them 5 stars.
Joel in the service department is by far the best, most attentive service rep I have had the pleasure of dealing with amongst the many I have dealt with in northern Colorado this year. I only wish all service reps were as on top of accounts. Thank you for taking care of us.
The positive comment is Clint let me use the expired $25 gift card he gave me 2-3 yrs ago when I bought my 2018 Sonata! Wasn’t impressed with all the Windows being covered with advertisements, we use to watch the mechanics do the work on our cars! It would have been nice to have left one section open! It leaves me with a distrusting feeling! Finally when I left the mechanic didn’t put my dashboard back to what it should display got me to see miles I’m going and for the life of me I couldn’t figure it out! Plus Dale couldn’t either, had to pull over take screenshots of both steering wheel and dash to walk me through the fix! They wanted me to drive back I rush hour I said no way I’ll go to Greeley Hyundai for help!
First, I love my new Hyundai. Lori, our sales person was great. Patient and answered our questions. I could not recommend her more.The management will provide an out the door price, but adds things like nitrogen in your tires, glass anti theft etching, Colorado protection package, and such. That being said they took those items off when requested, no problem. Low pressure if any, to buy.Overall good experience.

Ridiculously slow. I took my car in for a check up because I had some concerns. It took them over 3 hours to finish. I did not even have any work done, they just looked at it. And it took over 3 hours. The only redeeming factor is that the gentleman behind the service counter had excellent customer service. I do not think I will be going back here. I’ll give my business to a place that values my time.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this dealership last week. I was browsing the internet when the vehicle I had been eyeing for a while appeared in my suggestions feed, and I expressed interest in it via the website. Less than an hour later, I had received a text message from Chandler Maas who scheduled an appointment time that worked for me the following day. I later found out that he came in on his day off from another sales associate, to assist me with the vehicle search. The car was in very good condition, and was right within the price range I was looking at. I was allowed time to explore the vehicle and take it for a test drive, which I enjoyed a lot! The entire process was very streamlined and quick, and within a very short amount of time, for the amount I was wanting to pay, the vehicle was all mine. Chandler even went above and beyond to even personally detail the vehicle, and buff out a large imperfection in the cars clear coat, as the service technicians were not in at the time. Being as this was my first time making a purchase this large, I was very pleased with how easy the experience was, and at no point did I feel pressured or coerced into making a decision. I want to thank Chandler for adding a personal touch to the entire process and creating an environment in which I felt was not just comfortable but actually quite enjoyable. I can not say enough good things about this dealership or the treatment that we received while we were there. The primary reason I gave it 5 stars and we got our Kona EV there was because the salespeople we worked with, David and Bradley, we’re both knowledgeable and friendly but above all chill and easy to deal with. We had looked at other makes but found their old school, high pressure and low salesman agency ways of doing business outdated and stereotypically unpleasant. David and Bradley were both professional but also wise enough to realize that there’s really no reason to buy a car that way anymore and that made the difference.

I always have a great experience at Crossroads Hyundai. I appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment online. Staff members are always friendly and helpful, and most importantly: they dont get too aggressive or condescending about adding on costly or unnecessary repairs. At my most recent visit for an oil change, I did end up needing some additional (routine) maintenance and my service advisor Joel went above and beyond to accommodate me while I waited (he offered a courtesy ride and gave me a bottle of water, yay!). He also kept me updated on the status of my repairs and gave good explanations of any additional service I may need at future visits -- this is super helpful for me so I can budget appropriately and plan accordingly for my next visit.
Purchasing my vehicle with Clint was easy and pleasant. When it was time for the first oil change service we were told the car already needed an alignment, they also tried to charge for the oil change and it took 20 minutes to have the price adjusted. Again, buying the car was simple & seamless but service center was disappointing

When we purchased the Santa Fe In our service contact it stated we are to received a free oil every 7,000 miles. As always the service department was courteous and explained in detail what was to be done to our car. Free oil change, multi point inspection and topping off of all fluids. In the allotted time I was told my car was returned and had a fresh wash to boot!Thanks Hyundai
VERY DISAPPOINTED in warranty work- scheduling nightmare. Needed car all day to diagnose, parts came in within a week- scheduled appt for Saturday - which ended up not working for us. We only have 1 car and work schedule full time every day while needing a car for meetings. They have a “shuttle service”- which was great when diagnosing. Now trying to reschedule and NO EFFORT to accommodate with loaner car for a day- even though it’ll be more than a month out for appt!!! They don’t have enough service staff for Saturday’s until late Oct!!! Few options for weekdays! Thought they’d have more interest in customer service as this is a “bad switch” on power seat. Very inconvenient and unhelpful at making anything work. Would NOT recommend👎🏻
Lorie crushed it for me. It was a long day there because of a lot of variables but she stayed patient, pleasant, had good advice and most importantly, responded well to my needs.She said shes still new and learning the system but Id be very surprised if its new to sales in general as opposed to just this dealership. I left with the car I wanted and a good feeling about the place.
I shopped around for a car all day today, starting at the Carmax in Denver, then to a couple of the Parker dealerships, then to Loveland Carmax and then finally ended it here. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed any help, I told Clint exactly what I was looking for, and how much I had to spend. He then molded together the perfect price point by asking his bosses to lower the price to meet my needs. I didn’t just give this team a 5 star for them helping with the price, I enjoyed every part of this experience. I was 1000 miles from home; I had an oil leak from the oil plug and the filter, at least partly because the service dept at home didnt tighten the plug during the first oil change; this is a 2022 Tucson. There was also a leak from the transmission. I tried for days to find a dealer within a 200 mile radius, to look at it but was told, were all booked. But on my 3rd try, the guys at Crossroads said they would work me in Sat. morning, on our way back home from Wyoming. Joel, at the service desk that day, and Cotton, the technician, did an outstanding job. Cotton changed the oil and made sure there were no leaks, and he found the reason the transmission was leaking fluid, fixed the problem, and explained the reason to me. They got me back on the road in 2 hours and we made it safely home.I cant say enough positive about how they handled my problem and I would recommend Crossroads to any Hyundai owner for their service needs.
Car buying can be a stressful thing. Went in to buy due to last car being on its last leg. Bradley made this whole experience much more enjoyable! Would not recommend, Wants more money after purchase was complete and then refused to take responsibility for their mistake!. First off went there looking for a vehicle hadnt made up my mind on a lease or purchase yet, as soon as Scott realized I didnt have perfect credit he passed me off to another salesperson, Micheal. Micheal was not too bad to work with although he had the typical fake enthusiasm most car salesmen have. After going over my options I decided to buy a used vehicle but didnt care for any on their lot. One of their sister locations had a Grand cherokee I was interested in and Micheal said they could transfer it over the very next day for 500 dollars, which was assured would be given back to me immediately if I didnt like it for whatever reason. Well the next day Micheal says that he is about to get the jeep at about 9am, later in the afternoon about 4pm still no call or any communication, so I call him and he says he wasnt able to get it and will have to try Monday. So Monday comes and finally go see it, we like it offer them Slightly less than what they wanted and they decline, its still a fair price so we get it. After waiting for 2.5 hours (Micheal mustve said 5 more minutes at least 12 times) they finally get the paperwork done and send us on our way. Slightly annoying process but not terrible YET. I get a call 2 weeks later saying they forgot to charge me taxes and I need to come back and pay them more so we can get our plates, after voicing my frustration the guy(who refused to give me his name) says were sorry but its not our fault, and if we want our tags come in and pay and hangs up! I wouldve rather went to a buy here pay here!
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bradley stayed a bit later than closing time to help me get a car and I’m very happy with it.
Employees seemed incredibly kind and professional. Unfortunately, I called ahead of time to inquire about a vehicle- we live 3.5 hours away from the area. I was very clear that it was just the one vehicle we were interested in. I asked explicitly if there were any glaring issues, anything that would be majorly mechanically. The staff guaranteed that the vehicle was in great shape. We drove all the way there, only to barely get the vehicle over 25 mph and have the engine light warn us that it was not safe to continue to drive the vehicle. Another staff member we spoke to after knew about the issue. The dealer had reset the code, and were trying to offload the vehicle. We wasted 2 tanks of gas, and 7 hours.

WOW!! My husband and I just bought a 2021 Palisade and LOVE it!! Chandler Maas greeted us when we first arrived to the showroom. We werent sure if we would even like the vehicle but he had one getting ready to be delivered. It was cold out so he pulled it inside for us to look at. His customer service went way beyond what I expected. I usually dont like dealing with car salespeople due to the pressure but he was very laid back and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about the Hyundai brand and located a vehicle to our exact specification. Chandler was very personable in establishing a relationship with us from the very beginning and kept us informed of every step until delivery. Once delivery day arrived, he even came in on his day off to hand the car over to us. He was very patient and knowledgeable on explaining what every button was for and made sure we were completely happy and satisfied. Different experience than the normal dealer. Went in pre-financed and then asked them to beat it...and they did! In 2021, stock is a challenge, but they did well! I mean, lets not beat around the bush, their job is sales, so of course they are trying to sell you something....but you wouldnt be there if you werent buying, now would you? =) Really nice staff, plus Hyundai builds a really nice car these days.
We were very impressed with the service we got. We came in from traveling and had a hose to the turbo come off, and Del was awesome. The mechanic Johnnie fixed us right up.
Wildly deceptive advertising. Looked at vehicles that qualify for a tax credit. Instead of advertising it as a tax credit, they advertised it as their own discount, which made the price look far lower than what they were actually charging. Honestly not sure how its even legal for them to advertise like that. Dont bother.

This is a place not to go.They charge me $4,000 for an extended service contract I didn’t ask for.They just assume that I don’t know much about their scams tactics and charge me $700 for handling fee. Broken windshield( They refuse to fix it and told me that the car is sold as equipped while charging me $150 for nitrogen).Made me sign my trade in( 2009 Corolla running perfectly) for $500. Please be attentive when dealing with those people, they can easily trick you and make your car cost twice.Not far from scammers.

All the service personnel were very accommodating. Del Williams, Asst. Manager, was very sympathetic to our travel needs and made time to see us and not only diagnose the problem but fix it. He arranged for a rental car and transportation to the rental business. The car was repaired as promised and they called when they said they would. We were able to continue with our vacation with only the slightest inconvenience. I couldnt have been happier.
My vehicle was destroyed in an accident and the rental agency rented me a Hyundai Kona. I absolutely loved it and decided to buy one. I chose Crossroads Hyundai of Loveland as they had a good inventory. I called and was greeted by Lorrie. She came in on her day off to meet with me. Her service and our experience there was excellent. I came there looking for a red Kona and left with a 2022 red Kona.

Man friendly place thought all was cool...gotta watch out for the finance people. With out me knowing added the extended warranty. Told me it was from the bank. Well after reading after getting home .....all the fine print says the extended warranty isnt needed for finance!. 3500 extra dollars.......not impressed Im having it canelled immediately. Thats shady.

Awesome experience! Chandler was so easy going and low pressure. Like most people, I was not excited to deal with the sales process to buy a new vehicle. After planning for battle, I showed up to look at vehicles and found that I was over prepared. Chandler was incredibly friendly and very helpful, since he knows everything about the vehicles. My wife and I were very indecisive. Chandler talked us through all of our options, showed us multiple vehicles, and let us decide what we liked. He and the sales manager, Dave talked us through all of the the factors in the process and funding and helped to make everything work in our budget instead of trying to upsell everything along the way. We left with a new vehicle that we love and in the future we will look here for our vehicles first! When buying a new vehicle, you should leave feeling excited about a new and awesome purchase, not feeling like you survived getting worked over and “sold”. I am happy to work with people that make the whole experience about what is best and what makes sense for me. The people here have renewed my faith that this is a pleasant experience and not something to be dreaded.
Had a really pleasant experience here at crossroads. I saw chandler who came right up to me before we even walked through the door and helped guide us to what we were looking for. Found the exact car I wanted within the hour and was out the door a few hours later. They even detailed the car and delivered it right to my front door which was an awesome touch. 5/5 would shop there again.If you go, ask for chandler, hes awesome
Lori was awesome! Explained which vehicles I was interested in and what features I would like. Tested drove three vehicles and leased one of them. This is the second time I have leased from Crossroads Hyundai. Always had a good experience!
Ive bought my last two cars from Chandler, hes been amazing to work with. The first car Ive had for 3 years and its been an amazing purchase. The second was a family car that I shopped around for quite awhile. Chandler was helpful without being high pressure. He even went out of his way to browse auctions and found us exactly what we were looking for in our price range which was no easy feat! 10/10 will call him next time Im in the market.

This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever done business with, and they are completely undeserving of my business. I come here for the convenience (close to my work) and its like they go out of their way to make it as inconvenient as possible despite the location. The last four times I have been here, for my oil change service, they have argued with me about my service warranty (on my 2020 Kona) and tried to refuse the service REGARDLESS of the mileage on my car, which is always within spec. They never seem to know what is going on with anyones car. The girl there is so rude and unhelpful, and nobody knew where my car was when I got there because its not their job to know where your car is. Dont even bother trying to use the shuttle service that they offer because it will never be available and its a obviously a major inconvenience for them to even try to help you getting a shuttle. Im done. This is the last time Im coming to this shop and this is will absolutely be the last Hyundai vehicle that my husband or I purchase.
