Very friendly staff & helpful! They just don’t have popular, high demand products in stock

I love this salon centric location. The ladies are helpful and knowledgeable and make sure you know all the sales when entering the store. I enjoy talking with all of them when I go in.

Extremely rude and unprofessional manager!!!! Absolutely appalled at the way they handle certain issues and customer service in this branch.. Especially when you’ve been a customer for years!

Least favorite location kinda rude and giving difficulties puchasing items. They dont match prices of competitors. They told me just to over there and buy it Not the type of place you want to spend your money to buy supplies I would rather go next door to cosmoprof or another location.

I remember when I had to order everything for my salon. Its so amazing and convenient to have a location to learn about product and get last minute supplies! So dont complain about service at anyplace that provides items you need.

Terrible!!!! Every time I go there the service is absolutely dreadful at both Fort Collins and Loveland!!! I have been a beauty professional for years and to be treated with such disgrace and rude behavior is unacceptable! Cosmo Prof is by far the better place to go!

Worst experience and treatment ever. I am a Professional in the Salon and Spa industry, managing and owning more then one entity, and coaching the growth of unaffiliated entrepreneurs in the Northern Co area.Word to the wise for all my fellow professionals- stay away from Shawna at Salon Centric in Longmont Colorado- she will make you feel like you should not have come in as she is a miserable person to work with. Stay away from Heather D at the Loveland location on HWY 34, she is a VERY unprofessional cashier that does not treat their customers with respect and gratitude in the least.These two cashiers have made it a must for us to find other suppliers, and we have done so and are finished with the horrible treatment and lack of appreciation at Salon Centric.
