I have gotten two tattoos from Shannon. The tattoos are very well done and Id give the work a 5/5.With both tattoos, the pricing was a bit wonky. I remembered being quoted 150-200$ for my latest one, but when I went to pay, the price was 200-250$ quote. With the 60$ pre-payment, it somehow came out to 200$ that I still owed. It was very well done, so I didnt mind paying the extra money, but I wish I had known so I could have brought the correct amount of cash in the first place.

Katie did an incredible job on my tattoo! Beyond happy with how it turned out. And I really enjoyed my time in the shop. It took two sessions to finish the tattoo and I loved talking with Katie throughout all of it. She’s so talented and has a great personality. Highly recommend!!

Came in for a touch up of a tattoo done over 20 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. The touch up was basically a whole new job and done better than the original. They did great work and were reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

These guys are awesome! I went in to the new location to talk about some ideas I had for tattoos and the artists took their time to make sure to put me with the right person for the job and discussed all the details for how to get started. Im so excited to have found my new favorite tattoo shop!

I have a huge chest piece that Mike did that is amazing! I told him what I wanted and he took the time to make it better then I could have imagined! They have done quite a few tattoos for friends of mine and the work is always awesome. Looking forward to getting another tattoo from them soon as well as a piercing with Shannon. Couldnt ask for a nicer more talented bunch of people or a better business to give my money to, or to trust my canvas with.

Really fantastic experience working with Mike! He did a cover-up for me and I was blown away by the finish product! Completely exceeded my expectations!! Not to mention it was a very very fair price!! I will absolutely be using this artist from now on! Can’t sing enough praise about it!

Mike did a set of Swallows for me. He was super nice and non pushy (something I look for when finding an artist). His art is Amazing and worked with me finding out what worked best. Shading and line work was superb and with any tattoos (symmetrical on the body even more so) he took his time with placement. I will be coming back to him with any future work I have done!

The place is swell and keeps swelling down! The piercing and tattoo my G/F took her daughter in for was done great! Clean lines, nicely placed, good conversation and fair prices. We are looking forward to having them do some more work on the ladys tattoos ASAP!

Went in to get my belly button re-pierced and was very pleased with the way everything went. Staff was very nice and easy to get along with. The piercing was done perfectly, no redness, no swelling and they give you aftercare instructions. Definitely going back sometime soon to get more piercings!

I had a great experience at Red Letter today! Terryn was incredible and super professional. The artwork was detailed and even better than what I expected! I even brought in a friend to get a tattoo as well, cannot recommend Terryn enough!

I went in on my lunch hour to have my helix jewelry replaced. I had them pierced a week earlier and the jewelry had already fallen out. They did a great job replacing it and were so sweet to me! Thanks for being awesome Red Letter!

Besides the talented tattoo/piercing artists, the location is easy to find, plus there are a few places literally paces away to eat before/after. The business also has links to the artists Facebook pages to view their work, inspiration, and character, and they also are very accommodating. Ive been there twice in the last few months, and I have another appointment in a few weeks.

They did a wonderful job on my daughters nose piercing. I recommend calling ahead if you are going in for a piercing as the piercer isnt always in.

Terrible experience. Basically they pull images off the Internet and do not even customize. We were told(by the rude owner becuase the artist wouldnt even come out of the room and tell us herself) that we can either get what the artist drew or take our business elsewhere. They didnt want to use our reference drawing which was an actual creative piece of art compared to the flash art they superimposed together. When I get a tattoo I expect the artists custom touch, not something offline.

Great place they have integrity and really care about there coustomers. I got a cover up and was nervous but Katie killed it im so happy with my piece and will have no problem showing it off thanks katie.

They did an event at high country Harley, asked for a pisces symbol, and like everyone else said are not original. Did my husbands piece and couldnt even follow the lines they drew. Want to get mine covered up, but wont go back to these guys

My wife, sister, and I all came in last Thursday (11/10/16) for matching unity tattoos. We first went to NoCo Tattoo, but they acted like we were a total inconvenience from the moment we walked in the door. We promptly went down the street to Red Letter where we were greeted by one of the several friendly artists. He was working on someone, but took the time to take care of us. Kalib walked in while we were discussing what we were there for and he immediately began helping us. He set our three appointments for later that day and took our concept image so it would be ready. We had a blast getting our ink. Kalib was fun, friendly, and hilarious! We got everything we came in for and a great time to go with it. Would definitely recommend Kalib and Red Letter to anyone looking for a great studio with awesome customer service. Thanks Red Letter

Literally wouldnt tattoo hands or knuckles because they dont want to ruin lifes kinda seems like its my choice. Dont recommend

I called about a piercing and got directed to tribal rites lol then I showed up to look at jewlery because I was right around the corner when I called and I sat in their lobby for about 8 mins no one spoke to me so I left.

Went in today and my boyfriend got an industrial. The Piercing was placed very oddly, and didnt look GREAT. She also used the same needle for both holes, which is usually not ideal. Well see how it turns out

Rude customer service and apparently they think your fat worthless trash according to there artist Mike. Went in here for a portrait get told they do not even do custom work they only do stuff they have in there portfolio
