Brian & Matthew came out to get our locks rekeyed at our new home and they were so great to work with. Respectful, efficient, and made sure we got everything we needed done right. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good locksmith.

Locktech worked out everything calmly & professionally.And they don’t just operate out of a van, their showroom in downtown Loveland has all sorts of quality security devices on display. Cory did an awesome job made out our whole day!! We had been without a vehicle for 3+ months. We call greeley lock and key and they sent him to us. He tried regular programming and when that didnt work we almost gave up hope, Cory went above and beyond and said give me a min I have one more idea went to the shop came back and before we knew it he had the vehicle running!! Theres something fishy about this business. I live near by and have attempted to use them 2 times. One time they wanted $50 to re-key a security door. Most recently I took a lock from an old antique piece of furniture in to get a key. The guy there told me that the last time he re-keyed one of those locks it ended up costing $300 - long story made short, I ordered a skeleton key from Amazon for $8 and it worked perfectly.

Looked at their website and saw that they did transponder/car remotr keys. Walked with a couple blanks that I got very reasonably online hoping there just cut and program it. set them on the counter and Immediately the man glared at me over his mask and said “we don’t do aftermarket keys”. I said thank you and he gruntrd as I walked away. Maybe he was just having a rough day but don’t ever plan to go back to do business with him in the future.

Went to locktech last week to get a key programmed for my car. Brian was the tech who helped me that day. He was very professional and friendly explained everything very well. It only took about about 15 minutes and I was done. I highly recommend going to see these guys! They saved me a lot of money and i didnt have to fork out 400 dollars that the dealership wanted to charge me.

Staff was good to deal with and resolved an issue proptly and professionally!

I was quoted over double what any other locksmith has quoted and they didnt sound to be confident Im even being able to do it. Meh.

My wifes car key was broken, locktech order only what was needed. I went by the Loveland location and they cut the key but found out that it had to be programmed. The technician programmed the key for my wifes car. They quoted me $45.00 for the new key and charged me that amount. They should have charged me an additional $135.00 for the programming but they kept the quote. Super great service and definitely calling them again for any lock services.

Had 4 keys made. One did not even fit into lock. I was told if any of the keys did not work to return them. When I tried to return the worthless key they said no returns. I said that it is not what I was told and after 15 minutes of waiting they called the manager who said I could have 1/2 the cost back.I like to shop local but I cannot support this business.They said they did not have the correct blank but the Chinese one they gave me would work fine.It does not go into the slot.Mile High Lock made one for me with the same information and it works great.I will be going back to Mile High.Perhaps standing with your word is not working for you

I was looking to buy a large gun safe, and have it delivered for my husband as a surprise. Everyone I worked with from Eddie at the front office to Derek the owner was absolutely, hands-on, first class, amazing! Considering that I was completely clueless right from the start, the company asked me all the right questions that allowed them to know what safe would be perfect for my husband! As a bonus, they even found one that I thought was pretty enough to be on display in our finished basement! It is a win - win in my book! We are customers for life and will recommend everyone to Locktech!

Recently had keys made for my 1980 Datsun as the original would not work any longer. The entire process took no longer than 15 minutes. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. It was no surprise to find out this was a second location of Greeley Lock and Key.

Locktech installed an alarm system for me. I love the feature of knowing if my garage door is closed. The installation was quick and the monthly service fee is affordable!

Be careful when hiring these guys. No consultaton or questioning. Just did the job without looking into what was needed. We checked with another lock company and it would have been a third less. Either greedy or incompetent. Beware

I ordered my mothers surveillance system through Locktech. Shes getting older now and I wanted some extra security for her. The cameras were all easy to install, and they gave me advice on running ethernet and setting up my DVR. I had some technical questions and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Everything arrived quickly and invoicing was painless. I will be contacting them again when I need another system for my own home.
