Great batteries. They sell Die Hard and offer 3 year, 2 year and 1 year Warranty.I have heard their repair shop is very reliable. We would buy a battery from them rather than anywhere else. Great service.

This place was the only tire store to find tires for my Shelby gt 500 mustang. Upon leaving the Loveland Firestone I noticed a vibration in the rear. The installer broke my tire pressure sensor and sent me down the road with it loose in my tire. Upon finally resolving that issue I’m now having air pressure loss in my other rear tire. Thanks a lot for nothing... I will never use these clowns again!

I blew a tire on the interstate on Saturday evening and called up this Firestone. They were friendly had my tire in stock. Their hours were accommodating so I could get it put on first thing on a Sunday morning to get me back on the road. Three next day I dropped my vehicle off and they got right to work. They also offer a free alignment check that I took them up on. Great quality great service!

Took my Civic in to get a new, rear wheel put on. This process was smooth enough, but upon getting back on the road I could feel that the wheels clearly weren’t balanced. Took my car back in a second time, and explained the situation. I was there just the day before and had the same technician, so I KNOW he knew what wheel he put on. Guy ends up balancing the front wheels only, and charges me a second time. You all charged me $200 and still haven’t fixed the problem - I have no idea why I keep choosing Firestone.

They tried to sell me a fuel pump for $400, took it somewhere else and the problem wasnt even the fuel pump. It was a wiring problem that only cost $100. They dont know what theyre doing and will happily charge you for stuff you dont need. I would have lost $400 and still had a broken car. Classic example of shady mechanics.

Had an appointment at 4pm, arrived on time. Took my keys, he took 20 minutes to give my keys to the shop. At 5pm he checks to see if my car is almost done and returns and says that the tech got distracted and is going to start now. Why have an appointment. I do not suggest coming here unless you have over 1.5 hours to wait for an oil change.

I went in for oil change, tire rotation and filter replacement. These guys were all very kind and professional and gave me a discount for no reason. Even when they had 3 customers pitching a fit about things that really didnt need to be escalated about they maintained professionalism and kindness. I will always return to this location. Dalton is always honest and gives you lots of options for things.

I started to hear a scraping noise coming from one of my rear wheels recently, I dropped my car off at this Firestone for a free brake inspection to determine if the brakes were the culprit. They told me that the brakes were in need of replacement soon, but not the source of the noise. I did my own brake replacement today and found a brake pad that was completely worn down to the metal and obviously causing the scraping noise. It is beyond me how something so obvious and simple could have been missed.

I made my first appointment for an oil change 04/28/20 and it was perfect. Making an appointment was easy, customer service was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick. The waiting room was clean and nice. The staff communicated other issues with my car and also printed informational tools and quotes. The staff automatically applied coupons to help me save, Thankyou. Overall the service was fast and I left with no questions, Good Job! I recommend this auto shop and will come back again.

My wife had a flat tire. They wanted to sell us a 215/55/17 new tire for $93 for her Nissan Juke. The flat tire had PLENTY of life left, but the hole was not on the side wall. I took it to Peerless here in Loveland and they patched the tire. No problem at all. Firestone is either incompetent to fix a tire or are selling tires when tires can be fixed. Either way, they don’t deserve our business and will NEVER have mine.

I am so grateful that this location is currently operating (locations in Fort Collins and Greeley are temporarily closed due to COVID), and that they are taking appropriate precautions to keep customers safe while still offering the same thorough, trusted service.I had scheduled an oil change with another shop / company earlier this day and when I arrived at that store *no one* (staff or customers) was wearing masks and the price and time turned me away from getting service there. I called this Firestone location around 10am seeking if they had any time for an oil change and battery replacement and they were able to get me in for an appointment that evening -- despite the influx of customers from neighboring cities due to other location closures. When scheduling, I also asked about what their public health measures looked like in the store and was reassured they were requiring masks and social distancing (a relief since I had experienced the exact opposite from another company earlier that day). They are also offering curbside / contactless drop-off.I arrived for my appointment and when I came inside I saw 1) the staff member behind the desk was wearing a mask, 2) a customer in the waiting area was wearing a mask, 3) there are 6ft distancing decals on the floor, 4) hand sanitizing stations / bottles are everywhere, and 5) one of the technicians working in the garage was even wearing a mask! Kudos to this store and their team making customers feel like its safe to enter the building.Service for my vehicle took a bit longer than I expected, but overall everything was completed correctly, within a reasonable timeframe, was cost-effective, and I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the store following public health guidelines. I will continue to be a Firestone customer and trust their expertise and knowledge in maintaining my vehicle.

I’ve had my vehicle in twice, and the short story is, they want the quick and easy $$- but calling themselves a “complete auto care center” is a stretch. 1st trip in, I bought tires. They changed the oil/filter (that had just been changed 2 days earlier- and had a sticker on the window), and then didn’t save the old tires, which they were instructed to do. The second trip in, they were to look at the brakes. They informed me it was an electronic issue and needed to be taken to a dealer. Turns out it’s a vacuum booster. Available to anyone at an aftermarket auto parts store. Their incorrect diagnosis has it down for longer, and spending more money at a dealership. I’m a slow learner, but this will be my last trip in here.

I liked them at first and have even been driving up from Longmont where I live to this Firestone location. I am deeply disappointed because this is my 2nd time in a week and calling to schedule always takes awhile, because they put you on hold immediately. During this hold time, you hear recorded messages saying that masks are REQUIRED and that those who do not like wearing masks have other options. I personally have several medical disorders and I still trained myself to withstand the discomfort that comes with wearing a mask for 10 hours while I work interacting with customers consistently and filling medications. I find wearing a mask a way to show respect for others health. Instead, the first visit here this week had two men talking across the room at each other with no masks, successfully laughing and spitting germs in the air right next to 3 people in the middle of them. It was despicable and I will not be coming here after this visit today, October 29th, 10:30AM. It is pathetic that even Firestone only pretends to care about a MANDATORY MASK MANDATE that was given to us by OUR GOVERNOR. Now Firestone is officially committing a crime. And that disgusts me. Complete disregard for customers, only cares about serving as many customers as possible with no care for what happens to the actual customers. We have the highest rate of positive covid tests in Colorado since when this started. And I still see such carelessness.Another shop may be just the same, but I am done giving this chain shop chances. I will learn to trust another shop. There is no accountability. What is the good of sanitizing my car after you work on it if I am stuck waiting inside with people walking around and talking without caring about others around her and even her MASKLESS kid.It really is too bad, because I stay very loyal to service providers that I just happen to use because my parents used them or based on location and what shops are around......

Extremely overpriced with lack luster service. If I wasnt in a bind and had to have the services preformed, I would not be here. Highest priced alignment in Loveland. And at $60 for a rotate and balance I would fare to say they are higher priced there as well.. I wouldnt recommend Firestone Auto Care. There are way better options for far less money and greater service.

Staff was kind, but they continuously forgot to order the parts needed for my car repair. Without me calling and reminding them to order, it wouldve been forgotten. They also LOST MY CAR KEYS. After my car being there almost two weeks, they lose the keys and require that I bring a new pair to them. When discussing payment for my services they offered to purchase new keys as if they were doing me a favor by replacing keys they lost.I think this experience is infrequent, but extremely memorable and they unfortunately will not be getting my business again.

Trash. My alignment was done improperly twice before supposedly being done correctly the third, will be going somewhere else to make sure and from now on. Was told it was because of a faulty ‘rack’ machine they still continue to use. So consumers beware, if you are getting a tire alignment done here, they are using defective equipment. I suggest going elsewhere.

Came here for a coolant system inspection and flush. They were super busy and didnt know and they would get it in, but everything was taking care of and finished before 11 a.m. that day. Excellent customer service, and employees who really took the time to explain what needed to be done. Will definitely be back for future preventive maintenance.

My oil change appointment was for 1230p and they didn’t get me in until 100p. At first, I was a bit salty, but I did realize the mechanics were super busy and doing their best. But what topped the entire customer experience for me was, Steve handed me a card with a discount written out for my next oil change. Apologized, again, for not getting me in on time. We had an appointment at 10 am and did not receive our vehicle until 6pm that evening. When they called to let us know the vehicle was being worked on (changing 4 tires) at 5:30 pm, he advised our serpentine belt was beginning to crack and it would be $132 to replace. The belt is brand new and just replaced. It stated on the paperwork that I declined the work of said belt and an air filter even though he said nothing about the air filter and I happened to know the drive belt had just been replaced, therefore declining the work. Be cautious of upselling and bad customer service.

Although it wasnt the news I was expecting, Steve could not have been more helpful and honest with me. I know he could have made a lot of money off the repairs my car needed, but he treated me like family and was honest with me instead and helped me make some decisions to help me save money. Just picked up my truck from getting an alignment. I asked if there was anything out of the ordinary that I should know about. Service advisor says nothing to his knowledge. I get my spec sheet and there are no measurements of the before, just hand written specs for tow and nothing else. Upon further inspection of said paperwork, I find that I have -1.7° of camber on the right side. I brought it to the service advisors attention and he says it drives straight. Well I drove it home and it pulls bad to the left.I only took my truck here because I have zero time during the week to drop it off anywhere else. Hell, I work in the automotive industry doing collision repair. The spec sheet has written on it that a special tool is required to adjust the camber. Seeing that I installed the camber adjustment eccentrics and all the other suspension parts, there is absolutely no reason to not being able to align properly. I wouldve taken my truck to work and done it myself, but I work 20miles away and this only seemed logical.This is unsafe and shouldnt have been released to me. Its common in the mechanic side of the industry to set the tow and go which I believe was exactly what happened here. There is zero evidence of them actually attempting to adjust to spec. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

I was headed out on a 20 hour drive and realized I was way overdue for an oil change. I grabbed some food and stopped in here and they had me back out the door before I could finish my burger. Robert was very helpful and even gave me a coupon on my oil change. My daughter loved sitting at the toddler table that was just her size. My dog loved rolling around scrubbing his back on the freshly vacuumed carpet. And I loved the fast friendly service. I will be a repeat customer.

Bunch of idiots. Been coming here for years; not anymore. Big old dude is arrogant and thinks hes better than his customers. Manager was missing the entire 3 hours I was there. 4 guys sat around a computer doing nothing making jokes for 45 of those minuets. They have no idea whats broke and whats not. Went in a week ago and they told me all sorts of stuff was broke, then came in today and now those things arent broke but something else is, and I hadnt got anything fixed between then and now. They are just trying to steal your money. They wouldnt do an alignment with my new tires because 2 bolts were loose underneath, and refused to tighten them, but offered to replace the whole part for over $400 then they would do an alignment. Ya right. Ill tighten the bolts myself and go somewhere else to get an alignment. Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off or fight with the mechanics.

Really wish I had gone somewhere else for my tires. Everytime I have to deal with this place its a hassle. They have to order my tires because they dont carry them... Ever. Ive gotten 2 flats already and I havent even had them a year. The tires sucks, which I was told they are great. And the warranty is bunk in comparison to other places I could have gone. I brought my car in for an oil change and dropped it off early in the morning. I was told it would be ready before the end of the day. To my surprise, they called a couple hours later with news. When I tried to talk with the guy that worked on my car, he was unavailable. I believe Dalton was the person who ended up talking with me. I was told that my car was up on the rack and that my rear brakes were metal to metal and I needed new brakes and rotors. When they asked if they should go ahead, I told them no, and I was told they would put the parts back together and I could come pick up the car. When I asked if the oil was changed, I was asked Oil change? I told them yes, that was what the car was there for, and I was told they would start that shortly, but seemed confused. I got a call a couple hours later and told my oil was changed and I could come get the car. I drove home right away as I was concerned about my brakes, (even though there was no scraping of metal to metal), and I took the truck to go buy pads and rotors. When I changed them out, my rotors were in great shape and there were a couple of millimeters of brake pad left.The folks at Firestone in Loveland are either liars or incompetent as they tried to scam a $289 brake replacement out of me.BE CAREFUL TRUSTING THIS PLACE WITH YOUR VEHICLE!!! I dont even know if they used the right oil in my car.

Called and ordered tires. Showed up to appointment and somehow the tires did not make it. Returned the next day and got tires. Less then 25 miles later my truck shows a service tire pressure monitors message. Returned to them the next day. After several failed attempts to relearn the sensors to the truck the service writer comes and tells me the module in my truck has failed and will no longer read the passenger side tires. After protest I get the same story from manager and told to take it to the dealer and they might cover the cost if it just needs a flash. I am a certified mechanic with a bachelor in automotive service marketing and management. I was done wasting my time with ignorant people. Ordered new tire pressure sensor and installed myself. Miraculously my module seems to be repaired. (Note the sarcasm) Only reason I went to them is that I can not balance tires. Facilities like this give mechanics a bad name. For most people their vehicle is the second most valuable thing they own. If a part you just serviced breaks within 25 miles you should stand behind your work. This was a two time event for me a first and a last. Will never go back to this facility.

Fast and average priced work. Replaced my starter in just a few hours the same day i took it in. I told them what to replace but they misunderstood so they did a diagnostic test.. and charged me for it. Their mistake my pay! Satisfied with their work but not satisfied with the customer service. Worst Firestone Ive ever worked with, called and set up to have 4 new tires placed on my truck. I went and dropped it off Saturday afternoon, called Sunday at 12:00 to check the status and was told that we just pulled your tires off the rack and putting them on the truck now at 2:48 received a call telling me that they didnt have my tires anymore, that there was some miss communication on what they had. I have always felt with Firestone for all my trucks need but never again after this now I have to drive 600 miles on bold flat tires.... thanks to everyone there for lying to me when I could have gotten tires elsewhere.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change and a vibration issue at high speeds . I advised nick the service writer that the vibration issue was most likely some mud that was caked on to the inside of the wheels. Nick then said he did not want to have his tech scrape off the mud because it is not in his techs job description and it makes a big old mess of his shop. I did advise nick that I certainly wanted to pay his tech his hourly rate, and certainly was not asking for them to do something for free.To be fair, Nick did say he would do it, but did not want to.I have bought tires and also had other work done by this shop on 2 different vehicles I own. I was very disappointed at Nicks attitude. Basically, the problem I am having is beneath them, so I guess I have to live with it. I would do it myself, however, the wheels have to be removed.I cant see bringing business to a shop that does not want it. If scraping a little mud off the inside of 4 wheels for the established mechanical rate is beneath this shop, then all of my business is beneath this shop.What a bunch of cupcakes!!

Took my wifes 2011 Ford Escape in for back brakes was told the back breaks were fine but the front brakes need replacing the rotors were grooved wanted 490 bucks to do it I went and bought the pads replaced them for 70 dollars (rotors were fine) drove the car and what do ya know BACK BREAKS so I called n talked to Steve told hime whoever done the inspection must not have a clue he told me ok thanks for the feedback. Ive been a loyal customer for years now, mainly due to Nick and his outstanding professionalism as well as the awesome crew that works there. I have had multiple issues from small nails in my tire to major problems with my gages, batteries, etc. and they have always taken care of the problem at a reasonable price. They always manage to squeeze me in and take care of my problems no matter how full they are, and they do it with a smile on their face the whole time.

Firestone Loveland is great. The staff here has always treated me with respect and reason. I dont hesitate bringing my wifes vehicle or mine here for repair. Usually it is after another shop has botched the job, Firestone gets it done and saves the day.Keep up the good work guys and gals.

I was in Colorado, from Texas, Elk hunting at Big Creek Lakes. Leaving early last Saturday morning, my F-150 started making noise under the hood. When I got to Walden, CO smoke was coming from under the hood. I waited til 7:15 a.m. to start calling Firestones. First one couldnt get me in. I HAD to be back to work on Monday!! I got Kirk on the phone at the Loveland store, explained what my truck waa doing, and we both agreed it was the water pump. He said to bring it in, and he will get me headed to Dallas in two hours!! Got towed there...he had the water pump already delivered and had me back on the road in 2 hours!!!! Kudos to Kirk and Loveland Firestone!!! Thank you!! Thank you!!!👍09/10/19. I PROBABLY MEANT NICK AND NOT KIRK?? THAT DAY WAS A WHIRLWIND....EITHER WAY, 5 STARS!!!!!

The guys are always courteous and Ive never felt pressured to purchase anything other than what I wanted done in the first place. The garage gets busy so its best to call or go online to schedule an appointment. Is it expensive? Yes, welcome to the world of vehicle maintenance. If you dont like their prices, go somewhere else. Ive been taking my vehicles here for a long time and I trust them to get the job done. My vehicles run great thanks to them and thats why I keep going back.

First of all, they are open all weekend. Thats very very rare around here. We had to swing by on a sunday to get my sisters tire repaired and even though they had 8 appointments in front of us, they let us leave the tire there and got to it same day. The tire couldnt be repaired because the puncture was in a bad spot, but they put her rim on a new tire for very cheap and had it back to us very quickly.

Went here for tires. Price over the phone was $30 Less than when I got to the store. I was treated rudely by an employee when I brought it up. Was also told I had a bad tie rod end. Quoted $180 by the tech who was working on the car. Declined the service. Got a quote for it at the end and it was $280. Also my tires were balanced wrong. Had to stop at another Firestone store part way through my trip to get them re balanced because my wheel shook so bad at 75 mph. I didnt notice until I was almost 100 miles away from home because I hadnt gotten on the highway.

Only fixed my car half way. When we took it back the third time they told us we needed to take it to the dealer.... Im out $1800 Only get a refund AFTER I return all the new parts they put on.....

Was 30 min to closing the night before Easter and I picked up a quarter inch lag bolt. Richard at Firestone stayed late all by himself to repair my truck so we could see our family on Easter. Richard if your reading this I cant thank you enough for your excellent service in my tire repair. This place is great!!

One store will over charge you and the other can perform the labor . Seems to me if you have one store the can do sales and work on a vehicle, they should train to do the quote. They need to get the techs to get proper training.

I had a horrible experience, under the previous management I had a service done where they topped of my manual transmission fluid, it was low after sitting for a while, so they added oil, I come to find out a year later that they used automatic transmission fluid and rounded the corners on my fill plug. Now my transmission needs to be rebuilt and I can have anyone add proper gear oil to it because the fill plug is unable to be gotten off. There response was we don’t service transmissions, I said yes you guys do because I have had it topped off here. I will never use firestone again, I advise people to not use them as well, jiffy lube is a much better place to use.

I am a customer of firestones amd everytime i go in the customer service is great. My car is always repaired professionally ive never had a problem with anyyhing. They all do great and are very profesional! I would definatly reccomend firestone to family and friends.

Perfect example of poor management. Just by walking in its clear to see the employees could care less about your business and would rather not be there at all. Tried to use them multiple times, sorry you just lost my fleet business for good. I recommend valvoline express, they meet you as you pull up, are fast and efficient and are actually eager to gain your business. Only about 2 blocks from firestone.

Our rental car indicated low tiee pressure. Found out the others were over inflated by 10+ pounds. Our guy filled the low one and corrected the other three. All with a smile in the cold and wind Awesome CS!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! These people left a SLEDGEHAMMER and bungee cord IN MY ENGINE. After they worked on my alternator (mind you.. you dont need a sledgehammer and bungee cord to fix an alternator) they proceeded to call me and left the most nonchalant voicemail saying we might have left a hammer in your car, let us know if you see it they DID NOT say it was in my f***ing engine. Fast forwarding... that bungee cord and sledgehammer broke fuses and got tangled up in my electrical wiring in my car causing it serious damage. They did not take responsibility for their actions nor did they pay for the damages their work and items did to my car.I SH*T you not... a sledgehammer hammer and bungee cord left in my engine, did not take responsibility nor pay for it. I got extremely lucky that it didnt cause further damage to the car or to myself.GO TO FORT COLLINS MUFFLER they are life savers and fixed it all happily and discounted it🙏🏼

Total rip off. Our college aged daughter had a car issue while traveling from Pennsylvania and went here. My husband called and explained to the mechanic exactly what part needed replaced and that it would not show on diagnostic. My daughter was charged over $350 for a part that cost less than $100 and took less than 20 minutes to install. In addition they charged her $100 for a diagnostic. Total bill was over $500.

Had my car towed there for a diagnosis, since they were one of the only places open on Saturday. I should have just waited until Monday! Not only did they not diagnose an obvious issue that a friend was able to diagnose in 5 minutes, they still charged me for diagnostics despite not finding *anything.* Furthermore, when asking for any explanation of what they had done or not done, they were extremely rude, especially the General Manager. If I ever have problems with my car on the weekend again, I will wait until a reputable shop opens up, rather than trust a bunch of tire jockeys with an engine problem.

These guys are awesome. Came home around 1pm.on friday afternoon and heard my tire hissing....have to work 630am-7pm Saturday Sunday and monday...these guys got me in and got me fixed with new tires on a friday afternoon in an hour and a half!! Thanks guys!

An Ungodly amount they scammed me for my brakes! Katrina and Jennifer... you should be tired of fixing them greedy mf’s working in this shop problems. It’s now time to put all to a stop. Charging hard working people with families outrageous amount of money to fix “problems” that are not even wrong with the car! And “replacing” parts with the same parts... therefore you are now stealing from people.#FTC #StayTuned
