Some pretty lame reviews here...I live in Denver and smoke at a lot of different lounges. I like this place a great deal, fantastic selection of cigars, the humidor is kept properly (probably some of the best kept cigars I have ever smoked in Colorado) and the lounge is quiet and not full of people.I will be coming back here again for certain!

Helpfull staff and a large selection of everything with nicotine in it. Also everything you need to smoke buds with.

I enjoy shopping there and the cigar selection is pretty alright. My problem is that the price tag is deceiving. The price says 10.19 not each just 10.19 period. I was not a happy person when I found this out! I believe that this is very deceptive and misleading!

Ive been a loyal customer of Smoker Friendly for about 8 years. I was in the store recently, two days in a row. The three employees I encountered were not wearing masks. Customers wear masks to protect each other, but employees do not have too. I asked what was going on and the rely was, We have breathing issues and can not wear masks. All three of them! Very disappointing when we should all be getting together to get this virus under control. I will not be going back.

Store is pretty cool but for a cigarette store it is kinda expensive.

I moved to the other side of town, but I still go back and buy my smokes here. The store is clean and well-organized. Theyve never been out of my brand, so whoever does the ordering is on top of things!The people who work there are super nice and helpful. Plus, its only a few doors down from King Soopers, so its very convenient!

The “owner” and/or “manager (old female) is one of the most rude, disrespectful, and by far the most infuriating kind of person I have EVER had the displeasure of “meeting”.. if you can call it that.I walked in to look at the cigars as I do EVERY WEEK, and suddenly she starts following me around.. asking very snide and insinuatingly unkind comments and gestures. After following me around, she started to get overly irrelevant with asking me why I’m looking at “barnyard cigars..” and goes on to say my taste in cigars is “wrong.” Next, she wants to know what’s in my hand... only to realize it was my CEEL PHONE. THEN, I had my products in hand and using my index finger to point at something when she absolutely lost it. She was yelling and claiming I was breaking the cigar in my hand (breaking her product as she stated) and she went off the wall. Demanding I go to the cash register and get me “the h*ll out of there” and the issue only grew worse. She kept threatening to call the police because SMOKER FRIENDLY DIES NOT READ MY CARD CHIP. And that was obviously her tipping point. She was belligerent and yelling and demanded I get out.Never in all my years of going to Smoker Friendly in Loveland have I had such a disgusting encounter with a bitter human being. Good luck if you go in there.

This is by far the worst smoker friendly in Colorado. Horrible service and the manager has no idea how Colorado ID laws work. Do yourself a favor and head somewhere else

Best place for what you need

Super good CIG shop. Sad that they moved the store front to a different area in the shopping center because now you cant smoke in the store anymore😔 but regardless, its a great place to save some money. Nice selection of cigars and pipe tobacco too!

Well I only got a couple of sodas, but the staff was friendly and the store was clean and the prices were good. So yes I would recemmend this store to others. Or wait! Was that the one that closed right when I got there??? NAW!!! Just kidding. Its a great store in a good location. Later!!! peace

Smoker Friendly lives up to its name. The customer service is friendly and informative, while supplying many types of fine tobacco and tobacco smoking products. They also have a great selection of cigars, as well as a cigar lounge in the back with leather sofas and televisions. If you enjoy tobacco, then this is the place for you.

Great new Humidor and Cigar Lounge

Always get our tobacco here. We arrived with 3 minutes to closing and the kid looked right at me and locked the door and shut off the light. If thats how you feel about your customers Ill shop elsewhere. We will shop at the Smokey Monkey.

Great shop. Good selection of cigars and the staff is really friendly. The cigar lounge is legit! Bunch of leather chairs, TVs with plenty of channels, mags, coffee, good venting, etc. Its a good place to camp out and enjoy a stick

Arrived at store eight to find door locked with customer inside. Clerk looks at me and makes rude tapping on watch gesture WHILE helping other customer buy cigars and supplies. I guess my money isnt good enough which is to bad because they are one of the few stores that stocks General Snus. Oh well, I guess its time to spend my money elsewhere.

Lovelands best smoke shop bar none. I buy all my supplies & Cigars at Smoker Friendly Loveland because they always have the freshest tobacco + the place is spotless never short on any thing I need. The folks there are always friendly and light up when you arrive whether its to ask questions on the best products whats new or any deals available. At my age I dont bother worrying age any more but I know for a fact that Smoker Friendly will not allow under AGE anyone in the shop as a matter of Law and Morals as well. You have an ID then thats the ticket to enter and enjoy quality modest priced smoke products from Top Shelf to everyday tobacco products.P.S. I love the fact I can have a smoke while I shop, dont see that anywhere anymore and I love that! makes me feel at Home. Bob

Should be called Smoker Un-FriendlyI went by this morning to enjoy one the cigars I had previously purchased in the lounge. The extremely grumpy lady working the counter in the morning stated that she didnt carry my brand of cigs (Pyramid) as they are cheap gas station cigarettes. She said not many stores sell them, when in fact nearly EVERY store carries them, including the King Soopers 30 feet out her door. She then ripped a cig out of my hand, broke it in half, and threw it away. My only response was Wow. When I went to smoke my cigar, she stated that my normal shop: Edwards Pipe &Tobacco in Ft. Collins had no idea what they were doing and had been ripping people off for years. Again, not true as Edwards is a great shop with a stellar reputation. She proceeded to tell me that not a single business in CO allows inside smoking, when in fact...TDevons Pub in Denver & Cleopatras Bar in Lakewood are just 2 examples of business that advertise the ability to smoke inside. Additionally, I have been to both Cig King & Smoker Friendly (Gasamatt) in Ft. Collins, both businesses were happy to engage in civil conversation while smoking inside.I decided to take my business elsewhere. As I was leaving, I said Ill just go outside to smoke this then She SCREAMED at me to get at least 25 feet from the door.Sorry to tell you Smoker Friendly Loveland...you employ some extremely rude & ignorant people who have no business being in customer service.
