Very rude people pulled over so i wss not talking on the phone while driving and she tells me i have to be a customer to be on property so much for making the right choice and and on phone while driving it was a very important phone call that i needed to take would of went in and seen what they had but she was very rude do not recommendthis place at all

Stopped for the metal yard art, left with 2 of them, priced very well in my opinion. Had some amazing quirky art inside, wish I could have taken pictures, some of the chicken paintings were the coolest things I had seen, all kinds of animal paintings from the slightly cartoonish chickens I mentioned to more natural looking ones with funky background colors and frames. If I had the cash because no less than 4 would have left with me but the 2 yard art pieces were my limit today. Cool hand made metal picture frames, miniature wildlife and other pieces, and signs, clothing and other decor. Great little shop to stop and buy something from.

RUDE!!!! We are traveling from Missouri and this looked like a great place to stop to pick out a perfect gift for my mothers birthday. My brother stopped first and unfortunately we had all the masks so he left. We were able to offer to meet up with him at this location so we could shop. While waiting for him to return we were approached by an employee stating we’d need to shop in order to park there. Understandably so! We explained our situation and she understood but asked how long we’d be there? I decided to go inside after a few minutes and as soon as I walked in, she asks how long we are gong to be and starts handing me hand sanitizer? Really? Apparently we were in the way of “delivery trucks” in the big empty parking lot. So as a decent human, I advise you to take a different approach. As a business owner myself, I rely on sales and if kindness takes effort then you might wanna rethink doing face to face encounters and go strictly online. You won’t have to worry about your parking lot filling up with potential customers you treat like annoyances! Also, I do NOT leave negative reviews, but you pressed the right buttons with me and from the looks of your reviews I’m not the only one.

Masks are required...okay thats fine...but the first thing that the shop person says isNOT Hi Welcome to my store She says Do touch anything unless you want to buy it....they are doing that at Target too....REALLY!! How do you shop clothes and shoes on a rack without touching them! We turned around and left...why bother looking any further. Shame too because it was a cute shop! Just basic bad attitude from the start! Dont waste your time stopping there.

Love this place! Such a unique collection of clothing and home and yard/garden furnishings, in a creative outdoor/indoor space. Honestly, though, I enjoy the woman who runs the place as much as all the cool stuff I find there.

After reading her reviews I quickly realized I wasn’t the only one she attacked when I walked in the store her attitude cost her $700 as we walked in to talk to her about purchasing some of her lawn ornaments out front we walked in wearing Mask that she required on the door she immediately told us we needed to buy her mask that she was selling I told her she’s lucky I even have a mask on we were then told we had to have hand sanitizer on to even be in her store and proceeded to tell us not to touch anything within the first two minutes of being there I wouldn’t give that lady a nickel I hope she goes out of business go up the street on 34 To Jake’s farm he has all the same exact lawn ornaments

I recently visited this adorable little spot with friends on our way to Estes Park. The vibe and energy of this place and it’s merchandise was next to flawless. We were so pleased with the exceptional customer service and comfortable layout of the store. We were greeted with genuine kindness and smiles. As customers, we were truly welcomed and assisted in any possible way. Items were reasonably priced and showcased and the general feel of the store was warm and inviting. We will definitely be back, and have already told many of our friends.

The woman at the counter was so RUDE!!!!!!! I asked about the front counter as a means of starting conversation and she bit my head off about whats for sale. She needs a nap and a snack! She was so inhospitable I I wont be coming back. Definitely not worth spending money here.

Weve always had great customer service at Adobe Design. We have been able to go to the back to look around and pick out many great and unique items. I love that we found this boutique and are never disappointed in the selection or the service!

I have been shopping at this store many times, never again. I had to pull off and use my phone for an emergency. The owner came out and rudely told me to move my car, that there was a place to use my cell phone elsewhere. Apparently this woman does not need customers, only a truck was in the parking lot. She was extremely rude. Dont worry, Ill never be back, ever.

Like many others have said the owner, who works in the store, is very, very, rude. Terrible experience even though we followed all the rules. Don’t bother stopping here!

Owner is CRAZY. I wasnt even near her shop! I was on a canal OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and she comes screaming at us that were on private property and shell call the cops... OPEN. TO. THE. PUBLIC. TRAIL. She Even made her own 5 star review Slamming a Customer of hers that wanted inspiration from her work! As if anything is original these days. Im glad theres plenty more wholesome shops, especially the antique shop with friendly works right next to the La Quinta down the road.

As others have noted, the single star is reflective of terrible interactions Ive witnessed/had with the owner. Opposite of generous, kind, and open-hearted. Though the wares are high-quality, I will take my business elsewhere due to the toxic personality of the owner.Notice that the only 5-star rating comes from the owner herself.

This store has so many unique gifts, treasures and clothes. I enjoyed looking around this cute shop.

I shopped here today and failed to see the signs outside warning customers of a $500 fine for taking pics anywhere on the property. I was distracted by loose steps in the entry way that were a safety hazard. Once inside I picked out an item to purchase and took out my phone to get a pic of something I wanted to buy for a friend. I wanted to send my friend a pic to to make sure she liked it as there are no returns allowed here and I was visiting from 1000 miles away. I was yelled at in a very condescending manner after I had already picked out an item to purchase. I apologized and stated that I hadnt seen the sign. She went on and on about a customer who took a picture and the next day $4000 of merchandise was missing. I never did take one picture. Owner was on the phone almost the entire time. We looked around. I approached the service desk to pay my one item. I asked her if she could please post some signs rather than embarrass me in the presence of other customers. She said I have about 5 signs. How many more do you want me to put out there. I told her that I hadnt see any signs as there were no signs inside the store. She had spiked hair and told me she was not the owner. She lied. She is Debbie Brown and she is the owner. I heard her tell someone on the phone that she is the owner. Anyway I told her I wasnt interested in purchasing anything as I felt disrespected. She responded that you must be an unhappy person. I said to her that I just felt that she could have been more polite to her customers. She said she just worked there and wasnt the owner. On the way out she ran to the door with more disrespectful remarks. She was acting like someone who wasnt quite mentally stable. Then her son stopped the weed whacker outside to see what was happening as she was yelling. We were just hurrying quickly down the loose stone stairway so we could get away from the abuse. The son shoved his middle finger up at me as we drove away. You might be smart to skip right by this place. The items she has for sale are beautiful and unique but not at the expense of my dignity.I recommend that you away from this place.

I enjoy shopping here! I dont live in Loveland anymore, but will continue to make the trip up from Denver anytime I am looking for unique items and need a little decor inspiration.

Wow! Stopped here with family and we have never been treated so poorly by anyone. The lady with red spiky hair was abrasive, condescending and basically told us to leave as there have been 5 murders and dozens of robberies in the area. Cute looking shop from road and a great location but the yard art is typical of every other store but higher priced. Combine the higher prices with the obnoxiously rude worker and there is absolutely no reason to stop here. Keep driving! (Or you could just stop to annoy her and watch her in action!!!) and make sure to take a picture before you leave--she likes that!

A group of about 11 older women, one of which is my relative, asked to have a visit, with all of them, to the shop on their monthly lunch outing? The owner scheduled the event and the women came in. After shopping in the clothing area, they asked to see the home and garden area, and the owner refused to open it up because there were 2 other people in the store, even though there were 3 sales people working. The ladies were obviously upset, having set the time aside to come in as a group. Before the women could return home, the rude shop owner called a member of the group, and left a voicemail complaining that she had to report to the store at 8 am, the day after the visit, because they trashed the dressing rooms and displays. Also that the ladies only bought a total of three items, costing her more money to hire the help than needed, and that it was a total loss of money, and that she was expecting big spenders. Two of the women were prepared to spend big bucks in the garden area, but were not permitted access, due to the shop owners denial NO wonder they only bought three items from this Witch! Id be surprised if they dont all get returned. Until one of the ladies did go to return the item, because its likely she heard the message left, the clerk alerted her that there are no refunds, just store credits. So if you are looking for snobby, uptight, shallow shop owners, this is the place for you. One of the women mentioned they should show her kindness and take her out for coffee, but why, this woman is miserable in her existence and seems to provide the same atmosphere at Adobe Designs. NO one should be treated this way, NO wonder her husband left her, and 42 year old son doesnt do anything to help. If you cant handle the load, dont make the tall order!

This place is by far the WORST PLACE EVER!! Do not by any means come here if you wish to have any type of quality service! Red headed lady needs to just leave. Haven’t come a-crossed a rude B in a long time, how on earth is she still in Buisness!

Very unique womens clothing a bit on the western side. Sort of pricy but if you want something different to wear, thats the place to go.

Fabulous Boho clothing!

We are local to Loveland and pass by on our way to Estes Park almost everyday. We decide to stop in one day and we were not impressed. We walked in and the women at the counter was rude and uninterested and remained on her phone the entire time we were there. As we walked in we noticed an unpleasant smell and looked down to see a pile of POOP ON THE FLOOR. It was unfathomable that this would be in a historial landmark. We briefly looked around the store and were amazed by the expensive prices. The women at the counter did not address us the entire time! Would not suggest coming here!

I will never shop here again. My daughter and I were treated very poorly by the owner. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I, too, was shocked to see they charged money to look at their merchandise. However, a red flag went off before that when I got out of my car and saw the No trespassing. No photographs. $500 fine. sign next to the parking lot. I wanted to take a picture of it for my crazy sign photo collection, but I didnt want to risk being fined.

I have spent lots of money at this place over the past 5 plus years and I will never step foot in this place again. On one occasion the owner accused me of stealing her ideas when I asked if I could bring my Faux Painter to her store to look at a painting I was considering for my entry. I wasnt sure it would work and wanted a second opinion. She suggested I take it, pay for it and return it for store credit if it didnt work. HA. The straw that broke the camels back was picking out about 400 worth of shoes and a couple of tops which I had laid on the counter and then asked if I could go look at the items in her home store which I was allowed to do. I asked her about a finish on one of her items as it was a finish I wanted to use in my home to which she replied we dont give out our trade secrets. That was ok but what wasnt ok was the condescending attitude and the rude why in which I was treated. I really was just trying to be nice to her because its obvious shes not a happy person. Ive taken a number of my friends there and they have spent big bucks to be treated like a second class citizen. Shell never see any of us again. Its a shame because she has a cute shop and nice things but I know all her brands from what Ive purchased there and just order on line somewhere else and get a better price too. So, in closing, if youre willing to be abused while you shop by all means go there. If not, try some of the other local shops where the owners are lovely and enjoy seeing you come in.

Well, I have ben back to shop 3 different times & each time I was delighted with the unique, one-of -a kind clothing/accessories and the marvelous home/garden décor. I did not find anyone to be rude, instead very willing to help with my questions/desires. I did receive a your, and remain awestruck by the historic surroundings, high quality and reasonable items for sale in this unique Boutique.I am a textile/fiber artist so found plenty to ogle at! Regina Wamsly had been a good customer in the clothing boutique but that does not entitle her to our company information or trade secrets. At one time she came with her interior decorator at which time they were looking for ideas in the home decor and decided to use our ideas to paint some furniture that Regina already had instead of buying anything from Adobe Designs. Then Regina brought her faux painter whom she wanted to copy one of our paintings for sale as a mural. The faux painter went as far as smelling the artwork to determine what materials were used to get the same effect. How brazen and downright rude is that! The third time Reginal came by herself and asked how to paint faux stone as we have faux stone wall pieces and she had some from another store that she wanted to recycle. That is when I told her we do not reveal trade secrets. She had bullied me the other two times and I let it go but this was one to many times and I stood up to her. We are in business to sell, not to have an artclass. The $400 in shoes and tops she claims she was going to buy was in reality one pair of shoes for $74.95. She got caught and is vindictive because she couldnt have her way. We are happy to help respectible customers and will accommodate them in any way we can but we do not have to take any abuse. This is private property and we ask that folks be respectful.

The lady with the spiked hair was the one who waited on me.She says she only works on Sundays when I asked her a few questions. She was outright rude!I will never recommend the place to anyone!!!!Sometimes people have businesses who shouldnt.

From what I hear the place hasnt changed much. Same rude owner. Amazed shes still in business.
