Really friendly staff, didnt know too much about what I wanted but he was super helpful and patient with me and walked me through the whole process very well. Also gave me a great deal on the shoes! Even invited me to a sort of run club where they walk you through warmups and cool downs with an actual physical therapist. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. They are informative and answer all of my questions. I buy shoes for work and hiking. Have had great success getting shoes that fit properly and provide plenty of support for my flat arches!

Oh my Jesus this building would make for a very charming little sandwich shop if they wanted to quit selling shoes one day. But they do sell shoes, and theyre not cheap shoes.They do a good job at helping you find shoes that fit, that you like, and that help you walk better. My wallet hurts, but my feet dont. Not anymore.

Would 100% recommend this place for any running needs. The staff was above and beyond helpful. I also had to return because one of the shoes was defective and was nervous that since I had worn them once I would be in a pickle. They had what I was looking for but didnt feel that the employee knew much about feet and product matches.

I came in with a vague idea of what I needed and received such excellent customer service from a gentleman named Max. He patiently found me a slew of shoes and then helped me try them all on. Bless him for being so kind and helpful! I even had my kids with me but there was space for them to sit and they even had a few kids toys to keep them occupied. I could not have been happier with my experience. As a bonus, their price points were surprisingly reasonable for the excellent level of customer service I received. Thanks, guys!

The trail is amazing and loveland is very lively with a lot of people, traffic is very bad though.

Bought a new pair of ASICS & some JBL wireless headphones today. Told my fiancé & she said I overpaid a lot. Researched on amazon same night. I paid 20% more for the shoes and 66% more for the headphones. Not sure I’m inclined to go back with that sort of pricing.

Great place to go get a pair of running shoes. There is always an attendant to help you and it is never overly busy. It is quicker amd easier than going to a sporting goods outlet, and the selection is just as good if not better. While you do pay a premium on the shoes, its well worth it for the convenience and service.

I have to say im a little disappointed with my experience here. You hear all these stories about people going here and their foot pain just disappeared. I didnt see much of a difference. They checked out my arches and said i have a med/high arch. Got me in new hokas with a medium insert. The insert KILLED my feet. Made them roll to the outside....super painful. Took them out and its better, but no different than my new balance fresh foams....just really dont feel buying shoes here is any different than doing your research and ordering them online. Outside of that their customer service is awesome, they definitely want to help and do a nice job!

I was not satisfied with our experience. I went there to get fitted properly for running shoes and felt the money spent would be worth it. I was wrong. I felt rushed the whole time.The guy taking care of me brought out a few styles and sizes for me to try on. I found a shoe that fit well but didnt like the design of the shoe. Before I knew it, I was buying shoes I didnt like. He never asked me what style I wanted just boxed them up and walked to the register. I was home before I even realized what shoes we actually got.
