I love Spirit! Has all my Halloween needs!

So amaze with the selection of stuff to wear all types of costumes. Cigars Fingers Axes and all types of accessories. Lately am in too PoP toys love the hunt. This staff is on point very helpful I did see a fitting rooms for trying on customs.

Very very disappointed in your guy’s customer service I’m trying to figure out why my card said it was declined be charged me for every time I tried I have 6+ transactions that you guys said are canceled and 3 that went through and I need my money back or you will see me in court

Lots of cool 🎃 Halloween 🎃 stuff there. Like my 16 Oz. Ouija board coffee mug for example.

PSA - Store will not return costumes if you forget the paper picture that comes along with them. Very disappointing that I have to come back another day just because the costume was missing the picture.

They have an awesome selection of costumes for the entire family. You can try on anything, even sealed bags. Their accessory selection is amazing! I saw at least 100 different types of wigs and hats to add flavor to any costume. On top of costumes and accessories they sell decorations I have never seen before. This place is heaven for a serious Halloween enthusiast. Another thing I enjoyed was that they allow returns and exchanges and will hold items up to 24 hours for you.

As always, it has exactly what my family is looking for to do Halloween correctly. The two things we couldnt find this year was a cauldron shaped candy bucket and one pair of pants to go with a joker costume.The price is a little more expensive than going to Wal-Mart or shopping online, but you can feel the fabric quality personally this way and its a one stop shop for everything you need to make your indoors and selves good and creepy.

Awesome selection, interesting variety. Lots of pieces if you want to put your costume together yourself. As with everything, price are higher than Id like to pay. Overall, very inspiring and I cant wait for their after Halloween sale!!

They have such a nice staff. I was looking thoroughly for a wig and one of the workers there searched it up for me online to check if it was in other locations.

This store seemed to be much larger than other stores around town. They had a lot of costume variety and plenty of interactive decorations. I really enjoyed the set up.

WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A STORE. The manger implied that I went into the store multiple times and have “made multiple exchanges” and told her employee not to exchange my item after telling me to buy screws from Walmart to fix my problem. I did not spend 50+$ to go to Walmart to spend more on something they should have easily exchanged. I made no pervious exchanges and have only entered the store and purchased items. Luckily the Fort Collins spirit returned ALL of my items and I will be returning there. AFUL MANAGEMENT WHO TALKED POORLY OF THE CUSTOMER AHEAD SOON AFTER SHE LEFT EVEN BEFORE GETTING TO THE COUNTER TO EXCHANGE.

Always go there for Halloween shopping. Went to other places. This one has a nice variety.

I gatta say...its the best experiance every year...the staff are amazeing... the costums are cheap (and super cute adoribal) and there are plenty costumes yo choose from.

The Austin Bluffs and Academy store says open until 7pm. It is only 3 days after Halloween and its closed. No one answers ANY of the local stores telephone numbers. This is a bad way to handle customers and next year Ill plan enough in advance to not have to purchase from here.

It was okay, the selection was okay, the staff was nice.

The props keep getting cheaper and cheaper and when I went there, there was like nothing there was only 4 props and not very many costumes
