I called Window Depot to get a quote for two new larger windows in a bedroom. Cactus Larson came out and measured and said theyd get a quote to me. It took almost two weeks for them to get a quote to me, only to later tell me it didnt include the framing, finishing, or re-siding of the exterior. I asked for a full finished quote in PDF form (so I could save it for access later, as the first one expired after a couple weeks and I could no longer access it). After another month of waiting and some back and forth texts with Cactus, he texted me that he would have it to me by a specific day and time. When I still didnt have it the following week, I followed up with him and he went on about how much work it is to do the bid and how busy he is, and maybe I should move on to the next bidder! He treated me like I was being unreasonable (when Id been asking for this bid for over a month!). I was prepared to spend over $6,000 on these two windows with this company until they revealed to me their complete level of unprofessionalism. I would not recommend.

Window Depot replaced 14 windows, a patio door, and a new front entry door. The installers did a great job. They upgraded my windows to triple pane windows and the patio door also. The front door is beautiful. We live on a busy road, and the road noise is gone! I was very impressed with my experience with Window Depot of Northern Colorado! If I could give them a 6 star rating, I would. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail!

The estimator (Dylan) did a great job presenting the windows. Kellie was great to work with for the payments. Vlad was on site with the installers. There was a slight delay from the window manufacturer, but everything else went very smooth. I will be using Window Depot for my rental properties as well.

I am very pleased with my new triple pane windows. The entire team was great and easy to work with. The window manufacturer had a few weeks delay because of Covid, but... it was to be expected.

After several estimates by several companies, and doing tons of research on windows, I finally found the right people for the job! I had my windows replaced in June by Window Depot. They seemed to have the best bang for the buck! I can not believe what a great job they did on my home! The windows and patio door install went great. The product quality was unbelievable. Triple pane windows are the way to go! Window Depot is the vehicle to get you there!

I had old windows that were leaking air causing wind drafts. We had replacement windows put in and Windows Depot USA was super helpful and professional. They did a great job!
