Initially, I had miscommunication issues with one of the employees that was supposed to be taking my order. They werent reading my emails thoroughly and then ghosted me for 13 days in between our last communication. I was about to give up and had selected two new, local vendors to complete my order.Fortunately, the owner, Brian, came to the rescue! He was prompt, courteous, extremely helpful and genuinely cared about my issues and wanted to make things right. And make things right he did! The embroidered hats I wanted look amazing and I couldnt be happier with them. I was very pleased that I was able to give a local company my business after all. I will be ordering more merch from Brian very soon!

I have been working with Brian for years and always recommend him to anyone looking for screen printing. He is awesome to work with, he has great prices, and is crazy fast. He has done orders as big as 500 and as small as 12 for me and has always come through. If you are ordering online at some random company from China, please stop and at least compare prices. Support local and you won’t be sorry.

The entire process with Inklings was one of the easiest and more pleasant business experiences I have had to undertake. Inklings made a bunch of shirts and sweatshirts for our obstacle race. Fantastic quality screen printing. I was really impressed with the digital mock-ups they made us before printing. Very happy with their service. Would use them again!

Tried calling during business hours as well as emailing with zero response. Not to mention when calling it was not even offering the option to voicemail, it would simply hang out...Not a great way to interact with a potential new customer.Update: Got a followup and clarity on the technical issues that were occurring

Brian did a great job getting our order together. Several shirts, hoodies, polos and hats- both screen printed and embroidery. After we had the product we wanted to place another last minute rushed order. He got that delivered to us on time and perfect. We will definitely be back!!

I absolutely deserve my spot to leave a review as I have had multiple orders and different designs printed through inklings. To be straight to the point, two major issues with this company is the attitude/customer service from the owner, and the QUALITY!!! When one whole order was printed in the completely wrong place dispite specific notes, his response was. “Why would you want it there?” On another two orders I had noticed MULTIPLE garments with random marks and ink smudged on them and when I brought them back to show them he had stated he was hesitant to fix them because I “may have” made those marks myself!?! UNBELIEVABLE.All their ink work comes out hairy and fuzzy, some is too thick some isn’t enough. I made such a mistake trusting my whole clothing line with them and I HIGHLY recommend not going here for any service.

I had a rush project. I called them on Monday -- submitted my logo to them Monday afternoon and had embroidered jackets completed on Thursday! Everyone was great to work with! Highly recommend!
