This store is incredible, the manager knows everyone by name and makes everyone feel welcome and appreciated, I will go out of my way every time to shop here!

Brandon has one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. He is very personable and memorized my Fiancé’s and my name by the second visit. If you have any questions he’ll answer any you have or if you just want to talk he always makes time. It’s very easy to walk in and just get a pick up game, or you can call ahead and reserve a playing table, or a table to just assemble/paint.

It had been nearly 15 years since I had set foot inside a gaming store for Warhammer 40K I could not have been happier to make this one of my first stops to re-explore the hobby and to talk with people and see how things were going the space is well done they have a demo table set up so you can try out different things theyve got an online catalog and a lot of different resources

Truly unique store. Very patient with out young son. They even allowed him to build a couple and paint them while we were there. Very nice and helpful staff and players.

Nice store and great manager but their stock is low right now due to Covid I assume but still annoying.

Brendan got us hooked. Super friendly guy walked us through demo of painting a Minifigure and a quick game demo and after some digging deep and finding some old Christmas money, went back and got the starter set and painting goodies. Theyre friendly and have classes set up to help one get into the game and the culture with ease.

Super friendly and helpful. I came in to check out what they had in stock. Due to Covid, you cant really get very far into the store, however Branden was more than happy to let us look from afar. I had a few questions and he was very knowledgeable and seemed happy to answer every question I had. I could tell he was passionate about the hobby and made me feel very comfortable being new to warhammer. I will be buying my warhammer stuff here from now on.

I was gone from the hobby for a little over a year. When I got back to it and visited the store again Brandon recognized me and welcomed me back with open arms. He is always a great help whenever I go in. I will always go into his store and support him rather than order online

First, warhammer is a great hobby for you and/or your kids to get into. So if youre not familiar stop by and see what its all about.In terms of this specific warhammer store, Branden is by far the ideal of what a Games Workshop employee should be and a great ambassador for the product. The culture around wargaming can sometimes be toxic, but Branden makes everyone feel welcome and creates an inclusive atmosphere.I havent felt this positive about Games Workshop in over a decade and Branden is a big part of getting me back into the hobby

Very friendly loved just chatting and seeing what shader would best suit my needs, although not a war hammer guy I am a history buff and he was quickly and effectively able to help me out !These new British troops are gonna look great !

Such a great experience, Brandon has been there both times Ive come in. He has been very helpful, in anything from paints to building an army.I am brand new to the hobby and am beyond excited to keep working on it! With support from Games Workshop and Brandon the Skaven will dominate!

This store is great. Brandon is really good and knows his stuff. They have decent play space but not too much. Only a few things keep it from a 5 star. If you want a game get here early or be ready to wait. Its a good place with great people.

Having been there multiple times now and getting to know the manager and the regulars I feel comfortable in saying this place is beyond great. Brandons passion for this game and his store is unmatched. The community that visit this store need not be left out either, Doug is super helpful, a fun to play against and just a great guy all around. I hear he may be working there soon and I think that store will be all the better for it. Clean, friendly atmosphere, spacious, always stocked up with every players wants and desires and just all around fun. I am glad to have found the place. Back in the mid to late nineties I used to daydream about visiting a store like this. Of course, that wouldve meant getting a passport, and a ticket to England. Now, we have a Warhammer store in Loveland! The staff, (all one of him,) is passionate and responsive to customers. Ive been in there when it was busy, and never felt ignored!My wife and daughter have entered the hobby thanks to Brandens enthusiasm, and the quality of the product. He kindly listens to the old-timer, (me,) wax rhapsodic about the old days, then amps my family up for this current iteration. This is an expensive hobby, but this is a wonderful store, with an amazing manager, and what seems to be a welcoming community.If you missing playing with army men...this is a great hobby to get into.If youre curious about this hobby, visit the store, Branden will make it all clear.

My fiance loves this store! Brandon is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable! My kiddos always have questions and he has the answers! Very fun environment and he always happy to help! I definitely recommend a visit to this store if you love warhammer.

While the prices are high (courtesy of the stores name brand and related supplies) the miniatures are amazing and supplies are of great quality. The best part though is the friendly and knowledgeable the staff was (I think his name was Brandon but could be wrong). He was more than happy to chat for half an hour-ish about different paints, brushes, and miniature materials, and even gave us tips on using miniatures and supplies outside of their brands. Was even willing to give demonstrations on some miniatures they were painting there.

I travelled 400 miles from out of state to visit their shop and I have to say it is hands down the best store Ive ever been to. I will definitely visit this store again, and again, and again.....

The store is nice, but the reason I gave it 5 stars is because of the sales associate that helped my family. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and seemed very happy to explain everything to me. Great service!!

Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable! We went in with no knowledge of the game or anything. We left with a general knowldge of the tabletop game and how to paint your figures. We were also happy to learn that the store offered beginner classes on how to paint your figures and play the game of Warhammer. We are looking forward to going back for one of the classes to see how the game works!

I started playing Warhammer when I lived in Boulder, back in 2017. And it was difficult to get into, in no small part thanks to a very competitive audience and and intimidating store staff. But that changed when I moved to the Loveland area, and started going to Warhammer Loveland.The store manager, Brandon, is easily the most friendly and inviting manager I have ever met. I dont even think of him as just a store employee, hes my friend. Hes enthusiastic and always willing to offer suggestions and advice, be it on painting (btw he was a professional painter, he is AMAZING), building models, army set up, or even just lore! He keeps a very friendly work environment, too. All of his customers are friendly and when he cant answer a question, hes always very quick to suggest one of them.Not to mention, Brandon is always running events, from painting challenges to game tournaments to friendly Killteam leagues, and anytime theres new stuff coming out, you can bet that Brandon will have something to do with it happening at the store.the selection is, as far as I know, more varied than other stores. Brandon always tries to stock what is in demand, what people want, and he tends to keep other kits that people might like in the back, including ones that are no longer being made! He will go out of his way to make sure you are getting the kit you want, or at least know what to get next time.You cannot go wrong, going to this store. The hobby may be expensive, but you will make friends, and he will make sure you are satisfied.

I would like to respond to Kimberly Albro VanHorn and her gross mischaracterization of the events involving her son. My 8 year old son and I played a game with with your son. Your 20 year old son pointed and laughed in my sons face, repeatedly, during the game. When your son lost he told us how he could have easily won if he had chosen to do so. He then explained how I should have painted my models if I wanted to do it right. He swore, repeatedly, although asked not to do so by several people, and made disparaging comments about games available in the store that he chose not to play. It wasnt that he was just louder than usual, it was hard to have a conversation with someone while he was in the store. I was one of the customers that told Branden that I didnt want to come to the store if he was there. To excuse his bully-like behaviour because of his autism is a disservice to those on the spectrum and their allies. Branden had talked to him and given him warnings on numerous occassions before he asked him to leave. I certainly appreciate the positive and supportive community that Branden fosters. Branden is a great guy, he has a huge amount of passion and a drive to share his love of the game with everyone who walks in the door. He was very upset to have to ask someone to leave and not come back but he has an obligation to everyone there to keep the environment fun, family-oriented, and respectful and he did the right thing in this specific case.

The store manager, BRANDON JACOBSON, just told a 20 year old autistic man (who had just lost his comfort animal of 16 years a week ago) that he was not welcome at the store any more because he was too loud and a customer complained. Brandon told me personally that he suspected this man was autistic, and that he knew he had lost his pet. This person humiliated him in front of his friend and told he was not welcome at the store and to never come back.Social disorders like autism do contribute to a louder tone and an inability to read social cues. You, WARHAMMER CENTERA, just showed an amazing lack of intolerance for the disabled world. You also took away the one enjoyment this man had that was diverting his attention from the grief of losing his comfort animal. Thats a moral failing. You should be ashamed of yourself.
