Very disappointed in service. 5x7 envelope mailed 2 days before Thanksgiving still hasnt arrived to my sister in San Diego. We were told mail was slow! This is horrible service and the owner cant be bothered to look into it. Have a gut feeling it never left the mail mart and someone enjoyed their Christmas! My mom wasnt offered or given tracking. First class mail should have only taken a few days to be delivered!Turning this into the BBB

I refuse to go to the post office-- mailmart always beats their prices. Im able to mail from all carriers too.

They compare the prices to mail packages via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL so you always know youre getting the best deal, no matter the package size and weight.

I use Mail Mart services on a weekly basis for my business and personal items, and never a wait time. The services and knowledge of the staff allows me to get things done quickly and is my one-stop shop for everything I need to send out. The shop of cards and gifts is so helpful when I’m in need of sending a quick birthday card or package. The staff is always so friendly, helpful and efficient!

Ive been renting a mailbox here for 4 years now. The ladies always greet me with a big smile. They do a superior job helping me with my packaging needs. I also love the merchandise they have for sale. I could browse for hours (if I had some extra time).

A fantastic and reasonable priced place for a personal mailbox! The new owner and her employees are very friendly and welcoming. I no longer rent a mailbox here as I have moved, but I miss this place a ton because of their excellent customer service and pricing.

Horrible experience with Chandler! I called to track a package that had supposedly been delivered and was being held un their location.. i called at 440 and was told they were closing at 5, despite all sites on internet showing 530 for closing! She said early closing was posted in their store! How would i see it in their store? I asked for her manager and she said, shes in Aruba and i dont have authorization t ou stay! Extremely hotrible customer service for someone that is in that role! CHANDLER needs to find a new job!
