As part of an update to our master bath, we wanted to upgrade the shower surround. We requested bids from Action Glass and their primary competitor in the area. The bids came in within a competitive range, with AG slightly lower. Since AG was able to move significantly faster with the sourcing and install, we chose their bid.The process went smoothly and on schedule. At the time of install, however, the technician noticed a tiny (barely noticeable) flaw in one of the glass plates. He pointed this out to us and insisted on replacing it at his cost. The plate was replaced in timely fashion, and looks great.We came away impressed with skill, timelines and integrity of the folks at Action Glass and would recommend them enthusiastically.Mike and Teri Tobin
