What time do you open

Had a great time fishing for about 4 hours here at Lake Isabella. Great people around me had excellent time started getting too much pain I had to leave. Caught a nice Ringneck Perch gave it to the guy next to me he was happy. Even though you dont catch fish you still have a great time.
