My banana split was made wrong and the second one they gave me was barely any ice cream. The girl at the window kept touching her hair and then grabbed a spoon and put it in my banana split even after I asked for a lid. By the time i got my banana split the blizzard i had melted all over my car. Very disappointed.

The crew is great! They take pride in doing a great job, and making sure the customer is happy. They also have specials throughout the week. Very friendly and great service. Highly recommended.

Delicious soft serve ice cream and plenty of variety of treats, as well as food items! Drive up can get very congested so prepare for a wait. Good customer service, the kids are well trained. The drive thru setup is brilliant, order and pay on one side of the building and pickup up food and ice cream on the west side of the building. Small busy corner lot, be careful driving and watch for people walking into this business from the parking lot. Covered play area for the kids could use some attention.

Always busy, but they cant help that when your the best Dairy Queen ever! Employees are friendly and fast. You can tell theyve been well trained to do a top notch job. This DQ doesnt scrimp on ingredients for their Blizzards like others Ive had.

The line is long, but it moves faster than you can decide on what you want to order, so be ready! These folks are,by far, the friendliest people in Loveland! And for the most part, they look to be high school kids.... doing a great job and having fun! As for the product.... its DQ! If you havent been living under a rock, then you already know its good food and iconic frozen treats. The only problem is deciding what to order!

This is a nice place, its a little hard to get in and out of, but there are lots of things on the menu that I wanna try out.😋

Highly recommend! Always busy, but its the best year round dairy queen ever, possibly in the country! No joke the staff is already kind and polite, the restaurant serves excellent quality food(for a fast food/ junk food place) and the place is clean and family friendly with a small park and plenty of parking. If you need to go through the drive thru be prepared to wait and to make some tight space turns, this is however totally worth it.

Very clean and fast. Super busy which is good I think. They raised their prices a little bit but for a good cause, they raised everyones wages. Wish they had more outdoor seating.

I was very disappointed with my most recent experience!!! I ordered a large and the wife ordered a medium blizzard. I ate mine as fast as I could and by the time I was half way, my blizzards turned to a milkshake. The sign says severed upside down or the next one is free. Well neither of mine were served upside down and when I told the worker he said he didnt want to do it because they were very liquidy and he didnt want to dump them on the ground and on my car. Even after mentioning it, I left with milkshakes in the end and disappointed that advertisements means nothing to the employees.Dairy Queen of Loveland I am expecting at least 1 free blizzard next time. Best part for me is I have a video with crystal clear audio!

To spend $20 on food and then be charged $1 for tap water is unbelievable. I must admit. Awesome blizzards tho.

How do I give them more than 5 stars? Not even sure 10 would be enough.Actually made an unplanned stop at this location but I was incredibly impressed with the staff! We had just driven down the canyon from Estes Park on the way home to Missouri. My oldest had gotten sick and made a mess in there car. My wife tended to him in the parking lot while I went inside to get some paper towels. The staff have us towels and rags to clean up our car as well as a clean t-shirt for my son and a sierra mist to help calm his stomach. They refused any payment and they were more than pleasant and helpful. I know it goes without saying but this was above and beyond and exceedingly rare these days. Gabby and Cindy you are exemplary employees and people. I never figured an even like this would be the highlight of our trip!

No matter how busy the drive-through may be, the line keeps moving and the staff is generally friendly and positive. And for summer 21, the Brownie Batter Blizzard (say that five times fast!) is an amazing blast of chocolate.

You can still get boxes of Dairy Queen treats it makes feeding a big crowd easier

I bought a ice cream cake for my sister for her birthday. The ice cream cake was delicious.

I came here this evening for a blizzard on my way home. And I went through the drive through for my convenience. I watched the guy hand my ice cream to the car in front of us, take them back from said car set them on the counter and then tried to hand them to me. I asked him to remake that because I definitely didn’t want something that has been in someone else’s car. He got huffy with me walked away for 30 seconds and then handed me the same ice cream I refused! It even had finger prints on it! There is not a single person here who deserves $15/hr. And I will be sure to report this particular DQ to the health department. Absolutely unacceptable! Shame on management and shame on the owners!

This is the frist DQ I have been to that had such amazing Customer service. Treats handled with care, made to perfection!

Awesome Bannana Split & Dilly Bars Yumminess!

This has to be the fastest Ive ever gotten thru a drive thru line of at least 16 cars in front of us! They had an employee with a tablet outside by the first menu sign who punched in our order of 3 blizzards and a custom banana split. 8 cars were in front of us at that point - in less than 5 min we were at the 1st window where we paid for our order and 2 more minutes we pulled up to the 2nd window and they handed us out our order! AWESOME TEAMWORK!

I was not happy with how they made there drive threw. My guess is theres lot of vehicles with scratches in wheels and its not great on tires side walls . There service is slow, poor handling of services. The time it took to get threw without a line, was crazy . Will bypass it forsure next time .

No scanner for points. Then trainee didnt know about specials. (That wasnt the surprise.) The rudeness of the Assistant manager. Oh we dont do that here. I should have driven an hour back and forth from Greeley instead like it crossed my mind.

Your drive thru is your bottle neck. The same person who took our money also prepped our flurries while theyre 10 other people tending to your counter. The drive thru is clogging up traffic on one street and the parking lot. Not sure how much the city can put up with traffic backed up on one street.

The mint chocolate chip and peanut butter shakes I got for me and my kiddo were delicious!! Perfect for a hot summer day!

Awesome Dairy Queen with built in sculpture park by their outdoor seating! Isn’t a traditional burgers and fries DQ, mostly focusing on their delicious desserts. They have a vegan Dilly bar!

Slowest DQ I have ever been in. Misty machine and cola machines broken. Blizzards dont stand up to the test. In fact some were runny like bad shakes

Disappointed in the service. Twice now Ive placed an order with an outdoor attendant and by the time I reach the pickup window, I get a soup blizzard. This last time I did request a bigger cup to pour the soup blizzard in and was only offered a lid and I still had to request napkins even when the blizzard was melting down the cup and dripping everywhere when it was passed to me with their traditional upside down flip. Very disappointing.

The service was great. The staff was very kind, and we all got our orders pretty quickly.

We usually have a great experience here. But tonight when we went and ordered 2 blizzards, neither were mixed well. The bottom halves were just vanilla ice cream. My wife order the Oreo Mocha Fudge blizzard and it didnt even have oreos in it. Very disappointed!

Pretty much every Dairy Queen Ive ever been to has been great and this location is no different. While I wish their parking lot and drive through were a bit better, I cant really fault them for this. This location is VERY popular and its understandable as to why. Their blizzards and ice cream are always fantastic! I highly recommend the Choco Brownie Extreme if you are wanting something with lots of chocolate and actual pieces of brownie in it for that extra bit of deliciousness. You wont be disappointed! The blizzards are great as well, so dont hesitate to grab one when its hot out.

Prices have always been way too high at Dairy Queen but the owner of this place has decided to step it up a little using his customers to take advantage of by telling them that he had to raise his prices to afford the $15 an hour minimum wage increase. LOL not true big lie that law did not pass Im sure if there is a way to sue him for it somebody will

Gave me a sams pretzel still in a sams members mark bag. Paid three times the price of a sams pretzel. Wouldnt have bought it if Id known. Also was given the wrong blizzard order. This place has really gotten cheap and gone downhill.

Update:I went back and a staff member made a new pretzel that came out perfect and she put some Sierra Mist in a cup so I could verify it wasnt just carbonated water.Great, friendly staff.----------------------------------The people were very nice and they probably make some great desserts. I hit the drive thru for a quick meal having just learned that they make chili dogs.This location does not make fries so I got a soft pretzel just to have something on the side.The chili dog turned out to be mediocre, but hard to eat without a fork since that were generous with the chili.The pretzel was inedible as it smelled and tasted very strongly of burned metal. Thats the only way I can describe it. As if the pretzel was cooked in the heat of an electrical fire.I thought, okay, I can eat most of the chili dog, and I was very glad that they have Sierra Mist which is the only fast food soda that doesnt contain high fructose corn syrup. Yay!But then...ugh! It was only carbonated water.I guess I ordered the three least ordered items on the menu. They should probably make this location dessert items only if my experience was not an anomaly.There was a long line and a long wait to place my order, so people clearly like this place. Im just guessing that they were all ordering frozen tests.If youre looking for dessert, the people here are great, and the desserts are probably delicious. But if you need food, theres a Taco Johns a few blocks up.
