So disappointed in the service, made arrangements months in advance for delivery of ice for a tennis event, originally was to be there at noon, then when I called to confirm delivery they said theyd call at noon to let us know when delivery would be, never got a call, after trying to call for an hour finally got someone to answer, she was rude, but did have Rick call me, only to tell me how busy he was. 400 people were showing up for this event at 4:30 p.m which is about when he finally showed up.. We ended up having to buy about $50.00 worth of ice just to gets drinks cooled prior to event. Not sure how these people stay in business, with this type of customer service! Clearly they need some competition!

Im sorry your experience with Mister Ice wasnt positive. The employees there work very hard and are deeply appreciated.
