My first mistake was I hired the wrong company to do my irrigation system. What I ended up with was a geyser. Aquascapes was referred to me by my plumber who I thought maybe could have fixed this problem. The issue I had was no means an emergency because I could still water my yard the old fashioned way.Kevin the owner showed up today. I was extremely pleased that he could correct the other companys mistake at an extremely reasonable price.He got right to the job at hand, figuring out what went wrong with my irrigation system. He found it, and he was able to correct it with parts he had on hand. I am just elated that I can once again use my sprinkler system. He was extremely pleasant to deal with, his charge for the work was extremely Fair and because I was so pleased I asked him to come back and do some more work.I am so glad my plumber referred me to him.Kevin when you were here I told you you deserve five stars and now I put it in writing. Thank you a thousand times over.

I have used the services of Kevin and his crew for three years now. They are very responsive and efficient, no up-charging or over-selling. I appreciate Kevins direct, honest approach. They have done everything from basic sprinkler blowouts, to major sprinkler repairs, and even a huge project rearranging decorative rocks. In every case, Kevin came through as promised. Kevin and his crew have been very helpful. I have been able to contact him throughout the year (he did landscaping summer 2017) with questions and he is always quick to respond. He also made good on his warranty when some plants did not come back this year. He is now my go to guy.

Super happy with my experience with Kevin and Aquascapes. He spent a lot of time with me when he came over to give me a quote and came up with some great design ideas to help mitigate potential damage caused by my dogs. If I could give zero stars I would. Kevin and his crew installed a $6000 irrigation system in my back pasture which failed the day he installed it. He complained he had to honor his 5 year warranty and proceeded to debate with me how bad it really was - hey - ANY LOSS OF WATER IS A PROBLEM. He then came down to repair the joint leak and made it worse. He hung up the phone on me numerous times and did not make right on his 5 year warranty on parts & labor. I had to get a friend to come down to help me and she knew more about how to fix it than this guy (and she also helped fix another one of his installations). If I could use swear words in this post to describe the situation and my feelings about Kevin, I would. Just be forewarned that he is not an honorable man and will take your money and then walk away and leave you to figure out the problem and cause you to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. Avoid Aqauscapes. Period.

These guys ripped off my coworker. Provided a poor design on patio and garden fountain and were unwilling to fix it. In addition they were extremely rude on the phone. I witnessed the conversation. Would not recommend them.

Badge experience the guy that came to her house incorrectly set part of the sprinklers in the Spring he was rude and arrogant came back and was rude and arrogant some more and fix the 2 mistakes that he made in the Spring and he kept insinuating that he had conversations with my wife and had explained our all of this to her on to occasions she denies that those conversations ever took place but he was so arrogant and rude that I told him to leave my yard and not come back
