Refusing to sell to anyone not wearing a mask. Two staff member stand at the front door and do not allow you to enter without a mask. I was told to use the drive thru. I will no longer support a business enforcing bogus mask mandates. In the same day I entered 5 other Loveland businesses who posted signs but did not enforce anything because they know their rights and are standing up for our Freedom!

These people are awesome! Always friendly and seem to always have what I need in stock. Best prices in town. Have never had a bad experience. Drive thru even runs quickly.

Great liquor store with a huge selection. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and except the gentleman in the drive thru, the cashiers are very rude. It seriously bothers them to have to check you out.

Nice place, clean organized, only reason for three stars I asked for receipt and he didn’t give me one,.. no big deal but sometimes things can be deducted as entertainment and this was one if them. Prices about the same as others little higher than country side.

I’m not gonna sugar coat this, the guy at the drive-thru window today at 4:00pm was a complete douche and, just seemed annoyed with anyone coming to the window. I asked for a 12 pack of white claw didn’t specify which one and, he rudely responded “which one???” I responded with sorry not familiar with the variety packs what do you have?” He then responded “which one? 1,2 or 3??” Without even explaining which numbered pack contained what flavors so I just said no. 2 without even knowing what I was buying. The dude just seemed very annoyed with customers and, not happy to be there at all. I mean if you don’t want to work with customers go stock the shelves or something a**hole.

I was an employee of theres and they fired me for one day of not coming to work because I wanted to go to church. What kinda place is that I had to basically live there away for my 5 kids. God bless the people that own that place I hope they treat the next person right and dont discriminate on someone going to church.

I didnt like the customer service at this place at this place they seem like they didnt like to do their job they didnt have any of the product I was looking for and when I asked them to look that kind of gave me a little bit of attitude so I wont be going back here again neither will any of my associates

I was recently hired and fired with in 3 days because the company felt I wasn’t going to be a good fit due to too many non work related conversations, not inappropriate for a work place just that I had to many conversations with co workers and customers who would ask me questions about my appearance or something work related.

Seems to be the best selection in town so far. Maskelss yahoos use the drive through without trouble, but i often catch the runners mulling around wearing mask improperly and at a glimpse, infrequently, not at all.

If you ask an employee where something is they will stop and show you instead of point this is a great way for a business to be ran makes it easier to come there and know with how big the place is your not alone and they even recommend similar items to give you the chance to try something new.

Mostly very helpful with questions and directions where to find a particular wine I am looking for. There used to be a gal who worked there who would always give great suggestions on good wines. Havent seen her there in a while. Noticed prices went up. The cashier girls need customer service training. They act like you are bothering them. Never a hello or did you find what you were looking for. You say hello to them they barely reply but thats all you get. Ive been coming there for a long time, pretty much tired of this service. Time to find a new place if this continues.

They have my favorite liquor here... I live in greeley and had to drive to this liquor store in Loveland.... If you havent tried it yet try the patron lime.... None of the greeley stores had it... But this one did... I saved more buying my hard liquor here than in greeley... For 6 bottles i payed $106 they have the best discounts...

I searched all over Loveland for a special liquor that I needed to make a cocktail. Went to Liquor Max who coincidentally just ran out of it. They helped me fill out and order form and called me with a week when it had arrived to their store. This situation and others has proven how willing their staff is to go above and beyond for their customers. Also, I have found their prices to be FANTASTIC. For example, I saw that the biggest bottle of Jameson was $10 cheaper than two other stores. It is currently the same price as it is at Costco.

Really good prices for northern Colorado, large selection of wine and spirits, very helpful staff, weekly ad available online.Prices not as competitive as Applejack in Wheat Ridge but one doesnt have to drive to Wheat Ridge, either. Liquor Max is going to have to up its game, however, as Applejack will be opening a store at I-25 and 144th the summer of 2020.

The selection, prices and most of the staff are great but every time I am in the store I am harassed by Tony, constantly. The same goes for several other women I know well. I wont shop here again, because every time I do I have to endure your employee following me around the store commenting on my body, and standing way too close to me while I am attempting to buy something. I have tried being nice, I have tried being rude, I have told him in no uncertain terms that he is making me uncomfortable, but it still continues. This has been a constant problem for years now and the management clearly isnt doing anything about it. One employee told me: dont worry, hes harmless - but it isnt harmless really. It makes me extremely uncomfortable. I dont need to be harassed and objectified when I am just trying to support a neighborhood business. It is absolutely creepy. Today my sister and I stopped in, and the second we walked in the door he started following us around lobbing pickup lines at us. We told him to stop, he made a joke about how he just likes to harass us. Its really not cool and its the last straw. We ended up leaving because he just would NOT leave us alone! I dont really care if he thinks Im attractive or not. Its completely unprofessional, and the unwanted attention from Tony is the one and only reason that Ill never return to Liquor Max again.

The staff is friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. The selection is fantastic. Love the option to build your own 6-pack. Weve used it for multiple gifts be it a themed gift or simply a selection of new tastes.

I live in Fort Collins and whenever I am in Loveland I love to stop here just for their wine bargain bin! I always enjoy rummaging through it and being able to fill up my wine rack for a great price! Almost like Trader Joes Two Buck Chuck bins

I picked 6 different beers in the make your own six pack isle. Two of the beers were clearly marked 3.14 for the six pack price. I talked with Storm, the manager, who verified the beer’s were marked at $3.14 but refused to honor the price as he said someone mislabeled them and they were supposed to be 5.84. He would not honor the price and lost a customer for life.

Everyone is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Ive never had to wait in line for more than a minute or two. Big variety of all kinds of drinks!! Convenient drive through as well. 5 stars yall! Good job!

I have been shopping at Liquor Max for a long time. Never had a problem.The last time I was in I received the case price discount on 6 bottle of wine. This time they would not honor it. WE are talking $6. I spend over $100 a month at Liquor Max. They might lose my business over $6. Alan the owner really didnt seem to care if he lost my business. With beer sales down you would think keeping me is worth $6.

Is it me or is everything regarding beer and liquor getting more expensive? I remember when 12-packs of micro Brews would be on special for $9.99 or $10.99. Hell now youre lucky to get one for 17 bucks. And forget about any customer service. Their cashiers seem more intent to keep an eye on you making sure youre not ripping them off then providing any service.

They had the liquor I was looking for, even the weird stuff. They can order the even weirder, more obscure things for you if youre looking for a specific celebrity vineyard wine or microbrew.The lighting makes it feel like youre walking through a warehouse which is the only reason Im not giving it five stars. I know it cant be helped, its a big place, but it definitely gives the place a vibe that makes me glad I dont buy alcohol much lol

At the time I rated liquor max I was pretty upset that they had been taking Samsung pay for the better part of a year then all the sudden stopped. They stopped even though their system was capable. The only explanation was that it was like someone wrote them a bad check.
