I highly recommend Bearcat Mt Repose storage. I had an unfortunate situation that led me to needing a storage space temporarily and I was happy to work with Merrell in the office, he was awesome! He made a stressful situation much easier and pleasant to deal with. There was even a slight mixup and he went above and beyond to make it right. We reserved a unit at the Mt. Repose location, but suddenly changing circumstances caused us to not need it after all. I called back somewhat expecting to talk to an irritated owner for holding a high-demand unit and then my asking to cancel it, but he was TOTALLY understanding and very kind. In the process, I also spoke with a lady at the Bearcat call center. She was also extremely helpful and very patient. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience with them. If we ever need storage, I will definitely be giving the Mt. Repose location another call!

I rented 2 storage units here while moving. Merrell is a great guy, friendly and he made sure to show me how everything worked. Its very safe here. The exit keypad will arm your units when leaving. Its open 24/7 which is nice because I had to make late night trips to get items. I would definitely go here if youre looking for a nice, clean, storage facility with very fair prices.

I gave this a four and trust me I absolutely love this place. I have been using this place for over 4 years and Merrill is amazing. The reason why Im giving this four stars is because the rate keeps going up and up. I just received an email saying that its going up again In March and even though its only a few bucks its hurting me. Im disabled and I cant take another pay increase so can you please stop hiking up the prices. I just had one and thought for sure I was okay for awhile.

We stored our 40 fifth wheel in one of the 40 x 14 angled parking spots. The entrance and exit was fantastic, easy to navigate and easy to park! Merle was fantastic to work with. He was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and answered all questions. I highly recommend using Bearcat Storage.

This is the place to store your stuff, RV, trailer, armed storage rooms. I feel my my stuff is safe there. 1st month free, and they have a moving truck.

Fair prices for every unit, always clean, management is very friendly and helpful, plus 24/7 access is very nice. Wouldnt go anywhere else, this is definitely a step above any other local storage facilities for the same, if not better price.

Ive helped friends move things into and out of this place many times. Its clean,safe and the outer appearance (landscaping & cleanliness) are tended to very well. The younger blonde woman thats been working almost every time I go there is very personable and eases the stress from moving. Prices are competitive and its location is ideal. Recommended.

Love this place. Ive rented at a handful of other self storage facilities and I prefer this one to others. This place is nice, its clean (very) has an alarm system, they have great customer service and are available 6 days a week. Monthly rent is reasonable and closing a unit is easy.Bonus is they usually have a move in special and allow the use of a box truck upon move in.Thanks guys!

Mount Repose storage is the right place to be if you need to store anything. The storage unit to learn or clean power for an overhead light place is large enough to accommodate. They have security cameras and even the office people are nice

Well this evening was not the greatest paid the bill the other day 3 days ago went to go in there tonight I was locked out called to call service place they couldnt do nothing it was supposed to try and get hold of the people left me sitting there for 2 hours waiting this is ever supposed to get back with me and never did I called and talked to four different people and like I said they left me sitting there for two hours out front I told me I had to pay more or something we canceled then Id be able to get in the gate in 15 minutes 2 hours later I still couldnt get in

Rented a space yesterday and asked about the truck with move in. Guy explained all the details for using it including the $100 cash deposit. Told him I would be back this morning to pick it up. He said if I picked it up in the afternoon I could have it until Monday. I said no, I already had plans for people to help me today.Showed up this morning and he said his manager reserved the truck for the entire weekend after I left so I couldnt have it even though the truck was sitting right there unused.They have video cameras everywhere so I asked them to pull up the footage of our conversation. So far they havent done that but if they do and I am wrong, I will change my review.
