That place is overpriced. U pay for 3 days delivery … have to arrive Fri and till Mo at 11 AM no any delivery. No tracking, only one simple receipt … hell… I payed 3 X more like at USPS and poor service

This place is clean and orderly and Andy was absolutely welcoming, swift, and clearly an asset to his store! Stop in for all your copy and mailing needs. Did you know they have mailboxes for rent, business card services, and tons of other mailing and ink to paper services? I needed a label printed and my item shipped. It was a prepay label so for just a simple label printed and affixed it cost 1$ and tax! In and out in couple minutes. That is all! Bonus: They are locally owned and operated as well!!!!!!!

Top-notch place. Andy and Tim (and the whole crew) always greet you with a hardy Hello and bend over backwards to help you. Its a wonderful neighborhood gathering place where doing mail is one thing, but respectfully sharing and discussing opinions is another benefit - truly it is mailbox, etc. (their former name). I highly recommend it for receiving mail & packages, just dropping off a parcel... etc etc. and so-forth.. 5 stars.

Kind and helpful customer service! Tim is very helpful and goes out of his way to accomodate your requests. One time I was late and almost close to the store closing time, but he still took my parcel! Another time I did not have a label printed and Tim printed out for me!! I greatly appreciate his helpfulness on this and many other occasions. Love coming to this store for this reason and also very centrally and conveniently situated.

This is the best place locally to ship and print. Tim was so helpful when I had an urgent package that needed shipped- even though it was close to closing time, he took his time and helped me. I continually come back to this store to print and ship for my business.

I was charged 10$ for 1 document notory. The ups store in mason charged me only 5$. The bill provided by the store mentioned 1.50 for notary and 8.50 as admin fee. Innovative ways to fleece customers.

Called about mask policy. Andy came to the phone and said I suppose you think you are doing Gods work by wearing a mask. He then hung up. I am an atheist.Before becoming belligerent Andy admitted employees let their masks hang off their faces below the nose and said that they are in compliance. They are not. I called corporate and confirmed that even franchises such as this one must wear full mouth/nose coverings.

Have visited this UPS twice in the past couple months. First time I went in the man at the front desk was wearing his mask on his chin. Second time the man at the desk wasn’t wearing a mask at all. I have two children with very serious medical issues so I will no longer be visiting this location. Very disappointed in their lack of common courtesy for others during a pandemic.
