Not too impressive. We purchased two similar colors from them for a new house. I was looking for an accent color and manually mixed the two colors 50/50 and liked the results. So we asked them to formulate the two colors and they told us they couldnt do it. So much for custom colors even if you provide the two formulas to blend!

I am so happy that Sherwin Williams has taken this virus pandamic seriously. I have several good experiences. I dont have to go into the store. Order over the phone and pick up curb side. There are free paint stick stirs and free paint swatches available. I wish more businesses would be this smart, they would not be out of business.... very easy …..CEO must have it together

Absolutely! Really thankful for Sherwin Williams in Loveland. I have never been there until this visit. The previous owners of our house had paint made at this location. We went in and shared with them the paint can from 7 years ago. They were able to find the order in their system and were able to match our paint color. We are very glad that we decided to go to this location. We will be buying more paint here for upcoming painting projects in our home.

I have almost been living in this store over the past 3 years. Destin and the staff are wonderful and if you hit that Super Sale, Im in. After purchasing a new (used) home, I had to repaint the outside and inside. They were able to match up a small scratch of outside paint that was not sun bleached. MY HOME NOW HAS A NEW LIFE GLOW thanks to Sherwin Williams Paint.

Do not plan on matching your paint correctly. My walls seem to have magically changed from gloss to matte in a years time. My touch up paint now has to be repainted. The employee was condescending and insisted this was the same paint I had purchased last year. I give this store a zero rating.

We were prepping our house for sale and needed to match paint for interior walls and exterior trim. Very helpful staff, and quick process to get a quart of each color. This was my first time in the store: they have a wide array of supplies, tools, drop cloths, overalls and much more.

The young lady that helped me was beyond great!! She was patient with the paint colors I brought in to have matched and created a new profile so we don’t have to guess on colors next time I am in. She even helped me out to my car when everything was ready. Being a customer service person myself, I would give her 5 stars all the way across the board!!!

Started out ok with Sherwin, but after 21 samples of trying to find the right match, I am going to have to give up. The sample paint #18 was the right match, but when they made it up in a quart that I paid for, it doesnt match, and they say there is nothing more they can do. Very disappointed as I have spent over $100 in samples trying to find a match. I thought I was going to the absolute best experts. Now I have to pick a completely different color and call it good.

Needed to match the color of our existing ceiling to paint a section of new ceiling that was installed and they hit the color spot on so we didnt have to repaint the entire ceiling.
