This is not a huge place but it has everything! They make their own sausage and burgers. Plus you can make your own burger flavors with a variety of different ingredients on site.Their beef, chicken, and pork selection is diverse. They have limited seafood but what they do have come directly off the boats in Boston.They also have a large selection of frozen wild game meats. Antelope, alligator, venison, and much more.Plus if you mention it is your first time they will give you loads of free meats. This place will be my go to from now on!

All the staff at AB are very knowledgeable and helpful at all times. The store is very clean and during Covid they have had all the right protocols. The meat selection is incredible and they can always get you what you want, and they do it with a smile every time.

A great butcher shop that also has a small produce, beer, wine, and seasonings selection. I appreciate that they put effort into finding quality sources for their meats and fish, local and sustainable. The staff is very helpful and will get you a special cut if you need one.They also have a wide selection of house made sausages, marinated meats, and more unusual meats like elk and rabbit. Also the only place Ive found in this area with good blood sausage!

Disappointed with the quality of the tenderloin filets. At $49.99 per pound they had silver lining and were not all that tender . Very disappointed

I love this place. Ive been ordering online for a while now and finally got to go inside. Its easily the best butcher shop in Massachusetts, and Ive been to a bunch.Everyone is always so nice and helpful! Ive yet to get a bad piece of meat from this place. Theyve won a customer for life in me, thats for sure.

This a fantastic butcher shop. Every employee seems to have been trained well in customer service. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. If you dont see what youre looking for, ask. Theres a great selection of marinated chicken and steak, a nice selection of beer, and they also do custom burgers. Great place great people.

The food here is of excellent quality, the employees better! Its not hard to get excited about this butcher shop! Aged beef, hand made burgers, sausage and Wagyu imported beef, a true carnivores delight. They make sandwiches here for take out. I posted a few pictures of their sausage case they have marinated meats just take it home and cook it up you wont be disappointed, Tell Dominick I sent you he is the man of meats.

I’d consider myself a regular customer at Alpine. The meat is top notch. In my opinion there is no other butcher with a better product. Also the customer service is impeccable. They treat all their customers like regulars and make you feel welcomed. It’s always a great experience here. If you haven’t been check it out you won’t be disappointed.

I went to Alpine for the first time on Sunday 7/26/20. The store was pretty busy. I just wanted to say that Juan was the most helpful butcher I have ever had ever. He was happy to help more like excited to help. It’s great that you have staff that love their job. Just wanted to share that this will be the only butcher shop I plan to visit going forward. Was very informative about diff steaks and beef cuts. Will never waste my time at market basket or stop and shop ever again.

I bought ostrich patties, ground bison, and elk loins- all frozen. The pic is of the ground bison, I fried it on the stove top and sprinkled apple wood seasoning. It is absolutely delicious!!!

I ordered the prime USDA ribeyes for the first time from Alpine. I just finished my first ribeye, medium rare, which was over a pound (thank you very much). Have you ever finished a ribeye without anything, I mean anything, left on the plate? It was my first time! Awesome...Tender...Delicious!

With nowhere to buy anything remotely resembling true steak tips in Maryland, we ordered a bunch to enlighten our friends and neighbors on the New England favorite. In a word...awesome. Had the steak house marinade. Everyone was raving. Will be ordering again!!

We recently bought 4 marbled rib-eye cuts for a family BBQ. A quick salt and oil rub and on the grill they went. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of steaks from Alpine for delivery outside the MA area. In the time I have been dealing with them I have only two issues - one was my error - but both were taken care of instantly and with great customer service. I have tried many online butchers but Alpine has the best quality and service of the nearly dozen that I have tried. Highly recommended.

Ordered a brisket, whole chicken and beef short ribs. Recieved today and everything looked great! Meat is in the freezer. High quality for what you pay for. Will cook the meat next weekend, super excited! I live in Missouri, took about 3 days to arrive. Not bad!

Ordered a 7lb prime striploin and it was incredibly tough at 125 degree internal temperature, and not marbled like prime. Not even close. Cooked for my fathers birthday as individual steaks and the entire family of 8 were disappointed.

I ordered a 12oz miyazaki A5 wagyu ribeye. it came in the mail frozen and perfectly preserved in a vacuum sealed bag. it was delivered on time. sadly it did not come with a copy of the certificate of authenticity. I hastily contacted Alpine Butcher, and within five minutes a man by the name of Tom Doyle got me the certificate by email..TLDR: 5/5, everything came on time, the wagyu was legitimate, the wagyu was preserved well, and the customer service was amazing. I now know where to buy all my wagyu!

I bought pre packaged marinated steak tips, spent just under $40 . They were terrible. They were fatty, and super tough. I fed the whole package to my dog. Not what I would expect for that amount of money and from a butcher.

I have been going to Alpine for a number of years now and it is nothing short of spectacular. They treat you like family and remember what you like when you return for more! I am a fan of the center cut filet and Dom always provides some of the best cuts when Im there. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for fresh food and good cuts of meat should stop in.

This place is awesome. The staff are beyond helpful and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of cuts and varieties, plenty of produce and other items as well. We purchase a lot of kidney, liver, and some novelty meats like rabbit from this place. Definitely worth the drive.

We went here expecting fat, delicious sandwiches and were sorely disappointed. We waited well over 10 minutes for our sandwiches (despite minimal tickets up - the staff even acknowledged at the end that it had been a while and thanked us for our patience, which we appreciated). The real disappointment was the sandwiches themselves. I don’t know what kind of place serves a “loaded” Italian sub with a mere 3 slices thick of deli meat. The toppings were tasty, but I didn’t pay $10.99 for lettuce and tomatoes on bread.

Been by a few times and the quality as well as the service is unbeatable! Brought my boyfriend in for the first time today and they gave us some burgers and sausage for free, AND they rubbed our steak. They have a nice selection of cheese, beer, and wine too! I went to Alpine Butcher today and got two boneless Ribeye steaks that were amazing! The best part is, Robby cut the steaks to the perfect size for me. Every time I shop at Alpine the experience is always amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that loves food!

This is the best butcher shop around! Amazing selections of products. Tom sold me a luscious cut of uncured bacon and gave some tips and advice on how to cure and smoke it. It came out mind-blowing delicious. He also gave me steak and cheese sausages and garlic sausages for free. Seriously, best sausages I have ever had!!Their staff is incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and far beyond helpful. Ive been a Lowell resident for well over 20 years and coming to Alpine Butchers for quite a few years now. Service has always great, but more recently Ive had some great service behind the counter from Juan. Hes personable, service oriented and quick to task. Great service makes this butcher the one to visit in the Merrimack valley.

I am a frequent shopper at Alpine. I absolutely love this store! The owners Tom and Greg are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and their influence is felt throughout the store. The staff is always courteous and accommodating! The food is amazing! The USDA Prime beef is the best anywhere the pork and chicken are of the highest quality! From the house made deli meats to the store made marinades everything is sublime! The marketplace is stocked full of locally sourced products and the craft beer selection is superb. While youre there I recommend grabbing a bite to eat because their sandwiches and salads are wonderfully delicious. When you go, and you will, try one or a few of their many different types of house made sausage! ❤️❤️❤️
