Had to wait 10 minutes for my food and i ordered a coffe and a breakfast burrito. I work at fast food and this was definitely not fast. My burrito was good but half the size of any other burrito i have gotten from any honey dew, made me suspicious but all tastes the same.

Kind of a different take on regular DDsFlavored coffee was a pleasant change. Pistachio muffin was good. Service was nice and order was correct!!...would try them again if i passed by them. The ones in gas stations close early in afternoons?!?

Some of the interactions Ive had with my the employees have been the nicest encounters in my entire life. Late into the night I have been given a free pastry with my order. Everyone is super friendly and cheerful always ready to start a conversation and asking about your day. Also, I have had at most 2 orders messed up in the 2 years of been going and they were minor things like cold or incomplete products. Overall, this is a simply wonderful location filled with people that I am delighted to have met.

I cant get enough of their caramel apple cider you gotta try it and their Asiago bagel is good too

They make the best coffee and their sandwiches are also yummy👍😋😋

I love this particular honey dew. The 2 older couple is so cute. They take my order correctly and gives out free donuts for my kiddos whenever they see them. Such great people. Btw the mocha madness is to die for here.

Place has come a long way now that they have New owners and Management!?Got to give them some time and hope for the best!?Still needs some work too do in certain areas. But people should give them another try...

Been going there for years. The new owners have no pride, when theres no customers they sit down and play with their cellphones, many times the tables are dirty and as a customer many times Ive had to ask for paper towels and put it in the paper towel machine and toilet paper in the dispenser!Glass on the Cooler always has hand and finger prints. Most recently I would get a bagel with cream cheese or Butter! I understand that the Cream cheese is a$1:00 But now they CHARGE FOR BUTTER!? NOBODY I know eats a bagel heated with out cream cheese or Butter. Ive seen customers come in waiting for services. They leave empty handed. A few friends come in and sit and have coffee and what ever. We have been regular customers since the place opened a we have noticed alot of regular customers no longer come here. We really have no idea how they stay in Business.!?👎👎👎

Pleasant surprise after my Dunks order was messed up twice stopped here. They make a better latte and breakfast sandwich. Add in cranberry orange muffin and smile

I went there this afternoon and was extremely disappointed. Had to wait at the window 7 minutes just to have the lady come up and ask me what my order was after she had already taken it over the speaker. She then took five more minutes to get me a coffee and pastry. I was the only one in line. I was late for work and got yelled at by my boss. Thanks Honey Dew! Never again...

Everybody has a life before work and after work. However when your on your way to work. It’s unfortunate having to wait 20 minutes for a Tea & Muffin. But it’s even more disturbing when employees step away from the window to argue at each other! I was shocked at ‘morning behavior’ over mishandled orders. Life isn’t about how incredible food is, or where to get the best coffee. It’s more about the environment in which you get those things from. A smile goes a long way. And communication is the key to success for anything.

Quality has gone down since new ow eshop has taken over. Coffee not as good as it was before the change. Used to get up an hour early to drive to the closest one for my Mocha Madness and now I went even order it.
