I generally visit here every week. One of the spacious Indian market in Lowell Chelmsford area. Still there is a large room for improvement. Many types of vegetables are not found like the ones found in Burlington.You get good stuff with different varieties here and good customer service. Price is reasonable.

This is truly a well maintained store, super clean all the time, vegetables are fresh Product quality is great. I highly recommend this place.

Prices are not marked on items. There was no response when I asked them. High prices compare to other Indian grocery stores. Some of the vegetables are rotten and they dont even remove them. Frozen items are so icy. FDA audit must be done at this store. Unacceptable behaviour.

Allowed us to get few items even after the close time and they also suggested good indian restaurants in town. Very helpful.

A woman needed help carrying a huge bag of rice to her car because of her back no staff to help so I helped her wasnt a problem but they need more help...

You can get all kinds of Indian groceries here... Specially all the Gujarati dishes and snacks. A must place to shop if you are looking for some spicy and tasty sancks.

I would like to mention 3 things1. They have expired products like masalas - I pointed out to the owner and gave it to him. Not sure if he trashed it.2. Products are not tagged with marked price.3. As the prices are no marked, after the billing i observed few products are way to pricey compared to other Indian store same products.I saw the bill in front of the Cashier/Owner, He asked does everything look good? I said ok but i wont go to this place again in my life time.

Really awesome 👌. I can find almost all the items I want. The shop is also very clean and well managed. The owner of that shop is also very helpful and kind. It has almost all the Indian groceries and pooja samagry and also kitchens small items. It has parking facilities. 5 stars for variety of items and cleanness. Recommended.

After the change in ownership, it was chaotic but the new owners were always responsive to requests of grocery items I was looking for. Since then and now, the new owners have out a lot of hard work and I noticed that. They are constantly evolving and adapting. Today I just provided them with my number so I can be on call list for seasonal food items. They also mentioned starting a WhatsApp group soon and I am enrolling in it. Overall I am very pleased with the service they continue to provide.

You have to be very careful on the product expiry date... they have worst policies of no returns n refunds. I would go there only when absolutely necessary

Slightly better than other Indian grocery stores available in Lowell area. Fresh and wide variety of vegetables are a plus. Good thing is they accept American Express card which a very few Indian stores does. Make sure to double check the expiration dates. We bought an expired salt biscuit pack which we realized only after finding it’s odd taste. But the store cashier was happy to replace it for me.

The customer service here sucks.CHECK THE PRICES. THE OWNER WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN ACTUAL COST. The owner charged me more than the price of a product and refused to refund me the extra cost saying he unable to due so since he already made the transaction.Whenever I went, I asked them when they would have it in stock, I asked them if they could hold some of it for me if it ever came in stock and they said no, I will have to come when it is in stock. Another Indian store near by gave me an entire box full of the product I wanted and said they can get me more if I wanted as well. By mistake I bought one item wrong and whenever I went, I asked them if I can exchange the item and they said no ( also I had paid bill ) so be careful when picking up stuff from frozen and also double check expiry dates on each one product.👎🏼

Terrible customer service!I purchased a pack of SWAD moong beans a couple of weeks ago and opened it today morning to notice RAT DROPPINGS inside the packet. Brought this to the shop and they refuse to do anything about it because I didnt have the recipe with me.

Be on the lookout for no MFD and (BBD)Best Before Date and expired inventory on the shelf. Avoid those or ask for exchange when needed.

Its okay place that stocks what you need for cooking Indian foodUnfortunately its poorly maintained and always has a musty smell. Ive seen the freezers not functioning with the food inside defrosted. So be careful when picking up stuff like Paneer and Yogurt. Also keep an eye on the expiry dates as well.

It is the worst place to shop.I was at the checkout counter and only one machine was working so I was waiting behind the person who was in front of me. Once their checkout was complete, the owner deliberately asked their usual customer to checkout their stuff even though I was in line. Then I clarified that I was in line, so the guy mentioned, Ill take you once they are finished. Before they were done, two other ladies with full bag for stuff for checkout was trying to cut in, and when I asked the owner why are these people cutting in. He replied, its first come first serve, which was very ironic in itself.I told them I am not coming back at all. There are several options around. Go to the nearest one Indian Basket.Jay Ambe Indian Grocery is the worst place to shop. I do not recommend anyone to shop at this place.

Indian stores in this area need be more like one I experienced in Dallas. These are small and many times they are out of stock for so many things.

One of the fully stocked places with wide variety and friendly people. Closes early and is pricey though.

It is cheaper there than the other indian store nearby . That is the main reason i go there.
