Hats off to Mason. We were in from out of town and needed a tire replaced late on a Saturday afternoon before our 250 mile ride home in Saturday.We were in and out within an hour. Service was terrific. We see this place is highly rated and we are not surprised. Thank you Mason!!

Went there waited two hours for a headlight bulb replacement. Walk outside found them doing a oil change that I did not ask for. Then proceeded to charge me 79 dollars for a headlight bulb replacement. Ridiculous I went here to save me an afternoon of trying to get at the bulb myself, but not worth it.

My mom took her car here to get it inspected. They told her that her front brakes were bad and they needed changed, but they said that the back ones were fine. I talked my mom into letting my husbands dad look at it because it would’ve been cheaper for him to just order parts and do it himself. Her air conditioning wasn’t working either and she was quoted over $1,000 to get that fixed so that’s another reason why I just had my father-in-law to look at it (and the part was only just a little over $200 to fix it). He found out that not only were the front brakes bad, but the back ones were even worse. The one side on the back weren’t even working properly. From now on I’m just going to have him look at our vehicles.

The person they runs the front desk has zero customer skills. Idek how he was hired to do customer service if he has none. I dropped my truck off Friday morning for an inspection and oil change. This was at 10am Friday. They failed to call and tell me one that it was done and 2 that they needed to find parts. It would have been nice to know that a day before instead of me calling on the morning because they still have failed to call. And let me know anything. He said ohh you didnt receive a call because we were too busy. So they wont even value you as a customer and give you a call that is part of there job to do. I used to work for sprint and when we had a busy day we would write the numbers we needed to call down and make the calls after our shift was supposed to be ended like people who actually care about there job and customers should. I dont recommend this place If you need anything done I recommend profromance auto. They might be a little more pricey but you get the quality of work you pay for. As for this example with midas. He would even give me a %5 discount for the inconvenience. Asked me to my face if I would give discounts out at sprint. And my reply yeah I would or Id purchase something for them to make the situation right and when I say purchase Id take the money outta my wallet. So being that rude to customer he shouldnt hold a position at this job especially dealing with customers. I hope corporate sees this and does a correct audit of him and get him outta there so people can actually feel safe about using there service.

My wife and I love Midas!! They are so kind and explain everything and do everything they can to help! John and Mike are the greatest and dont treat you like just another number!

They gave me a $1.5k estimate to pass inspection. When I got a second opinion, it came to $450. I will keep going to the dealership, it is cheaper.

I will NEVER go back to Midas with the exception of going back to get fixed what THEY broke. I went to Midas yesterday 8/3/2020 for a simple tire rotation and for them to check my back two tires to see why I have to put air in my brand new tires that I purchased from them back in May. Again, I was there for a simple tire rotation. Unfortunately, it took THREE HOURS for a simple tire rotation! The thing that bothered me the most is that there were other customers who came in AFTER me for things such as an oil changes, inspections etc that wasnt there for half the time 😠! I cant help to feel like it was racially motivated because I am a African American male and the people who came in after me were all Caucasians. To further add insult to injury I was told that I needed my back two valves replaced. After being told what needed done I gave them the go ahead to replace them; they broke one of the valves and told me that I would have to come back tomorrow 8/4/2020. My exact words was that I couldnt come back in because I had to go to work. I then asked for their corporate number so that I could express my displeasure. I immediately called as I drove off and was very unsuccessful because I was on hold for an hour before I decided to hang up. While at Midas all the workers did was stand around and smoke cigarettes instead of working on my tire rotation. I guess some things are more important than others. Being there for THREE HOURS for a simple tire rotation is BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE!

I just moved to PA to help family so I was anxious about where to get my car inspected for state registration. Midas on Leechburg Rd is legit the best service I’ve had on my car. They worked with me to make it affordable and convenient. They even found a less expensive way to make it work than originally quoted. I appreciate it sincerely!

My son took his car to be inspected. They were able to fit him in the same day and were amazing with him; very willing to work with him, due to him being 16 and financially limited. They have great customer service and are honest, and have great pricing.

This experience is the same as they all have been for the past several years of using Midas as my chief resource for car maintenance. By using the mere term outstanding, I would not be doing justice to the high level of service, professionalism and customer-friendly atmosphere that this business offers, at every visit. I wish that my local Midas, sold cars, and did EVERY type of car maintenance that there is. The reason being, is that I just dont trust anyone else with my car. Justin, Ken, and all of the others working there, are the definitions of quality, knowledge, great management, common sense, and wisdom, where motor vehicles are concerned. They are people, who have an uncanny understanding of the inner workings of automobiles. Maybe even more importantly to me, they ALWAYS let me know that they value me as a customer! I own a house a few miles from my Midas, and ever since I discovered them, I dont have any reason to go anywhere else. As long as I am a driver and car owner, I will remain completely loyal to this establishment. Had a PA car inspection here. They got me in right away and did a real fast job. The price was very reasonable, too!

Called into get a price on a wheel alignment the wonderful woman on the other side was very helpful and informative about the service and pricing as well as the availability of the garage schedule on when I could get in for work... prices where more than fair and I would go any day of the week.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. Went to get my car inspected, and they failed my inspection. They told me there was a hole in my flex pipe and and they said the part would be $500 and to fix it with labor would be $800. I call the dealership for my part and they would only charge $320 for the part. Then I took it to another shop and they looked at it and they said there was NO hole. On the print out of my injection sheet, they did not even fill out the sheet properly. If someone would have looked at the sheet, it would have shown the car passed. This shop is a rip off. Do not go to this shop. Worse place ever.

Ken and his crew took me in 5 minutes before they closed without an appointment for an emergency brake job on my car after a competitor cancelled on me. My pads and rotors were shot and it was dangerous to drive. Both their mechanics stayed extra to do the job, and they used their own personal vehicle to pick up the parts at the warehouse since the driver there had left for the day. Ken and Midas got a new customer in my car and my wifes car as well that day. Highly recommended. Thank you guys.

I used to think they would give me honest service until my husband just got screwed by them. Its a shame that my family gets treated that way when it was my father who originally opened that store back in the 80s.Shame on Ken the manager and Justin the assistant manager for treating one of my family members that way. This will be the last time I ever get my vehicle serviced at this store.They just lost a life long customer as well as the customers I have always recommended to go there.

Guys are very knowledgeable and Ive had a short wait for the work Ive had done both times being there for brakes and exhaust. Prices are definitely fair as well,not the best but far from the worst

I had a appt went to appt specifically asked them at check-in to rotate my tires while doing the oil change. After paying for my car I specifically asked if my tires had been rotated the manager himself said yeah I go outside and look it wasnt done at all. I said something to them and they gave me some lame excuse why it wasnt done I was so mad I just left I will NEVER go there again.

Stopped in to get an oil change because I was sick and tired of being overcharged by Valley Honda for things I didnt need. Met Ken and one of his mechanics who did a fantastic job for me at a very reasonable price. A couple weeks later I needed replacement inspection stickers because of a broken windshield repair. Ken took me without an appointment and while there we talked about trucks and cars of the past. I could tell that Ken has a passion for trucks and cars and that is why I think this place does such a fantastic job. Ive now been with this shop for a couple years as my regular mechanical shop. Ken knows his trade and has dedicated his life to making autos safe for the road. I highly recommend them.

Fast service, decent pricing. They gave me NO trouble with my tire warranty, just charged for balancing and warranty on the replacement, and that has always been a struggle anywhere else to get a tire warranty honored.

Literally the worst service Ive ever received. If you want your vehicle diagnosed with fictitional car problems, this place is for you! Otherwise, I recommend going elsewhere to spare some of your hard-earned money on a real mechanic.

Dropped off my car for my State inspections and was told my struts were leaking past the point of being safe. Midas said they needed replaced in order to pass the safety inspection. I was quoted over the phone $1100 to replace both struts. We called a few other shops and found a place that quoted less than $500 to replace both struts. We told Midas that we had recieved a quote for less than $500 and they instantly lowered their quote from $1100 to $650. We took our car to the shop that had the lower quote and they said the struts didnt need replaced and werent a cause for concern. We also verified with a third mechanic that the struts arent leaking. We are very unhappy with this shop and the fact they tried to sell us parts we didnt need at an astronomical price. One more point to add, we were told numerous times while at the shop that the struts are reccomended to be replaced every 50,000 miles; my car currently has a little under 100,000 miles. Which leads me to believe they were trying to make an unnecessary repair based on the mileage not current part condition.

Worst service I have ever received. After the fact, found several other shops that would of done the same work for almost HALF the price. Tried complaining to the District Manager. He gave me the run around. I had to over his head to corporate to get them to price match my service. I TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND MEET TO NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER MIDAS LOCATION.

The tire on our van blew out while my wife was driving home from work last Friday. As always, Ken and his crew came through for us on Saturday - not only fixed the tire, but were able to do our state inspection, change the oil and fluids, and fix a couple of other nagging issues. Highest recommendation!

Great service...wouldnt take my cars anywhere else

I went in for a state inspection and failed. I was told that my brakes, rotors, tie rod and tires were in terrible shape, despite having extensive work done and all the tires replaced in the last year. Do not go here. They are looking to make money. Got a second opinion and only one thing was wrong at 1/10 of the price Midas wanted. Also, the guy behind the desk bragged about how he joked with his African American coworker in a racist manner to get reactions out of customers. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.
