Had a screw in my tire. Pulled up and about 20 minutes later back on the road. Wish I knew the name of the employee that helped me, young guy with glasses. Very courteous and great service.

Gregs customer service isnt that great. Called West Springfield and had a better experience. Sucks, because I prefer the Ludlow location as Tony and another dude whos name I dont know(glasses, usually wears a hat) are the coolest dudes there, and always top me off with nitrogen any time I call, no questions asked.

However, the service, value and time management at the Ludlow Tire Warehouse location was a superb experience so I feel obliged.First off I called ahead for service because I work until 5 pm 14 miles away and they close at 6 but also because we had snow coming in. This saved me time.That said, I ultimately went in to have a 2 year old tire plugged, slow leak. Because I was impressed with that simple service, which was done complimentary for being existing customer, it led me to ask for a quote on 2 new tires. Glad I did.I liked the quote, set an appointment for 2 new tires and that appointment was fast--15-20 min tops. Ultimately I ended up setting a second appointment for the other two matching tires, all because of the way this location is run and how my transaction was handled. The real value was in the whole package: time, service, and price! Horribly run, I watched for 2 hours as these guys worked on their cars and turned people away. 6 cars came in and only 1 car was taken care of all other people ended up leaving. I was asked to move my car on 3 different occasions and the final straw was when I asked the person at the front counter if someone was going to look at my car and he said I thought you were already taken care of because I didnt see your car anymore no my car was moved to where you asked to move it to. Any how after 2.5 hours with no service I decided to leave. I should have know better when a friend of mine told me he had the same experience there the previous week. Dont go here, 5-6 years ago the place was great, now I dont even have a category for the incompetence I witnessed. Youre better off walking then bringing your vehicle here....good luck.

Saved me time and money. I came in on a Saturday without an appointment and was in and out quickly.The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to any friend.I had excessive wear on the inside of my front tires after a suspension repair at another shop. Tony got my car on the alignment rack right away. They have a computer that shows the exact alignment so there is no guessing whether everything is exact.You should come get the free alignment check if you have any concerns about your alignment. Other shops charge upwards of $60 just for the check.

Three guys walked up to the car with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths and smoke blowing into my car with kids inside. My order never arrived, nobody told me ahead of time and I was ok with that. bye bye.

If you have a manual car expect to drive your own car on and off the alignment rack, my girlfriend brought one of our cars in today for an alignment after I replaced the tie rods and the kid working had to have her drive our car on and off the alignment rack for whatever reason. Pricing was far, service was quick but maybe they need someone who can drive a manual car.

I have dealt with them here at their Ludlow location for 2 years now. Long waits can be a small issue only if you go during peak hours. If you go during the week, during the day, off peak hours, they will get you in and out fast! The management is friendly, knowledgeable, and will give you the best deal on either tires, mounting, or wheel change over period. They dont act like a Big retail shop like other vendors in the area. They treat you like a hometown shop. Best shop in the area period. Customer for life.

I came in with some tire cracking I wasnt sure about. I explained the issue to Nick who was happy to come out to my car, assess the damage, and set me up to replace the damaged tires same day. Great experience. Very professional and straightforward, especially when discussing price and budget. Would recommend.

Tony was great, went above and beyond to help resolve a problem.

Swapped tires/wheels and added new tpms. Workers were lethargic and uninterested in the job. I was told that the device to activate the tpms was broken and would be ready in 24-48 hours. After two weeks, shop can’t get a new programming device from corporate. Had to drive to west Springfield to have tire warehouse program tpms. The ludlow location is unprofessional and unorganized. Avoid if possible.

Fast Service, Not Aggressive with Sales - Although they still sold me on a different tire I wasn’t originally planning on buying but it was actually a better tire than what I planned on buying. Overall Good Experience other than my steering wheel being covered in grease when I got my car back. Understandable because I don’t like wearing gloves either. Thought alignment was pricey, and felt I could’ve got a cheaper deal on tires.

I had tire warehouse replace the tires on my 2010 Toyota Camry see. I had a steering wheel wobble at higher speeds. I had this issue for a long time. I had the Michelin defenders installed with front end alignment done and tire balanced. I am so happy with the quick service and the results. No steering wheel wobble and they gave me excellent service. I now love my Camry again. I highly recommend there service. Thank you !!!

Best local place for tires and tire related service. Great selection and great prices too. Along with that they have a knowledgeable and friendly staff that provides quality customer service. They get you in an out as quickly as possible without making you feel rushed- they treat you exactly as you would want to be treated. Also, an easy to find location with plenty of parking.

We have been to this establishment for many vehicles and many scenarios and have always received prompt and excellent service. The owner and staff are accommodating and friendly. The most recent incident was when they just installed 4 brand new tires on my sons jeep, and within a few months the tires were maliciously vandalized. The disturbing incident was immediately turned around by the owner and the staffs quick response. He had a new set of tires installed on the vehicle within hours. Thankfully, the tires were under warranty. Thank you to the staff at tire warehouse for the peace of mind you have recently provided. We are so very grateful.

Went in there today to get a price on a set of tires and they beat everyone else out. The two managers at the counter were excellent, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. The mechanics working were great as well, polite and very fast paced. When I left I felt like I was driving a brand new car.

Ive used Tire Warehouse for years. They keep it simple. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Staff is always pleasant and professional. They take the time to explain what the problem is and how they will fix it. If they tell me I need tires I can trust that I do. They have all brands and prices are reasonable.

Pulled in with a slow leak in my work truck. I asked if they took my fleet maintenance card but they didn’t. I didn’t have cash on me but they took care of my tire anyway. Great bunch of guys in this shop. Highly recommend this place.

Nice place to get tires done. The employees are helpful and very quick when changing out tires and/or rotating. The prices are pretty standard across the board, but they seem to have a bit more options when it comes to rebates.

These folks were amazing. I was late to a Sunday race at Palmer due to a tire issue the night prior and they got my new tires mounted which got me back on track. They were fast, courteous and the price was more than fair. A competitor quoted me 5 hours. Using Tire Warehouse back home I knew the longer drive here would net me a faster result. Thanks again!

Wasnt too pleased with the attitude/ customer service. You could be a little friendlier. This was my first time going there and my last. I didnt even receive services either because there was not enough time to perform the service. I also tried calling 3 times before going and no answer.

The guys at tire warehouse were the most helpful auto guys Ive ever worked with. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. I had spent most of the afternoon calling the big name stores looking for a good deal on the right tires for my Jeep. I found some good deals online, but after numerous phone calls and plenty of time on hold, I found that the big name stores never have what they claim to have. As my day wore on, I decided to try a local tire shop I found on Google. Even though they were almost closed, I called Tire Warehouse and got Tony who told me to come in and they would take care of me anyways. I needed tires and I was coming up zero with the big name stores. I thought I was settling by going to Tire Warehouse but instead, it was like all stores used to be. Nice guys, who talked to you like youre a person and listen to what youre looking for. I got great tires, at a great price with great service. Ill be back with my wifes truck in a few thousand miles.

Best tire place ever! I was treated with respect and given options as to what kind of tires/prices for my car. They were able to put on 4 brand new tires within a half hour and get me on my way. Waiting area is nice and clean too. This will definitely be my new tire place!

My car got a flat tire on the way to the airport for an international flight today. I quickly searched for a nearby tire shop that could help me repair the flat. It was late in the day but Anthony at Tire Warehouse assured me he could get my car fixed very quickly. Pulling into the parking lot I was impressed to see tools and jacks out front ready to go. Anthony had my car fixed in less than 20 minutes. I am here at the airport now and making my flight thanks to the Tire Warehouse team. Well done!

Solid life advice. Buy your tires at an online retailer and take them to a local family owned place and pay $150-$200 not $700-$800 for their CHEAPEST (4) 15,000 mile tires. Tire Warehouse use to have decent pricing when I lived in Salem in the early 2000’s. Now that the discount online sales model is killing theirs they have to charge DOUBLE or TRIPLE what you can have the SAME tires shipped to your door...AND the computer doesn’t get upset when you ask it to determine what size you need based on the model of your car.

Great crew. Fast service. State of the art 4 wheel alignment. They also match prices. They use nitrogen to fill the tires instead of air. This is superior and consistent in air temp changes. Ill keep going back.

I have had to use their services for 3 days in a row for different vehicles, its been a a pleasant surprise to see that theyre open and all this uncertain times. Service is always great, your panties are always polite and courteous and knowledgeable. Also prices are pretty good. I think all of the employees at Tire Warehouse, especially the one located on Burnett Road Ludlow - Chicopee line.

When you have an emergency and wait outside the shop half an hour before they open. Technicians showed up 10 min early. Explained my options and got me back on the road in 15 min. Thank you just isn’t enough.Keep up the good work.

I have been going to Tire Warehouse in Ludlow for years. They always have great customer service and prices. I dont go anywhere else for tires. Just recently I had a flat tire, brought it to them. They took the tire immediately, plugged it for very little money and sent us on our way. They are always very friendly and make you feel very welcome!

I blew a tire on the Mass Pike westbound. Got a tow to this nearby shop. Spoke to the main guy named Dito, about being late for work. He expedited my tire replacement and gave me a discounted price. I couldn’t have had better service from a top notch establishment, after having a scary moment on the highway. I was back on the road in less than an hour. It’s rare these days to have such a positive experience and good service, keep up the good work fellas!

I recently visited Tire Warehouse in Ludlow for a tire rotation and alignment. I called to see how busy they were ahead of time. Tony took the time to recommend a less busy time for me to come in later so I wasnt wasting my day in the waiting room. When I got there he took my car right in and the service was fast and friendly.

First off let me just say I was blown away by the service at Ludlow tire warehouse. I came in on Wednesday night. At roughly 530 pm. The crew that was on that night did not hesitate to take care of my vehicle. Being close to their end of shift they could have been rude or dismissive but they were NOT!!! They were eager to help me with my problem. I came in with some issues with my car and they instantly came outside to diagnose my problem. I needed new tires. And they jumped right to it and swiftly got me in and out of there. Very respectful, knowledgeable, and overall good guys that were working that night. Thank you for the help and I would 100% recommend tire warehouse to anyone.

Found a nail in my tire as I left qork on a ninety degree afternoon. Drove directly to Tire Warehouse as they are on the way home. The two gentlemen on duty had me pull right in, pulled the nail and checked for air leakage. I was relieved that they found no problems. They wouldnt charge me anything for just checking for leaks. We have bought tires here before, but for sure, our next set of tires will be bought here also!!

Very disappointed with this store my brother in-law was in the store early this morning he was informed that his rim was cracked so we decided to pick one up at a junk yard to replace the one that is cracked..As he was waiting for me to pick him up he did state to me that while he was waiting for me to get thier that one of thier employee was working on his personal vehicle while he was waiting to have his truck worked on ..when I got thier the gentlemen was working on his own car rather then working on the Bay on customers vehicle we been waiting for the truck to get done and no motivation what so ever so dispointed

Had four new tires put on my car today When i returned home to clean my tires and hubcaps from handprints i noticed that the back left tire was put on backwards. Also each tire had a different color tire stem cap on it I thought a tire dealer would no what they were doing. I called the manager and he apologized. Now i have go back and spend another hour there. Other that that everything else was fine

I went to Tire Warehouse in Ludlow looking for 4 new tires for my Mercedes GLS550 with 21 low profile all season tires. No other store carried them in stock. Tony was very nice and helpful, found me the tires I needed, got them mounted and balanced and installed on my vehicle in just over an hour! On top of it all they did at a great price!
