Came into this store very upset and not only did they fixed all my issues from the past manager but they were so welcoming and helpful they even got me into a new phone. The new manager Jersey and her staff were so much help and very patient with me. I sincerely recommend going to this place.
Went in to upgrade our sons phone. Staff greeted us almost immedietly, we told them what we were considering for phone options and the employee made a recommendation without trying to push a more expensive product. The sale that was going on at the time was great too! Walked out pretty quickly with our sons new phone, a case, and an item that was free (sales change so Im wont mention what it was). Great experience, friendly staff.

I went to the this store today to get a SIM card for my new phone. Already checked with online support and confirmed phone is compatible with Sprint. The sales associate made 4 deliberate mistakes:1) Asked for my phone password, of course I unlocked it myself.2) Ignored me once a person came in to upgrade a phone, took over the customer conversation over the other Sprint employee.3) Lied after checking the IMIE of the phone and said that my phone wasnt compatible and tried to sell me a phone.4) Sent me to Boost Mobile to activate the phone.Once I left the store, called customer service and received assistance to activate my phone. DO NOT support this store at 456 Center Street. Ludlow, MA. The name of the employee is Mackenzie. I found out that this is not a corporate store, it is a third party vendor. Poor business ethics, lies and sending customers away.Shame on you MACKENZIE!!
Switched to Sprint for their supposed cheaper prices. Was quoted a monthly bill that would be $100 less than what i was paying at my current wireless provider. I never got my first bill so i logged into sprint online to find out it was due that day, only weeks after signing up, and it was more than what was quoted. I tried going back into the store to speak with the manager Mackenzie and was met with nothing but a combative attitude. She could not get past needing to be right to help resolve my issue. I felt decievied and frustrated. I recommend steering clear of this Sprint Wireless establishment.
The New ludlow Team is just awesome to do businesses with!!!!very easy to talk with as well as willing to get you the best plan that will suit your needs! As your waiting for your contract to be prepared you will be happy to know there will be refreshments waiting for you!!!One of the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a cell phone!!!!!

I was switching to Sprint and I honestly had the hardest time trying to do it over the Sprint customer service line. All my information was screwed up and for a while I considered not switching over. But all it took was just one visit and a confirmation phone call with this location to cement my switching here.Mackenzie and Gilberto not only solved my problems within minutes of arriving, but they did it in such a friendly and professional manner, I know Ill be back for all my future purchases and questions. There is no pressure here and they give you all the information you ask and inform you of current promotions. I might be back for that watch. Thank you again for not only fixing the errors, but changing my previous opinions about going to the stores for help. See you next time!

I walked in the store to upgrade my phone and despite the period of time it took fire the transaction, everything was explained clearly, and I have an awesome new smartphone! Thank you M. for helping my mom and I out. Maybe i will get that samsung watch!
Bill was $100 more then quoted. Lines not Properly setup. Got premium unlimited on one line and was put onto the wrong phone. Was also quoted with Auto pay price even though we told them multipul times we did not want auto pay. The quote had wap scribbled at the bottom. They knew 100% we did not want auto pay. And it was not mentioned when we agreed to everything. We also never received a paper bill saying when our payment was due. Only found out it was due because we logged in online to check. You only get your giftcards if you pay your first bill on time. Hard to pay the bill on time when they dont send it to you. Very dissatisfied with sprint. This is the second time over 5 years we tried to switch to Sprint. Both times we got manipulated and lied to about pricing. Avoid Sprint. Also be aware this is not an official Sprint store.FYI the service is terrible in Ludlow. Dropped calls and no data all over town.
We had a wonderful experience at the Ludlow sprint store!! Dan and Donato were so much help. And we had a lot of questions for them. And they answered all our questions and went above and beyond for us. Employees like that definitely keep us staying with sprint.
Very helpful and friendly staff at this store. I really like that a person answers the phone when you call and if you have a problem Donato the manager works hard to resolve it.
I visited the Ludlow sprint last night to get my phone upgraded and the sales associate Dan was so great! Honestly probably the best associate I’ve encountered since I’ve had sprint which is a very long time! He was willing and able to answer any questions I had and was very helpful with the whole process. He was so great I came back 20 mins later with the rest of my family to upgrade their phones. Although the store was closing in 30 mins he took his time with us without rushing and helped us out. If you guys are in the area and need anything from sprint definitely visit him you won’t regret it!

Recently went to Sprint. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is not the same people they are under new management/owners. They actually took the time to listen to my problems and try to remedy the situation. I am very happy with my results today. I was thinking of cancellation. They actually went above and beyond. Dave was very professional. A welcome change.Noton his phone not trying to pass off the problems. Donato and Marquis were very helpful as well.I upgraded my phone and even pre ordered a phone. Welcome to Ludlow guys! Keep up the good work!
My daughter and I just ended our two year contract with Sprint on our Android phones and we went in to this beautiful clean store and were greeted very by two very enthusiastic sales people. Etny and a nice young gentleman assisted us and told us what the best current deal was and we ended up getting iphones and the experience was wonderful. He went over the functions and explained in detail how to use it and talked me through operations and how it works. Thank you to you kind and friendly sales people who loved to conversate and chat with us while they were setting up our new iphones. Stop by and visit this very clean and new store wonderful experience.
They are liars. Phones arent really free and the bill is always double from what they quote you
I took me nearly 3 months to rectify, directly with Sprint, the problems created for me by the Ludlow store which promised discounts and savings that just didnt materialize with my multi-line (family) plan. Would not shop there again. Stick with the Sprint corporate-owned stores.
Terrible service, there not really friendly, kinda helpful, just a month ago there was a great staff there now everybody gone and there is a new staff in there . Revolving door I see with this company .
Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in ANY industry other than cable TV. The employees are nice when you sign up and RUDE if you have any issues
