I had a covid test scheduled for 4:40 today through the drive through that i had made at 2pm. upon arriving on time, i had to wait in the drive through until 5:09 to get up to the window. when i got there, i was told that i could not have my test done because the nurse clocked out at 5. this was a complete waist of my time and i feel like my service shouldnt have depended on how long the drive through line is.

I was on a long road trip and needed to run into a bathroom since i missed a couple rest stops. Met a friendly staff member named Lynn who showed me the way to the bathroom when i was literally ready to do an emergency parking lot pee because the Cumberland farms and the Dunkin donuts nearby either had a closed bathroom or locked doors. Literally life saver, thanks Lynn!

Wish it was possible to give 0 stars. Ive been prescribed nerve pain medicine 3 separate times now. Each time, this pharmacy has not been able to fill them for some reason it another. When you call to find out, the staff is rude and unhelpful. I finally found out that the pharmacy was given a number to call about getting approval for my prescription, it just turns out they couldnt be bothered to pick up the phone and dial that number to get me my prescription. Literally a phone call was too much for them, and thats why Ive suffered nerve pain for over a year now. Changing pharmacies ASAP

Every month my script needs to be ordered which then puts my script after few times so off with the date due to them not having. Literally every dam month its a special order they say? Its nothing special ill tell you that since my past cvs had every month or would atleast give you a partial till order came in. Not very helpful trying to speak with them either.

I went in Monday, Dec 7th to drop off a prescription for my fiancé. I waited until 8am which is when they opened, and I was the first customer at the counter. The lady who greeted me(wish I got her name) took the bottle, and didn’t want any further info from me. I asked to leave my phone number since I would be picking it up, she said she couldn’t do that because of a cooperate thing and that the system would just notify my fiancé. I said that’s fine and I went about my day.Later that day, my fiancé and I forgot about picking it up, and the next day we were busy. So today, Wednesday, Dec 9, he went to pick it up and IT WAS NOT EVEN FILLED. What kind of service is able to keep a customer’s medication/order aside for 2 whole days without anyone touching it? We wondered why we didn’t receive any notification or call from them, this explains it.In the end, he waited there for 1 hour to get it filled since we live an hour away. We will start filling out prescription somewhere else.

Absolute worst experience, I don’t remember her name but she was middle aged pharmacy technician with long dark hair. She was completely rude and not helpful. My daughter needed an inhaler due to having severe trouble breathing. When I went to pick it up she said she could not have it until tomorrow. When I asked her to call another store she told me she can’t and just to go another one where they told me she needed to send the script. Then we came back to get the part of the script that was able to be filed in Ludlow which she should’ve gave me the first time and then she told us to wait another 30 minutes after we drove around for 2 hours because she “couldn’t call the other cvs”. She was not apologetic or concerned in any way . I will be changing pharmacies due to her actions.

Personally speaking..I have had issues filling scripts, however it was never due to the staff ..it was a problem for the insurance company. Most people dont realize that the pharmacy staff have guidelines as well as insurances and if they fill something and override insurances its their jobs on the line, not the customers.Ive been short a couple times, however we are all human and make mistakes. When it was brought to their attention it was resolved. But, repeat offenders can start to put red flags up for the staff. Which in this day and age its hard to be sure whose out their trying to win you over and whose not when you just meet them for a brief moment of the air work day.As well they have a new phone system now that they are working on to make life for everyone a little simpler for people to address the millions of people out there that need these medicine to keep us well.Honestly if it werent for these people filling out scripts, even when you seem a little off key: cause your usually not feeling well when you go there (or some arent) they have always been there for us to fill what we need. And for some of us to keep us alive (diabetics).

Take your prescriptions elsewhere. The pharmacy staff are rude and I have had the pharmacist talk about me while I sat there and waited for something to be filled. Im on a few controlled substances and for some reason there is always an issue getting them filled and if you ask about whats going on or why its an issue its either the computers fault or they treat you like you are some kind of drug addict. I have watched my doctor send stuff and then CVS miraculously not have it. I understand all the stuff is heavily regulated but at the end of the day Im the patient/customer. Do yourself a favor and drive three minutes down the street to Walgreens. Their customer here is terrible.

I had an emergency prescription to be filled. 14 pills. Not a huge number by any means. They only gave me 9. I complained and was met with giggling and finger pointing and a claim of I counted those!. Well, you counted wrong and shorted me 2 and 1/2 days worth of a prescription that stops me from hemorrhaging. NOT A PAIN PILL, so why would I lie? I eventually got my prescription filled properly, but only after someone else behind the counter said Oh, just give it to her. Whatever. Count your pills. Count them right there on the counter. DO NOT TRUST THE PHARMACY TECH

Clean store and decent service. Have never been treated poorly. Sometimes cashiers seem busy or not available right away, my only small gripe.

I’ve been waiting all day for an antibiotic that was called in at 9 am... they wouldn’t say that it was their fault they haven’t received it yet even though I called my doctor and it was sent in. The pharmacist was rude and left me waiting on the phone for 20 min without apologizing. I will NEVER be back to this CVS even though it’s the nearest one to me.

Wouldnt let me do a return, said that they wouldnt return something bought at another CVS store, which is a lie, you can return items from CVS at CVS. I drove down the street to the Wilbraham CVS and made the return there, where the item also wasnt purchased from, but they processed the return fast, easy and without hassling me about where it was originally purchased. So basically this store will go against normal procedure just to hassle and inconvenience a custom. I wont be returning.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Pharmacy didnt fill my wifes pain med after surgery because some of the prescriptions were over the counter and not covered by insurance so they filled none of them. When I came to pick them up they then said we had to wait another hour. Manager and staff had multiple stories about trying to contact us at first they said the voicemail was full when I said that is nonsense the girl who called and wrote in the computer saying the voicemail was full chimed in that it wasnt actually full with no explanation as to why they wrote that. All in all it was a bad experience all around and I switched pharmacies right after. Dont trust this pharmacy with your loved ones medications.

This does not even deserve 1 star. I moved to Ludlow and being older I have a lot of meds needing to be filled. I have called to have them refilled, they do not get approval when asked to do so, when you try to let them know they didnt, they are RUDE . Another time went to the drive through, sat there while they were talking to each other, went in the store told them I was waiting in drive through and their response was oh, I didnt see you, you chose to ignore me. I have called, been put on hold and then hung up on. I have been with CVS for over 20 years and in the few short months I have been going to Ludlow, I have NEVER had such terrible service. I work in the medical field as well and if I treated any of the patients the way pharmacy treats theirs, I would be looking for a new job. I will be speaking to the manager on Saturday and I will take this as far as I can because this is every couple of weeks when I have to go for my meds. Customer service/compassion/respect training is needed.
