The customer service was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and all my questions were answered. I was given plenty of options and told of all available options within my budget. Trent was wonderful and I walked out with a new mattress the same day!

I should have learned my lesson the first time. Still waiting on mattress and base to be delivered. Delivery has been rescheduled twice. Third scheduled delivery supposed to be tomorrow but no one has called me with a time and I work nights. This was my last purchase from Mattress Firm.

My husband and I have been in the market for a new mattress for quite some time. We took quizzes online, from every store we could find. We price matched and searched high and low for the perfect mattress. Finally, we decided to drive to the Lufkin (TX) Mattress Firm and just look and try some out. I am SO GLAD we did! We were greeted immediately at the door and felt very welcomed. S/O to Nicholas Kunze! He helped us from start to finish, answered all of our questions, let us take our time deciding, provided us with more information than we could have ever imagined and certainly did not get from a website. He was patient with us and was simply AMAZING! I felt so comfortable making the purchase. Side note: all the quizzes directed us to a specific mattress. After testing it out, it was a definite no-go. Employee was very nice that helped us. But nothing we wanted was in stock . We would have had to wait till 12th to get the mattress we wanted & had to pay a delivery fee of $99.00 so went with another mattress and would still have to wait if we didnt drive all the way to Longview to get it from the warehouse. But they didnt offer us $99.00 for our time to go all the way there to pick them up.

Very pleased with the service we received in your lufkin, tx store. We spoke w a couple different associates and they were all helpful. Specifically, Caleb spent an enormous amount of time with us. He was knowledgeable of every mattress we tried and did not try to pressure us into something out of our price range. We ended up buying a mattress we had not tried online. Caleb was not in that day and someone else helped us who was helpful as well. Even though the mattress we purchased had great reviews and is very nice, it was just a little too firm for us. We went back into the store and Caleb worked his magic. We are getting the original mattress we had fallen in love with the first time we were in. He took the time and worked hard to get exactly what we wanted and when we wanted it. We are so grateful for him.

Friendly service and very helpful

We visited the location on 2/25 to finally replace our 15-year old Full sized mattress and upgrade to a Queen. I walked in not really knowing what I wanted in terms of comfort, other than I just wanted it to be comfortable! The staff was all so friendly and helpful, and not to mention patient! We tried several different mattresses and found one that we really set our hearts on. We decided to go to lunch to think things over and do a little more research on the mattress we liked, and when we came back we asked to test out just a few more in case. Again, the staff were so helpful and patient as we went back and fourth between a few different mattresses. They answered any and every question I had for them and were extremely knowledgeable and even shared some of their own personal experience. We ended up purchasing the mattress we had our hearts set on originally that same day and were so happy with the excellent service we received from not just one staff member in the store, but all three we interacted with that day. I would HIGHLY recommend this location! They know their stuff, want to make sure YOU are happy and dont push anything on you that you dont want or arent comfortable with.

Buyer beware. Their king size mattresses are 73.5 x 77. A king size mattress standard is 76 x 80. Once you sign they will turn on you. The area manager will not return my calls. There is a $149 restock fee so that once you find out they sent you inferior product, they at least make money for nothing. The adjustable base fits the not quite king and you cant return it. Do your homework and research on the internet before you five them a dime.

The only reason I checked a star is because I could not post my comment otherwise.I havent had my mattress a year and its beginning to sag.... According to the manufacturers warranty the sag isnt deep enough. REALLY?!?! After what I paid for this mattress and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the fact that IT IS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD...there shouldnt be a question of how deep the sag is!Mattress Firm should have at least sent someone out to see the mattress vs sending photos through email!! But, because of where I live, there is isnt an inspector to do this. First of all, that isnt my fault! Secondly, there was not anything written (that I received) that said where I lived could be an issue if an inspector was needed.The warranty claim process is dependent on who you speak with, or that has been my experience. My gosh how stupid and foolish am I to have believed the sales rep in the Lufkin store and the various customer service reps I spoke with on the phone. Buyers beware!, while there may never be an issue with a high dollar mattress you purchase from Mattress Firm, if there is, you may be screwed! Not worth the risk! ;(

The Asst Manager DJ was very helpful and was able to find us the perfect bed and pillows to go with it. I will be shopping here in the future.
