I dropped off an ipad to have the screen replaced and a laptop that I had only had for a little over 6 months to see if they could reset the bios password that I somehow managed to lock. It took them 2 weeks to replace the ipad screen. That as soon as I got home discovered was not even glued down on the top half at all. The home button would only work if you pressed firmly on it. So I had to drop it back off and wait almost another week before getting a call to pick it up. Have not had any more issues with the ipad gladly. Now as far as the laptop they said the hard drive needed replaced. I was pretty certain that the hard drive was not damaged, but figured they knew more about it than I did so I agreed to buying a new hard drive from them as well as they install. A month and half later I get a call from them saying they were not able to fix it that my perfectly fine orginal hard drive was reinstalled and I could drive back to Lufkin pay $30 for their time and pick it up. I told them I would be to get it the next time I was in Lufkin. This all happened around the beginning of this covid pandemic. As some of the stay home orders were being lifted I called to see about picking it up and was told it was thrown away. That they assumed I didnt want it because I had not picked it up. I never agreed nor was I even informed that would be what would happen if it wasnt picked up within 30 days. I told them that them just throwing away my property is not acceptable that I never was informed or agreed to. She said she was going to look for it that it may possibly still be there that she was gonna look and call me back. Well that was 4 days ago and I still have not heard from them. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

I got my iphone 6s+ fixed here, the screen was lifted up off the phone. Ever since i got it fixed ive had major issues with my phone turning off and turning back on, freezing, unresponsive screen, etc. On top of all that days later my screen broke in its case. The woman at the front desk was very nice but, I figured there was a reason this is like the cheapest place to get your screen fixed in Lufkin. You wont see me at this establishment again.

Sorry but ever since I got my screen fixed here it never worked the same again. Nothing happens when I touch different parts of my screen.

Called to get a price quote for a repair and she told me she was with someone right now and hung up on me before I could say anything.
