Very nice people. In and out in 45 minutes. Docking is easy and plenty of room. I believe they open at 0700? Maybe 0600 because someone was in before me but the guard shack guy was just pulling in when I was at 0645.Overall a wonderful experience with great people!

My appointment was for 7am. I got to the facility at 6:55am. I walked through the door stood at the window for 25 minutes with 4 peoole in the office looking at me every once in awhile but not caring I was here with my load. I very nice dock worker comes to his locker and as hes taking his time putting on his jacket sees Im patiently standing there and seeing that the office knows Im there. He goes into the dock then after another 10 minutes comes back tells me to go into a door takes my paperwork and apologizes for the people in the office. His quote was I know they see you but theu dont care, sorry for that. Looks to me as if people need to be fired.

First come first serve...overnight parking...fast unload..... cool people

Clean parking lot, parking available if early for appointment. Loaded in quick time, even with storms and electricity taken out by storm.
