Four Star rating for overall experience with the company, but five star rating for excellent customer service and an extensive product line. Because I havent installed my doors and windows as yet, I will hold off on giving them the perfect score. But as soon as theyve proven themselves worthy (and I expect that they will), Im giving Prowindows and doors four stars. Will be back to upgrade to the five star rating in due course.

The products are the top of the line, the selection is massive and the service is the best. They committed to a time and met it on 3 different production runs. Dont bother with the chain DIY store. They have nothing to compare to Pro Windows. My installation was unique because I had to shop and make the decision from Chicago for installation in Luquillo. I could not have done it without the help and guidance of Sam Hernandez.. He is very knowledgeable and stayed in constant communications with me. He even visited my house and the end of the installation day. See if the big box DIY chain will do that. My expectations were far exceeded. Their website if top notch and has pictures of the options available. I have remodeled houses many times and this is the last one where I will retire to. The Pro Windows service was an excellent one ... The delivery of the finished product was within the agreed. The owner and his employees treated us like a king. That is why I give it five stars! ..
